This place was so neat! I wish I could live here I swear! It was so fun feeding the animals with my sister! The store has an amazing variety of products that are high quality and reasonably priced! Do not go to Leavenworth without stopping here! It's definitely family friendly or even would make a cute first date, seriously don't leave Leavenworth without stopping here! There's so much to see here nostalgia to it! And you'll get to feed the little miniature bull, or miniature cow I'm not sure, I called him Mr cutie! Hopefully it's a boy 😂

Nice fresh produce and activity areas. I went only to the produce section. It was full of fruits and some veggies. Prices are reasonable overall given the touristy crowd that frequents that place.They also have a large section of gifts, popcorn, jams, spreads, honey, etc.There is a cow train and lots of children pay activities which I did not go to but there were lots of happy kids around with their equally happy parents.

Well worth a stop on your way to/from Leavenworth! The kids love the petting zoo, the playground, maze, and tractor pull. I love the fresh fruit and seasonal items.

Seem to have a little bit of everything here. And to those with kids, this is a great place to bring them. There's a petting zoo, among other things geared towards children.

My kids love it here. All the different animals and activities they have for them. My wife and I enjoy all the different selections of green olives and jams from here. Plus, you can snag an amazing drink in the parking lot at farmer Joe's.

Amazing everything from fruits to Taffy to hot sauces, the special home recipes and such an incredible place for kids to explore and play along with their own petting zoo. This is a definite must stop on your way to Chelan

This place is awesome except for the last time I was there… Some goats had babies which was amazing but made the experience sad for my kids. When feeding the goats the babies were being trampled, shoved into the fence by the adult goats and horned. I let the employee at the counter know what was happening because one baby didn’t look well after that incident and she said “that’s just how goats are”. Super sad. I’m not one to complain but I’m hoping this reaches someone to hopefully change something because my son still asks if that baby will be okay.Goats don’t know better but humans do.

Took my kids here and left feeling disgusted and in shock. The animals were starving with no feed in their pens. The mother goat with two small babies had no straw in their “house” and were surrounded by mud. The other goats fought each other for the tiny amount of feed we purchased to give the animals. The pens have to be kept maintained DAILY! The “hand washing station” had no soap (not even any hand sanitizer) and the water was kept in an Igloo sports water jug.Inside the store, it smelled musty. The bathroom had no ventilation, no seat covers and looked like it hadn’t been dusted or cleaned in a few days.Looked around the store for a bit, heard other customers ringing a bell for service. There was a sign that said the employees are throughout the store working on projects. 🤨 I did not see any employees working in the store.Went to the register to purchase some apple butter. Not a single employee in sight. Had to ring the bell, about a minute later a young guy comes out (looking like he just rolled out of bed) and proceeded to help us. Not a smile or a how are you today?I will be back sometime to see if things have improved. I am still appalled at the conditions of the animals. So sad.

Gimmicky. Charges kids $5 each to play on their playground. Pricing not visible from parking lot, so you have to walk up before you see there’s a charge. Kids walked away teary eyed. Making passive income off of children doesn’t seem right. Made me not want to buy anything and support their business.Very overpriced canned goods anyhow. $19 for huckleberry jam. Yeesh. Could be something great but owners seem greedy, milking tourists for all they’ve got.

Dirty, filthy water for the animals.Animals are not well-taken care of. I alerted the cashiers that one of the goats was limping and not putting pressure on his left front leg and I was told “he was rescued and he has always done that”. CLEARLY this goat needs attention from veterinarian and this place could not care less. Also, as shown in the first video, they have a cow that has nails that need to be trimmed and it will turn into a huge issue if they don’t take care of him too. It was hard to enjoy anything when you see animals that aren’t being treated properly.

This was pretty good. The atmosphere and layout are great but, you couldn't purchase 2 or 3 pieces of fruit, they were by the box only. We purchased some jams, butters, relish but no fruit.

Fabulous Oasis! The grounds are very well kept, feeding the animals is a must, they are very gentle and you can tell you are giving them joy. They have a rescue mini cow 🐄 that warms your heart 💜 The store is beautiful with quality produce. We’ve never eaten cherries 🍒 that big. We really enjoyed this place! 🐇🐖🐮Cons: If their prices were more reasonable we would have purchased quite a few things but they are a bit expensive $$$

This was so unexpected! All these youtube videos and content creators advertising Leavenworth.. This was a great place to stop on vacation, with family, etc.. With a huge assortment of preserved items, fresh produce, a petting farm, and place that has unique toys and games for the family. This is also a great place for a photo opp!

Small Woods is a mini destination that will appeal to all ages. There are rides for kids, a playground and petting zoo. For adults there are food items, spices, honey (a wall of honey), apple butter, jellies, relish, pickles, sodas, and fresh produce, the apples are fantastic. This is more than a shopping trip, this is a great stop for anyone of any age.

Bad service! Today Tuesday the June 27th we visited and I ask if the train , park and animal area was open they said yes we paid for 6 people and the train was closed we waited there and a guy told us that it was close so they lied to us only for us to pay. We got some drink and my son got one that was squish that he open in front of the two guys that were inside the register the soda didn't work anymore and they still charged for it they said my son had already opened but I still had to paid for it. My kids were very sad since they couldn't get in the train that was the main reason why we came. I advise that you train your employees better so they can give the right info and a better customer service.

This place is so neat! Fresh fruit and an assortment of other preserves, candy, spices and wine available for purchase here! Even a playground and a little 'train' ride for kids to enjoy the stop too.

An awesome little farm store. The apples are cheaper here than the other stands. So much to see. Lots of variety when it comes to farm products. Everything from lotion made from bees wax to specialty bbq sauces. Very family friendly with a playground and even a petting zoo.

We always stop when near!! Small petting farm (small fee to enter), plus lots of fruits, veggies, jams, jellies, popcorn, sodas, too much to list. Very fun stop to make, especially in Summer. Our most current visit was Nov 10, 2018.

I have been coming here yearly, it just keeps getting better and better, $3 for the petting farm and $1 for a small bag of feed, you really can't beat the price for the experience. The stand is run by great people, the owners just add to the experience and made our visit something my wife will remember for years to come, if you are coming through the area, its a must.

This is the place where you go to pick up locally sourced snacks for your drive home.The pears were ridiculously perfect. Excellent apples too. Loved the cat sleeping on the counter.

Such a fun little store to walk around and shop for jams, fruit spreads, candy, popcorn and more! Love coming here for the feeding zoo they have! You can purchase grain to feed the animals! Great way to end my day when leaving Leavenworth.

Great prices! Bought a box of yellow and a box of red apples, egg noodles and a spicy souce! Apples are very sweet and look great. There are also good variety of gams and spices you can find. If you make it to Leavenworth or area near by, definatelly recommend to visit this place.

A nice little stop on your way hither and thither. The play area is nice enough for a small, family-run business. The shopping is definitely of high quality, although this is reflected in the price of everything. They sell everything from fruit to snacks to condiments and more.

Had to give it a two star :/ The conditions the animals were in was pretty disgusting. I can understand the big snow storm we had 5 week ago. But that’s been a long time and these animals just don’t seem very well kept. Do a better job guys!
