Cute little place to stop and grab a coffee and some breakfast. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Lots of great drink options. I got a breakfast sandwich on two different days. One on a bagel and the other on an English muffin extra toasted. The English muffin option is the way to go for them. This bagel was just not it for me..

A large group of friends and I came to Pacific Beach for a vacation. We stopped at the Surfhouse Pub and Cafe and had a fantastic experience! The food was far beyond anything I expected during an off season visit. The tuna melt was highly recommend by multiple people. We were treated like locals even though we were clearly not locals. I highly suggest eating here if you're in the area!!

We stopped here for coffee before leaving town when it was too wet to make our own at the campground. Our only regret was that we did not know about the pub the day before.The service was a bit pokey but very friendly. Our lattes were great (one with soy milk and the other with oat). The cinnamon buns that we took for the road were a delight -- not too big and sweet and sticky, just nice and cinnamon-y.

The Surf House Pub & Cafe was great. I stopped several times during my trip to the area. The first stop was to just have a drink while roaming around. Not busy at all, and a nice relaxing experience before hitting the beach for the sunset. The staff were great, friendly, and attentive. I then stopped in twice for some coffee and some breakfast. Same experience, staff were great! For my last evening I gave it another go, this time it was busy but I was still able to get a seat. The burger was a bit disappointing, and I had much higher hopes. I'll be back next time I'm in the area and give something else a try.

We went there twice on our trip. First experience with long-blonde haired barista was great. Second experience with short-brown haired barista not so great. She was discourteous, acted agitated/annoyed and condescending. Food was okay and coffee was decent first time around, but we left the second time because the customer service was so bad.We ended up going to the jitter house in Aberdeen instead and loved our experience there.

We’re from out of town and thought we’d stop in this cute little cafe on our way out.. the lady who took our order just seemed overall annoyed that we were there. We were looking at the menu and asked a couple questions and she was extremely rude! The whole ordering experience just made the atmosphere a no for me. I wouldn’t come back unless I had the whole menu memorized or knew exactly what I wanted. On the plus side at least the coffee and food was good. Just very disappointing!

Great bakery and cafe! We enjoyed the cinnamon rolls and scones. The raspberry vanilla chip scone was our favorite. If you're in Pacific Beach, you should definitely stop by and grab a treat or drink!

This used to be our favorite little out of the way coffee and gift shop that we would never miss on our trips to the beach. We decided to drive her from our home in Shelton today and what a disappointment!! The gift shop was gone, looked like it had been turned into a bar, the funky atmosphere of the coffee shop was gone and we were unable to get a cup of regular drip coffee! I loved the gift shop that used to be in the front and always left with something. The atmosphere used to be so relaxing laid back and now it's just like every other coffee shop. And they added a video game console. And to not offer to make a pot of drip coffee at 11:30 tho she had the capability, was not the definition of good service in my opinion. The food was good but not worth driving here for as we have in the past. Like I said....so disappointing.

Only coffee shop in town but a great place. Small but couch and table seating available with free wifi. (Don't work here though, walk the beach dummy!) Baked goods, ice cream, smoothies also on the menu. Shop is tucked behind boutique on the corner, with connecting door. Follow sign painted on side of building to main entrance. Short walk from campground.

The place is small but comfortable to have a couple drinks. The menu is very limited. The wings are good. The burgers are good. The Mac and cheese is like the microwave kind, hard pass. I wish there menu was a bit bigger since there is no place in Pacific Beach to get any food after the sandwich food truck closes. Nachos fries, and other appetizers would be nice to enjoy with your drinks or add to the wings.

Always one of my favorite places on the coast for years now. Cute and clean and convenient when you need some snacks or drinks in Pacific Beach. Always good service and kind staff.Parking: Street parking. Kid-friendliness: It is a cute bohemian place that's not too precious. No one minds kids sitting in the stools by the window or lounging on the couches. Great place for a quick stop with kids for bathroom and drinks. Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, stairs upon entry.

I've been coming to Pacific Beach my whole life and since turning 21 I've been dying for a great pub in town and finally it has arrived!! Great food, drinks, and the kitchen is open late which made me super happy when I came at 9pm looking for a late night meal. The ladies working the bar were fun and served us well, and the atmosphere was great. We even played some songs on the jukebox. Overall, no complaints and I can't wait to come back.

The first time we stopped, we thought they were closed. The entrance to the coffee shop is around back. It's a bit confusing to find entrance.The coffee is really good. We tried coffee at a few other places in the area. This was the only place we came back for more since it was so good.The sandwiches were great for putting in the cooler for later while we traveled the national parks. Fairly large portions for lunch, so we got a couple of quick meals out of them.The potato salad was better than most places we get back home in Minnesota, which was a delightful and tasty suprise.Would be a regular location for us if we were local.

Awesome coffee shop a bit out of the way. It's cozy and comfortable and the service was great. Coffee was delicious, as was the enornous cinnamon roll. Attached to an amazing small boutique.

If you are looking for a cozy little place to have a great burger or THE BEST WINGS ON THE COAST or maybe just want a refreshing drink you should stop into the Surf House Pub. The bartenders are awesome, they're always willing to make the customer what they want. I really like the selection of drinks and their liquor is good too. Above all is the vibe, locals and tourists alike we all become one when you enter that door it feels great. You don't have direct views of the ocean BUT it's a stones throw to an adorable gazebo that can see it all. I highly recommend stopping in for some wings and a margi, or whatever floats your boat ☺️

Very cool place. Nice to just pop in on a brisk Sunday morning. Chill and warm atmosphere. The staff are very nice and do a good job. They also sell some pretty awesome birthday cards and the seating is super nice.

Came here for lunch! The tuna melt was delicious and the coffee was amazing. My wife got a coconut mocha and it was unlike any other coconut mocha she has ever had. Service was great!

We rolled in tired and hungry after being stuck in Seattle traffic. We showed up an hour after the kitchen closed. The bartender cheerfully offered to make us some burgers, and they were amazing. The place was full of local folks, and we were treated just like family. Thank you so much for making two tired tourists feel so welcome!
