Very friendly people and appreciate how quickly they got my lil girl in after she got hit by a car. My main concern is how when they got her in for surgery, they opened her up on the wrong side. 10 mins into the surgery, they realized it was the wrong side. Breaks my heart that my baby girl not only had to heal from 3 fractures in her pelvis but being cut open on both hips to have a metal plate put in ( and they weren't little incisions!!)

Had an appointment today for a stray kitten we took in, they were able to get him in within 2 weeks! Neuter scheduled within 4 weeks!Amazing service and we will be using them again for my other cats in the future!Checked for chip, gave initial vaccines, did a health/wellness check, tested for Feline Leukemia & FIV. Overall very happy with the service and cost of care!

I have nothing but positive experiences here. Kind, caring, and considerate staff. They answer all of your questions and try to accommodate requests. I recently had to euthanize my beloved cat of 15+ years and I had a beautiful, peaceful experience with emotional support from staff. Their examination rooms are roomy and comfortable. They are up front about what services cost and they will give you an itemized bill.

I took my Aussie in for routine stuff, annual exam, shots and her scheduled rabies shot. Medications to prevent Fleas, Ticks, Heartworm. All taken care of... GREAT records!!! The team did a great job.Dr. Campbell / Sorenson is the absolute best. Our Aussie is a very shy and timid girl and the team goes the extra mile to make her feel comfortable.Our Dog means to world to us and the staff at Sage Hills really gets it.The Doctor returns calls and reads these posts... really professional and appreciated!There is a reason I drive an hour to see Sage Hills Veterinary Services. A happy client and a healthy pet.

My appointment went great, start to finish. The vet assistant was the best!Very understanding that I brought my 4yo and 1yo. Took great care of my dog and explaining the process, treatment, and what to look out for.Their sign about attitude/mood was interesting...and the staff at the counter didnt have the greatest customer service, just got the job done.

Staff was very nice, however the quality of the work the did was awful. They did a spay on my dog and the incision was poorly done and after they removed the sutures the incision opened. Not satisfied with this vet at all. Will definitely take my animals else where!

I love this veterinary clinic. I no longer live in Othello and still drive to take my dogs here. All my fur babies are rescues; I have one who is very shy of strangers and they were very patient and caring with her. I am so appreciative of that. Most people who see a dog upset like that don't understand that the dog is not being aggressive but they did and still treated her beautifully. Thank you. ❤

Sagehills is a fantastic Veterinary Office. Friendly staff and very clean and amazing at helping when you need it! Highly recommended and I am exceptionally picky about my clinics after Pioneer killed one of my pups and gave them all parvo. Read that review.

The best service I have seen in Eastern Washington! I make the drive from the Tri Cities for my dogs to be treated and looked after at Sagehills.My dog is 8 years old and has had allergies his whole life. Sheena at Sagehills Othello was much quicker with my dog’s diagnosis’s and now he’s actually seeing relief.My experience with other vet services was not nearly as fast or helpful, while being 3x more expensive (that’s a conservative guess).Sagehills has been really wonderful at explaining pricing. I haven’t seen any unnecessary charges or tests. They haven’t been pushy about treatments and they’re so great at working towards a solutions with me.I’ve never been more comfortable bringing my pets to the vet :) highly recommended 💓
