the only item I wish to make a comment on is from the internet if the stores show a layout of the store so when a customer visits they know exactly what part of the store to visit to get what they came for instead of having to find the needle in the haystack. Sometimes associates a busy and cannot assist you as fast as you would like, time is money or progressing getting everything done in the alloted time. Nice store

Didn't have the cat food that they indicated online - went to Wilco where it was $5 more- next time I will order online- love Petco but ya gotta stock what it says online - I know it's a popular cat 🐈 food 😻

Overall, friendly staff and helpful. The store is clean and easy to navigate. They ate hit and miss with in-stock selection. Oddly, they don't take AMEX at this location, but they do at other locations, and if you order in store online. One problem is that the live insects are often already dead. They have what I need, so there are no major complaints.

I come here because it’s close to my house. I have noticed that the last 3 times whenever I ask questions about something , the employees have no information to answer with. Basically, I’m wandering the aisles and googling stuff about pet food. If you’re paying the extra $ , you kind of expect the service and product knowledge to come along with it. Walmart is across the street, you could buy the exact same thing there for less and would expect less service and knowledge.

No one was working, the gal that helped us had just clocked out and was great, but she should not have had to stay after work. The product I bought was nail clippers they were more expensive than online and broke before they even cut the first nail. I had to take my dog on to have the nail fixed since I was only able to cut 1/2 way.

The salesgirl was very helpful and nice in a genuine way, not fake. She helped me find a medication for the immune systems of the feral cats that I feed. It is helping. They aren't sneezing and coughing anymore!

Just giving a shout out to Ramie-Ann! She was the only groomer working when I showed up for a spur of the moment walk in nail trim and she got my pup right in! It was toward the end of the day so I’m sure she was exhausted! I appreciate the accommodation so much!!!!!!

I was looking for a particular brand of dog food. Although Petco had the brand, it did not have the flavor. I had to settle on a different flavor of which they had only one bag. There were a lot of chicken-based foods of which a lot of dogs have a reaction.

Pasco Petco staff are knowledgeable and helpful! Went in and had a nice and informative conversation regarding lizard habitats and bought crickets. The store is clean. Other stores that offer dog training tend to smell like urine.

I bought a bearded dragon on Tuesday and it seemed to be fine I put him in his prepared tank, he ate and went to bask. Wednesday he seemed to be having some breathing problems but he was still pretty active. By Sunday he was barely moving and I called the store for help. I’m was told if I could find my paper receipt they would be able to refund or replace him and try to get his m healthy again. I couldn’t find the receipt so I asked him to look up my account and it showed that I had purchased her m on Tuesday with some other supplies but that they could do absolutely nothing for me without the receipt. The manager told me I could try to find the receipt and bring him into the store the next day and I told him I didn’t think he would make it that long. He told me to call back in 15 minutes and then they were. Closing. He suggested coming in the next morning and talking with the reptile department. His lungs collapse and He died that night and they do not help with dead pets either. So I am out 100$ for the lizard, 100$ for the supplies, and have really sad kids. all I wanted was to save him. I wish there was a zero star rating.

Honestly, I just love visiting the "Adopt Me" cats by the front door. That said, the staff there seemed pretty attentive and routinely checked on us to see if we needed any help.

We bought the wrong collar for one of our dog they changed it with no problem. Im trying a new dog food for my dogs they like it. Ask Max, Athena and MitzyLu they love the treats too😁🐕🐅🐶

Prices are expensive. I can nearly 99% of the time find identical items for $5-$10 cheaper elsewhere.Store was dimly lit and felt gloomy upon entering.The young staffer that helped me was friendly , polite, and professional.

Just awful! Was in there for 10 minutes looking for a fish tank pump and never saw a worker. The selection was picked over and stupid expensive. (Exact same pump $29.99 here and it was $8.44 on Amazon. Needless to say, I left without buying a thing!

Kimberly was awesome. We came in to return an item we had bought our daughter for Christmas, but she had ended up getting a different kind. We had purchased it online, and we didn't realize it was past the deadline for returns when we took it in. Rather than send us away upset and out $50+, Kimberly let us exchange it for some other things we needed from the store. She explained that their return policy had changed and made sure we knew this wasn't something she could do multiple times. But that's okay with us. They earned our business for sure. We'll be back.

There are three Petco stores in the Tri-Cities and without a doubt, this is the worst one. Their turnover rate of employees is extremely high thus their knowledge base of working there is minimal. They are almost always out of stock in supplies. Very frustrating. They don’t seem to care much about customer service and don’t care if you leave unhappy. I am done with this store. I will go to the other ones in TC for better service and people who care.

The people who work there are great, but those who have designed how the business runs are less than stellar. It makes the employees look like they are incapable or are under constant suspicion of fraud, and it makes us, the customer, feel like we are also under suspicion of fraud. We took back an air filter we had purchased online for in store pick-up one day after we picked it up. We didn't have the receipt but we had the online order through email on our phone with the order number. This poor manager had to spent over 10 minutes on something that the corporation I worked at could have returned within 30 seconds with or without a receipt. And they couldn't guarantee us before trying that it would go back onto our card and said they may have to give us a merchandise card instead even though they didn't carry the product we need, which was not the manager's fault, but the fault of whoever designed the refund system. This is not the first time even this week that we ran into issues returning something. This company needs to do better both for it's employees and it's customers.
