I had so many setbacks, just a crazy day. We hadn’t got my pup her rabies shot yet, Chloe rescheduled me no problem and that was after I was late bc I went to the wrong Petco. She was so understanding and kind. We got pup her vaccine, day of appointment Chloe was again so helpful- Duchess was way past due grooming with very long hair. She made sure to let me know my options and did a fantastic job. She told me the benefits of regular grooming, I totally agree and we scheduled the next appointment. I am so thankful and happy we found Chloe, Pasco has a way more personable staff than the other locations. My pup looked great and it must’ve been difficult because her hair was so long and probably tangled.

We had appointments for both of our dogs but only one of them was groomed. You wouldn't do one of them because she had a muzzle on. We really needed her toenails trimmed and also was going to get her a bath as well. Because she was wearing a muzzle you wouldn't take her at all. There should be some kind of notice on the website that you won't take a dog if it is wearing a muzzle, there is nothing on your website. So we had to take her somewhere else to get her nails done. Our other dog grooming was good but we will probably find somewhere that will take both dogs.

I tried to make an appt for teething cleaning online but it said for a small experience like that I could just walk in and couldn’t make an appt so I go in at 4pm and with my dog in hand and they said that the groomer went home this is such an inconvenience why does it say your open till 6 when your not? please change something so ppl don’t waist there time

The groomer did an excellent job. They were very compassionate with my dog and very professional. I will be returning to the groomer that took such great care of my dog and myself.

Cassie is amazing at her job!! She is literally the best groomer I have been to. She took care of my puppy well and did the exact haircut I asked for. I'm very satisfied with my visit. I would highly recommend her!

Chloe not only does an outstanding grooming job, but she has also earned the trust of my fur babies. Especially Paris, my toy poodle, who has been EXTRA sensitive and anxious when it comes to grooms. She not only does well now, but loves Chloe and immediately stops shaking when she takes her in her arms. When dropping them off, I leave with peace of mind knowing that my three poodles are being well taken care of, all thanks to Chloe's kindness, patience, and love. I am also always happy with their cuts, she leaves them looking beautiful. Exceeds expectations each time!!!!

I came to Petco Pasco after another grooming establishment in town did an overpriced, unfinished grooming. Not only did they fix the botched grooming, but it was reasonably priced. I am thrilled with the prices and quality of the grooming at Petco Pasco.

Just gonna throw out this there. FYI. DO NOT take your furbabies to Petco in Pasco to be groomed. When found a big scab on his ear we were not told about, he will no longer let us cut the hair on his ears, and we were always able too before, he also fought the person (who's cut his toenails before and had no problems) and bit my husband (he has never bit before, either). It breaks my heart.

I told the Gal Sarah I think two things that were missed before. She listened intently and did a wonderful job grooming my Bella. I appreciate her efforts to listen. Thanks for a great job Sarah. Wish I could have you do it each time.

The groomer, Nariah, was amazing. The actual grooming turned out better than I expected. But, Nariah was also wonderful at calming our dog. My only complaint is that I wish I could pay at the grooming salon. I paid with a card, and I don't know if Nariah received my tip. I didn't write the tip on the paper. I simply told the cashier to add $20 for a tip.

Cassie our groomer always goes above and beyond to get us in. Our little Bandit had serious issues after being groomed at Paw Spa and Cassie has really helped him feel ok about grooming again we come to you because of her.

We had to wait 6 weeks to get our large, fluffy dogs in and they call less than 24 hours before the appointment to cancel. They offered to re-schedule in 6+ weeks. REDICULOUS and she wasn't very nice nor receptive to how awful this was to our dogs. I will never go here nor shop here again. Terrible.
