Great place with awesome staff. I went there after preordering online. Unfortunately what I wanted wasn’t in stock it they helped provide other alternatives. Which were perfectly good for what I wanted. Along with being veteran friendly helped offset some cost. Definitely the place to swing through if your local or just passing by.

I’m really sad, I came here for my 21st birthday and the guy seemed really nice. He was trying to sell us some edibles and I asked if any were Vegan/gelatin free and he sold us ones that I now see are full of pork-gelatin 😭😭😭

Just terrible, went in for a simple pre-roll and to see what deals they had and the old guy behind the counter didn't seem like he knew anything, not even how to run the register. Not surprised, the locals tell me the owner is a conservative religious mess of a woman that can't even keep the same employees from week to week

One of my favorite dispensaries. The available selection is definitely a little small but I can definitely appreciate that they still try to keep a selection for all price ranges or meet in the middle and have solid mid-teir selections for carts. Would recommend

I was ridiculed for my preference of MEDICAL MARIJUANA. This is the second time this has happened at this store amd it is the only store that I have experienced this. Last time it was the managers son who no longer works there. The extraordinarily poorly trained sales person trashed their competitor (which is extremely poor taste for a medical Marijuana establishment) and my medical Marijuana preference when I asked if they had similar cost effective medicinal Marijuana for rolling joints. They do not have that option but I was willing to purchase what they had.... until.... he escalated his behaivior and trashed my preference again as being of such low quality that he wouldn't use it. I told him that it's OK that he is not ok with what I need for myself. My service dog was alerting me to his upsetting behaivior as she should, so, I left.This is the second time I left this business that claims to provide medical Marijuana, but, does not effectively train their employees. They do train them very well on how to get you high as a kite and to judge you for not wanting to be blasted out of your mind even if you tell them that is that is not what you want or need.If you claim to be a medical Marijuana trained establishment, train your employees to treat people with dignity or... hire people who CAN be trained to treat people with dignity.

Best ever. Excellent customer service and prices. You explain what you need and they are fantastic at matching you with the correct product. Mic and Stu both always go the extra mile and that's with all the customers, not just myself. Very impressive store. Being from California, this store was the best I ever encountered and this includes every California store I've ever been to. Great store and consistent products.

I came to this store to pick up some things on my vacation, and the day that I went there, their electronics were having a lot of technical difficulties, so I wasn't able to withdraw any money from the ATM machine. The owner was kind enough to help me find a different product that I could more easily pay for with the spare cash in my wallet by knocking off the price of his cheapest dab oil for me. All in all, they did a great job of making the best of difficult situation and made sure I walked out of the store with a good product to enjoy for the rest of my vacation, so I'll definitely be going back next time I am staying in Leavenworth.

Cool people, just checked out the pre rolls, bought some really bad joints. Smoked both of them, smelt like a black n mild and tasted like a black n mild. Blue packaging, two .5's for 7$, 🤮 . I've smoked so many pre rolls in the same price range, and those were really bad lol.

I was very impressed with the pre-rolls. The prices are fair. The pre-rolls I bought here were better than many of the other shops I visited in Seattle. The guy working here was knowledgeable and was very honest with us. I am sure more locals come here but for those of us passing by make sure and stop. This is a small shop.

Even as a local, Sadly if you don’t turn your vertical ID to a Horizontal ID you will not be allowed to shop here it’s quite disappointing especially for someone who just turned 21 and wants to celebrate. Happy Croppe is a better store both in service and prices anyways.

I absolutely loved this store, I was met with happy and helpful budtenders who were more than willing to answer my many questions as I asked them about their wide variety of strains and brands, I fully plan to make a trip back to the area specifically to stop back in and check out their great prices again, I highly recommend it to anyone living or passing through the area

The woman budtender was super nice! She was very well informed. I even started to ask about the economy of the marijuana business; needless-to-say, she was very informative and had a great demeanor sharing the in-and-outs. I genuinely felt like she loved engaging with me, and she even showed me a pic of her son (he had crazy hair! Lol). I came from Georgia for vacation, she was very nice!

I don't know where most of these people has been before, or if they are just employees boosting the scores, but this place has a super weak selection and very uninformed employees. From not knowing the laws at all, to management not even knowing what it posted on signs outside the shop, this is one of the most poorly run shops even for a small remote location. The staff isn't knowledgable at all past basic selling points pushed by sale reps. And most brands they sell are repeat violators of pesticide laws. Do yourself a favor and stop in cashmere instead.
