Quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Tyler was amazing and super easy to work with. He was honest and straightforward about the process, walking me through all the steps. Vehicle was as described and Tyler and Cody even delivered it to my door an hour away so I didn’t have to find a ride back down. Exceptional customer service, I would absolutely go back for vehicle service or another purchase. Communication was excellent, couldn’t have asked for nicer people to work with!

I’m loving the new Mazda that Tyler helped me buy! He was a great salesman, he wasn’t pushy at all but was very personable and knowledgeable! I later had some issues with my title/registration and Omar also went above and beyond to help and had the issue fixed the same day! I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. Everyone I encountered during my visits was friendly and helpful.

Love my car, hate the dealership. Impossible to get on the phone or get any updates if your car is in for service. Plus only your service advisor can tell you anything about your car, so if they're busy you're out of luck! They also refuse to call me for some reason and instead lie and say they've left messages that I've never received.

Very unfortunate experience with the service department. Scheduled a chip repair days after the purchase in cash of my car. During inspection, first service tech was unable to find the chip, which was minor. I gladly pointed (literally touched it) it out to him. Said it would not be an issue to fill and wouldn't take long. Upon completion, I noticed that the chip had not been filled, after I paid and signed for it, which was my mistake. I also noticed the ring residue from the tool used to fill the chip. The bottom of the ring was about half an inch above the actual chip, which needs to be over the chip itself. After returning to the counter and explaining the issue I was told, "oh, weird." followed by a long pause. Understanding they had other appointments to keep, I asked to reschedule for another time. The issue is I was charged for a service that simply wasn't completed. Either they didn't put anything on my windshield, or they applied the resin in the incorrect spot. Either way, I was charged and didn't receive the correct service. I am more than happy to change this review, but it is dependent on how they resolve the issue going forward. With this being my first dealership experience, I am beyond disappointed. I urge others to be on the look out for other shady practices, and for this department to have increased quality control measures.Update: It was determined that the chip had been filled, just not well sadly. I received another chip in the windshield between these visits, and figured I'd get it filled since I was there. After completion, a small part of it looked better. However, there was a piece of the chip that had now grown into about a 2 inch crack from the chip's center. Which to me seems like complications during the service, again not being caught by any sort of quality control. Not wanting to continue my business in the future at this dealership, I decided to cut my losses out $71.22 for the "repairs". While the staff is friendly and helpful, it unfortunately doesn't translate to quality service for my vehicle.

Their customer service has gone down hill in the last few months. I was a loyal customer and every service my car has needed I have come to subaru mccurley for service: oil changes, rotations, tires, alignments etc. I was unfortunate to have gotten a flat tire on my way to work. The road had appeared clear but somehow something happened that was outside of my control. I called service/tires as they opened and explained my situation and let them know i had just purchased tires with them two months ago. The gentleman i spoke with was flippant and unhelpful when i asked him about my tires warranty. He the proceeded to tell me that because i did not have an appointment (because people have planned flat tires….) they would try to squeeze me in today. When I finally made it to the dealership, the same individual asked me about my tires and what happened and he condescendingly questioned me about how I got the flat, I answered honestly and explained that I did not know how/why as the road had been clear. He looked at me as if I was lying. He put it down but basically said he wasn’t sure it that would be covered since tires do not pop. Very Rude! Then, as my day was not terrible enough, proceeded to chastise me for parts that were reserved under my name for a previous appointment which I had called and cancelled a week ago due to the quoted price. Told me that if I not want them that I should have let them know so that they could use the parts for someone else. I again let him now that I had called in advance to let them know that I wanted to cancel. Overall I am unhappy to have been treated so poorly on what is already a stressful day. The Subaru salesmen are great, their service team, at least the last few individuals that have helped me, are not. Go elsewhere!

If you’re like most of us that find buying a car to be a major stressful situation then I can’t begin to express the delight that we found at McCurley’s. Oscar and his Sales Manager (?name?) were professional, pleasant, and extremely respectful throughout and I most certainly recommend them to anyone searching for their next vehicle. Starting with Oscar and finishing with Devon in Finance was the most relaxing car purchase that I’ve ever experienced!

recently saw a 16' Mazda 3 I really wanted, but I live 2+ hours away, they were able to work with me to get pre approved before I made the drive. the car was exactly as they photographed, and drove great during the test drive, very friendly and personable staff who made it a very no pressure environment. the car is great and I highly recommend the dealer and everyone who works there

I recently went to the McCurleys Suburu in Yakima with my granddaughter, she needed a vehicle for her and my year old great-granddaughter. The lady that assisted her advised that she was a bit short for the cash purchase price but she did not turn away from the sale instead she did everything possible to have my granddaughter drive away with a beautiful vehicle. She restored my faith in humanity. Thank you McCurley!! Great employees. ;)

This was a great service visit. I was greeted promptly upon entering the service department. The service writer reviewed my requirements and asked if I wanted anything else. I did and it was added to my request. The waiting area was clean, warm, well lighted and I settled into a comfy chair. When my car was ready the service writer went over what was done and what was checked. The report covered all the incidental checks like tires, fluids and filters and showed where each one stood. I was escorted to my freshly washed Impreza and motored off with a big grin on my face.

