The managers / owners are very nice, and the rental price is terrific. Each rental space is 40ft. x 70ft. And there are acres and acres of dog run areas. But there is no grass. The laundry and bathhouse are clean and well maintained.10/2022 Update: The owners retired. Rent increased $25 and new managers arrived.

Stopped to stay for a couple of days. Earl and his wife are very friendly and take great care care of the place. Highly recommend couldn’t ask for friendlier hosts.

I attempted to make reservations in the area but everything was full so I tried this little know rv park and was able to get a spot. Nola checked me, she is so sweet.The rv park has a pretty cool view overlooking Umatilla and the Columbia River and is easily accessible. There is no WiFi or cable but I got 32 OTA channels. The sites are good size, level and all gravel. Plenty of area for dogs to run to the north and south of the park. It does looks like a lot of rvs here are long term and the monthly rates are the lowest I've ever seen. The nightly rates can't be beat for what you get. There is little road noise but not bad.The best part part of my stay was finding their Mellon patch while walking my dog. I called and asked if it was on to grab a cantelope and OMG, so delicious. I also grabbed a fresh tomatoes, shh, don't tell Nola lol.I'd stay again

Convenient to the freeway, mostly long term residents but a few transient spaces. Very friendly owners, nice laundry area. Very reasonable, but cash or check only. Nice view over the Columbia river.Sites are big rig friendly.

If the public facilities like the showers &/or laundry rooms were open later or even for 24 hours I probably would've liked it more.

My husband stayed here for one week. The owners are very sweet and accomidating. The park was very clean and quiet. It was a great price and the lot was spacious. The laundry was decently priced too. The showers do cost money to run them and you have to bring your own tp to the restroom. Other than that, it was a good experience.

They have showers, electrical hook ups, clean water, and dump for customers... we got there just before closing and the woman at the front desk (I'm horrible with names) was sweet and extremely helpful! She even walked over to our site and gave a quick run down of everything and where everything was located!

Love stopping here on our way from Montana to Portland. Only $25 a night and nice big pull-through sites!! Didn't have to unhitch. The lady in the office is friendly and kind!

Been in the RV park over a year! The land lords are kind, friendly, accommodating, just all around wonderful people. The residents of the park are friendly, respectful. Easy to make friends. Need help, just ask! This is a peaceful place where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Columbia River and the surrounding foot hills. Country living at its best, with the sunrises and sunsets. Lots of area for walking and a few minutes to the river where the joy and fun continues. Near by shopping and restaurants. Come and enjoy this wonderful RV park.

Flat and level. Easy pull through. Easy sewer close to coach. Can use short hose. Power well marked with all amperage. No cable TV. No toilet paper. Bring your own. Shower is 4 quarters at a time. No canadian quarters. Private unisex shower and toilet. Bright clean laundry room. Facilities well managed. Clean. Kept up. $25 a night, Plus TP and quarters for hot shower. Easy access to I-82. Couple miles from I-84.

I have been a resident at this RV park for almost 2 years now and I love it there it's quiet and clean very affordable and the people that own it or run it are amazing I love them they are kind and helpful and I couldn't ask for a better place to live their showers there and a laundry facility which is really very nice it's just an all-around nice place to be I feel blessed.

RV park was nice and easy to get into and out of and the lady that showed us our parking spot for the extremely friendly and nice. The rest of Washington state is a desk Bowl there is nothing there I was so glad to get out of Washington and into Oregon I hope Oregon is better than Washington Washington was terrible. Washington State is not tourist-friendly

The owners, DeVeere and Nola are the BEST! We have been at this park for 6 months because of our job here. It has been a wonderful stay. The owners are extremely accomodating, very on top of their game, we felt safe here. The park is clean and exceptionally well run. Gorgeous view of The Columbia River and surrounding terrain. We would return to Agate RV Park if our job should bring us back to this area.We will miss our new friends, DeVeere and Nola immensly!

Very Kind owner. I had no where to stay in my truck and she let me stay for only 10 dollars. She then commented that she was glad I had somewhere safe to stay. Amenities and park looked clean and well kept.

What a great find! We only stayed one night but a great night it was. Wonderful owners on site and a very well maintained campground. We will be back when in the area. Be sure to view the Virtual 360 tour we posted on Google Maps of this location.

First the owner is so sweet, so nice and inviting. We are working in the area and stay here alot! It's clean and quiet . Best of all it has an amazing veiw of the river.

Dirty amenities. No basic amenities provided such as toilet paper or hand drying materials. Owners are rude and enforce the rules inconsistently. No grass. Would not recommend for pleasure camping or travel.
