We almost drove right by as it has a small street-front presence. Don't let that fool you! The store was packed with everything we needed and when we couldn't find a specific item, a very helpful employee (I wish I could remember his name!) found it right away. All the employees we encountered were very pleasant. It's nice to shop in a place where the people who work there seem to enjoy the job and are kind and helpful to their customers.

I have to hand it to the Dress family and their employees at the Pasco, WA location. I thought there wasn't going to be any sort of chance in locating the items I needed. I needed a couple of specific items that I just knew they didn't have. They were 8mm x 1.0 flanged nylock lock nuts and 5/16 x 24 flanged lock nuts. I had actually stopped by three other locations (in order: Tacoma Screw & Bolt, M&M Bolt and Fastners) to find these items. I pretty much received similar answers from all the others. I was told they 1. They don't stock the item, 2. That if I wanted to order them, I would have to special order them and 3. if I wanted to order them, it would have to be in bulk. However, I will give M&M Bolt a cudo... at least they did mention Ranch and Home in their recommendations. Being that I was in the area, I stopped by Pasco location to see if they had anything remotely close. After doing some digging with one of their young employees, we were able to find the items in question and thanked the young man for his assistance. Wife had a return on a pair of jeans. Customer service employee accused of returning used merchandise. Had the audacity to smell jeans accuse of us of customer misconduct. Very disappointed.

Received a Christmas gift of jeans from Ranch and Home in the wrong size. Even with a receipt could not return them after 30 days. Will never do business in these stores again. Will go to Tractor Supply or Wilco for my feed and supply needs. Easily $5,000 in lost revenue.

Not sure, mixed emotions about ranch & home. Been going to these stores for as long as I can remember. Like everything is good,.. I just really think they have a poor return policy. If I spend a hundred dollars or more on a pair of work boots that just rip my feet apart on the first day of work then there not gonna work for me. But I can't return them because I wore them. Even if there not dirty or anything. But because I wore them I can't return them. It makes it really hard to find a good pair of work boots. But that's basically it. Just frustrating sometimes, a lot of the time. But other then that it's all good.

True country store. They have every thing you just have to find it or ask the staff. I mean everything. I go there for my dogs vaccines I administer myself. They cater pretty well to our animals. A browser store for men , one of the few.

People inside were wonderful. Bought 5 bags of salt. Lady inside asked to have the outside guys help load. They looked at us and walked away. Loaded the car and left. Not sure why we were ignored.

Great place to go to for your typical farm and ranch needs. The place is clean and well organized, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Staff is helpful in answering any questions or concerns you may have.

No pellets for bedding, the person inside said they never carried them.. yes they do. Have bought them before, this store is horrible. Customer service does not exist, and being told they have "never sold something" we have bought there multiple times is ridiculous. Its a lie. Then another person said they have not had them for two weeks?You get your orders from Animal Supply, it delivers to you weekly, you need to FIRE whoever does the ordering for this store. Now we have to wait yet another day to change the bedding and will go to a locally owned pet store to get the pellets.

Uhaul store was out of propane, so I went here so my furnace would be able to run today. Quick service. Dude even unloaded and loaded the tanks in my truck, and the price was quite fair.

Love this place but the help needs to be a bit more educated on what types/size and price of their hay. I was quoted 16.99 for a 3 string bale of grass gay. Oops. They only sell 2 string bales. :(

The store is remodeling. The item I was looking for is no longer in stock. It is a water line filter. I will have to find another supply. we will have to wait to see what ranch and home will stock in the future. Then decide if we will return to shop there.

Very nice employee helped me find what my doctor sent me in for which was Shoe arch supports certain type I couldn’t remember the name something Green & took one word for the person to be nope I got what ur looking for!! Freindly and helpful employees, they seem to have most anything for the ranch, farm or home. I have almost always found those odd parts that no one else seems to have. Would be great if they carried more selection of womens hunting and work boots.
