Conveniently located, easy to get in and get out quickly. Sometimes the self service lanes can get backed up but usually the wait isn't too very long. Sales associates do an ok job of being friendly and helpful to customers...and there are a few that are much nicer than others.Update- Self checkout is no longer available at this Walmart. I'm not sure if other Walmarts are closing off the self checkouts as well. But now it usually takes at least 15 minutes to get checked out, which I find to be rather irritating. Also, it appears that the prices of most everything have suffered a steady increase.As for the store's appearance.. it looks like it got a little bit of a makeover. The Walmart sign outside has been repositioned and given a more modernized look

Went shopping last week and purchased approximately $150 worth of merchandise and went through a line with a checker. The young men scanning my groceries, just kept shoving them to the counter without making any attempt to bag them, and when I was done putting my merchandise on the conveyor belt, I went to bag my groceries. I asked him if the policy had changed about the checkers, bagging the customers purchases, he said he didn’t know. I advised him that maybe he should check to see if there was a policy change and he continued to stand there watching me bag my purchases, he did so until I told him that he could be helping me.The Othello Walmart has never been good as far as Customer Service goes due to long lines For those of us that prefer to have an employee check our groceries out. Good Customer Service has gone out the window at all Walmart stores. Sad to say, they’re not the only business with this type of attitude

If this is othello washington's walmart, they have such a turnover of cashiers and their prices seem higher than other walmarts. Sometimes part of the shelfs are empty.

Great store. Has plenty of everything! Plus you can preorder your groceries and just set a time when you can pick them up. Now that's putting the customer first.! I'm 70 and that is such a wonderful gift to me. Or even get them delivered. But some things still aren't mail order available yet. So try the preorder and it can save you more than just time if you're also a shopsholic like I can be at times. 😬one thing that's really changed is a membership. $95.00 is their fee. Little outrageous if you ask me. Especially when you have to bring your own bags as well to carry your groceries out. Booooo Walmart. Not so much a store for the people where you save money. Sad a dollar is more important than the customer. Your sales haven't been slowed. So why gouge us.? The ones who provide your paycheck. Think again. You lost me. And I spend on average $25.00 to $300.00 every trip. Oh well your loss.

I love our smaller walmart! It is not so big that you get tired of trecking all over a huge layout. They carry a good amount of selections, but they are not a huge super store like Moses Lake or Tricities. They can order in a day most snything you need if it is not in store and you can wait 1 day. Just need to order online and deliver to the store.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Item was ready and available when I arrived. Even after a small mixup on my behalf, they were very courteous to me and got my order to me.A different experience in electronics department but I finally found a female employee that knew what she was talking about and pointed me in the right direction.Overall, not a bad experience. AND I had 2 kids with me lol

It's nice and clean. Walmart, no bags, but you can use self checkout. I was in Texas and the Texas Walmart still has bags. I live in Washington state and I can honestly say because of Inslee Washington State stinks.

Well, I don’t know why Walmart even has employees. Why don’t they just automate the stocking of shelves, the ordering, everything! Whenever I ask someone there, where to find something they just told me to use the app. I’ve experienced that across four states. The self checkouts will soon replace all the people, isn’t that great for Walmart. You cannot buy a single use bag there, if you just happen to go in, and oh, I don’t know, drop $1000 on a computer. You better bring your own thing to carry it out in, because you can’t buy on there. When will the stupidity end, before or after Walmart automate everything or goes bankrupt. Good luck y’all.

Walmart does its best in maintaining a certain continuity--in ten years, I've seen no change, including this location. It has everything, as long as you can find it, and it's been stocked. When I worked there some years ago, they had the "10 ft tradition. " That no longer exists, or they don't follow it. Their associates will step in front of you, step over you, and step through you and not say a word. This location is famous for that. I was at the customer service booth, and asked what their hours were for Black Friday. One girl pretended not to hear me, and the girl at the register never answered the question. Out on the floor, to be fair though, if you initiate conversation, they generally are helpful and know where things are. The problem with this location though, is that, even though it's a "super center," it is tiny. Sirens the twenty miles and go up to Moses Lake. If you venture out to try to find things, it may take you a moment to find important things like a Mountain Dew.

The reason for the 3 stars is because no matter what time of day it is, they never have enough registers open. Lines are very long and unable to purchase items that melt because of it.

Pretty sad experience. Bathrooms were nasty, and the cashiers were rude and disrespectful. Came in to buy some food, and the Hispanic cashier gave me and my wife a hard time. So if you wanna go meet rude cashiers, come on in.

I don't like to go there anymore because I would need to take my own plastic bags for my groceries or anything I purchased.or get charged for the bags to put my merchandise into. I strongly believe that the store should provide the bags to carry the merchandise out of their stores without being charged for the bags necessary for our purchased goods. Makes one wonder,what will they come up with next? Charge the customer for using their shopping carts or just to browse around their store, etc. etc.

Staff were friendly and very helpful everything for the most part was tidy on the Shelf and stock, and staff were very supportive of helping you look up something if it wasn't on the Shelf. They were also very supportive of accommodating to potential needs of the customer, like having to buy something in electronics and still need to come to do more shopping and kindly holding on to what I just bought and electronics until I was done. The only complaint was for it being a smaller Walmart some things were harder to find, and made it difficult to find something in a timely matter for I spent about 15 minutes trying to find very specific pen in one section that wasn't in the right section but was in another.

I forgot my phone charger at home in Utah and didn't realize it til I was pulling into my hotel at 10:30pm and saw the battery symbol telling me it was low. I'm in a city I've never visited before so really need a working phone with maps. I ran down to the Wal-Mart at 15 til close and the staff were super helpful and friendly and got me what I needed despite being so close to closing time. Great customer service and very pleased that I won't be lost and unable to contact anyone in an unfamiliar place.

We've been doing pickup since the covid lockdown started. I have to say, the staff has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. Everything from friendly greetings, to offering us a drink and a snack while our groceries are being loaded. Thank you so much to the pickup staff.

This location is a joke. I shopped there about 2 hours ago and there were only 2 registers, 2!! Lines to apparel and when i called, yes from inside the store, i was on hold for 6 minutes for a Front End Manager and she was standing there laughing with another female in a blue vest! Get people who will actually work!! Oh and be glad it closes early enough. One of their overnights was there before closing and he was behaving oddly. Smh your HR or hiring managers need to do better! Dont hire outta desperation...
