Great store, just about anything you'd want but never expect to find in a small town store. Their deli selection is awesome too, something different every afternoon (3PM). Genuinely good folks.

New owner, she has really polished the old store up and given it some TLC. Instead of a quick stop, I can pretty much legitimately grocery shop there now. And they do a great hot case dinner!Manager lady is super nice and remembers you. So are all the staff. Good work everyone!

Great employees willing to help you find what your looking for. Store doesn't have everything, but they have everything that you forgot at Safeway so you don't have to blow an hour to go back to Moscow or Pullman to get it. Great for that quick trip to grab what you ran out of when your in the middle of cooking dinner. I like getting an in store made pizza and some extra toppings for a good easy evening meal. I really appreciate having them in town.

Palouse is a lovely town. The Palouse Family Foods is clean and welcoming. They have a wonderful selection of foods, hardware, household items, greeting cards and huckleberry items too. The staff was wonderful, cheerful and helpful. So glad that we stopped.

Very nice to have a wide variety of food in our small community. Always helpful and friendly staff that don't harass me about wearing a mask. Sets Palouse ahead of other small towns in the area.

Got there with a few minutes to 6 p.m. on a Sunday, there was still a customer in the store and the clerk told me she had shut down the register and I couldn't buy anything...TERRIBLE customer service!!!