I went in for a detail. My car was left amazing!!! The previous owner left the vehicle with white paint on the seat, cat hair, a stain on the ceiling, food crumbs in places I couldn't reach. Everything was gone! My car has always looked dull from the outside, and it was so shinny when I got it back. The cleaning under the hood was also amazing! 100% recommended. John was also really helpful.

We had to replace our whole transmission. It was an unfortunate thing on a used car that we recently bought. When we picked up the car, you would’ve thought that they could’ve at least put it through the car wash or cleaned it. Also, the tire pressure light was turned on after they fixed it. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve fixed that tire pressure and checked that before giving it back to us.

I was visiting from out of town and had concerns about my windshield wipers. They were bouncing up and down off of my windshield. I stopped in without an appointment, right before closing time. I was heading over Snoqualmie Pass, so I was concerned about my ability to see. The young gentleman at the desk said there was no one to help me, but then, out of nowhere came Brent, who was fantastic!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did not mind helping at all without an appointment.Also, on a different day, Brent also helped me with a warranty situation where I felt that I was not getting the help I needed from another location.If you’re not getting the service, you feel like you should definitely speak with Brent before you write them off :)

They sold me a 70,000$ used truck with their extended mccurley plus warranty upto 100,000 miles and 2 weeks later it broke and when I took it back to them they said that it has some damage to the engine and I need to pay for a new engine.And I kept telling them that I bought their warranty that promises to repair the engine engine, because it has after market parts which they sold me the truck with all those after market parts.I do not recommend buying anything from them, they will cause stress and waste your time. They also don't call you back when they say they will call back and its hard to get them to answer since I already paid them money they don't care anymore.Replying to their comment: When I was purchasing the truck I asked their financial person her name was Rebecca that if everything that's on the truck is covered even the tuner and she said yes and she recommended me to purchase that extended warranty.Then I figured out that the ford warranty will not cover my truck because of the aftermarket parts, So now they have to pay out of their own pocket to repair the engine.Beware of this dealership, they will try anything not to pay out of their own pocket. As soon as you pay them, they are no longer your friends. They are scammers.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go here unless you want dishonesty and to be nickel and dimed in the repair shop! These people are thieves. Their "diagnostic" is a joke. These people miss everything until they are "already in the process" of taking everything apart, and by then they gotcha! Shame on me for going to these people twice. Gave them the benefit of a doubt and paid the price for it. Never, never, EVER again. Worst experience I have EVER had with car repairs.

Please read if you are taking your car in for a service other than a basic oil change!I got into an accident during the snow storm and took my Subaru to this Subaru dealership for diagnostic testing to see what needs to be replaced— long story short I paid over $200 for the diagnostic test and then due to insurance reasons had to take my car to another shop. Then same day I got a call from the new shop showing me all the damages Subaru missed over 3k extra damages that were easy to spot when the car was on the car lift. Needless to say save your time and money go to a shop with more experience technicians….

I got a postcard in the mail telling me that I can drop by anytime and get my oil changed no need for an appointment. I'm an hour and a half away but I went ahead and took advantage of what they are promoting as a good service while I was in town. Apparently this is not true. Which I can understand why it's not true, so they should not be sending out those postcards. It really messed up my Friday and I will have to go somewhere else. It's all about expectations and apparently their marketing team has no idea. I have no problem with planning and scheduling. I do have a problem with promotions that are not true.

We have two Subaru's, one is 15 years old and the other is 14 years old and they are still going strong. We love being able to drive over the pass in the winter without having to worry about chains and the wonderful way that Subaru's drive through the winter weather. With the miles that we have on our cars, we have needed McCurley mechanics to perform bigger tasks like replacing timing belts and brakes. They have kept our cars running well. We finally decided it was time to upgrade and Jake helped us with the sale. It might be possible to buy a car over the internet but having someone with Jake's knowledge to help with questions and figuring out all of the technology that Subaru's offer is worth so much. Thank you Jake and McCurley for the wonderful honest caring service that you offer.

I was looking at possibly getting a new Subaru last weekend. I called ahead to see what the potential prices for a lease might be, and they were able to give me a vague idea of the lowest possible prices on the spot. I liked these numbers, so I decided to come by. Once inside, Mikhaela came and helped me out. She was great. Very knowledgeable and informative while also not being pushy. We test drove multiple cars, and she asked good questions and open-ended questions to help me narrow down the vehicle that would best suit my needs. She also helped advocate for me in the finance stage to help me get a good estimate before they even ran a hard check on my credit. Mikhaela was great. If I don't get to work with her for my next car, then I hope my next sales rep is as good as she was.
