This place is my new preferred place for chicks and feed. We got chicks late February, and got 10 (pullet) chicks of different breeds. Ended up wit all hens, and some very smart, beautiful, and healthy chicks.they are very hardy and lived even the worst days of Washington weather in the mountains. They also turned out to be very social and sweet toward other chickens and humans. I want to thank this store for also the amazing costumer service. I would absolutely recommend this store for all your needs.

A small locally owned shop that knows what is needed in the area. The sales staff have the knowledge about what they have locally. They are nice and helpful with the products they carry. They have small chicks, ducklings, turkeys, gosling, bees, and much more. If they don't have it, they will order it for you. Check it out for yourself to see how they serve you. I was left satisfied after my visit.

Not much for writing negative reviews but this one is deserving since it checks more than 1 box.1.) Did not charge me what was told on two separate visits. Example: Told a bag of food ready to expire was 50% off on the phone, made a special order for a larger bag. Went in same day and was not given the 50% off. Not even a solution by the cashier since the owner was no longer at the place of business and was unreachable. So I paid full price.2.) Rude cashier. Did not offer any sort of resolution or help on both visits.3.) Special order bag that I paid $10.00 more for than I was told on the phone 2 days prior when I made the order was ripped open and taped back closed with clear tape. Which should have been discounted since it was opened.I did speak with the owner today when my special order came in and told her I came in to get the small bag that day she mentioned was 50% off and didn’t offer to reimburse me. Because I was unhappy with my service I mentioned I wouldn’t need her to order any more bags of food for me as she offered when I walked out the door because I could get it at the price promised elsewhere she remarked “Small business problems”I do in fact order my dog food from a small local business, a small business that doesn’t over charge customers.

I absolutely adore this sweet little feed store! They have a store rooster and hen, which are just adorable. And they have a wide variety of feeds and chicken care products. From vetricin to regular feed and grit etc. They have it! They also have chicks and they are all very healthy and I can tell the owners truly care about their animals, store and customer. My favorite feed store in the area.

The gal running the store was cheerful and helpful. She located the specific Diamond Naturals Senior dog food I needed at the Rathdrum store. The store drove it to this location for me to pick up. For the future I can call ahead for them to have it for me. No additional charge and the same price as previously accustomed to.

Went to get timothy hay got 2 bales. Took home opened up, not good quality to me. Nice little store though, helpful staff for sure. I would recommend this store even though my hay wasn't great.

They may be a bit pricey, but still much less than the low quality box stores.They have the items the box stores don't carry.The employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable.I have no problems with driving from Spokane all the way to Otis Orchards...for quality.

The owners were extremely kind answered all questions and stayed late to help me. Their prices are great, it cute quainte and local and there cat is wonderful and well cared for. I drive 20 minutes to get 3 chicks from there and now will be going there regularly due to their competitive prices and wonderful costumer service. To anyone from the Spokane area interested in trying out a new feed store and shopping local I would recommend this place 100%

I came here to pick up a few bails of straw for archery target practice. I’m new to the sport of archery, so I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for. The staff and store owner were kind enough to get to know me and offered several helpful suggestions. The staff are very personable and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.

We love going to East Farms supply! They are so friendly and helpful. Our kids even look forward to going with us because they always have some sort of animal around the store for them to see. I would highly recommend going there for your feed.

We came here in a pinch needing some hay bales for our event at the last minute when the place we had planned to get them from was closed. They came through. They even helped us to load them and to secure the load. Their help was much appreciated and the decorations added a nice touch to our first trunk or treat.

When purchasing baby chickens there be careful to not let them sell you sick chicks, they are very hesitant to hone up to not selling a healthy animal. Today is the last my wife and i will ever shop in any of thier locations.
