This store has it all for the home and yard. Employees are knowledgeable about all their inventory. And ready to help. This trip I needed liquid dog wormer cuz I have 7 dogs can't afford individual pkgs. Too expensive that way. But that's all the other stores like Walmart carry . Ace carries what covers the best coverage all around that will cover all under the package that fits all dogs and sizes and gives you more for better pricing and.multiple applications. Big difference between paying for 3 doses for 1 size dog over many doses for any sized dog.. I need a the help I can get with cost on my budget.

These folks are always helpful and knowledgeable. They have a high morale. They are well staffed, which I always pay attention to this. I believe that how well a customer is treated is often a reflection of how the company treats its employees. The staffing model tells me that Ace values its employees and customer service.

Every person here is extremely motivated to assist. They will walk the isles to make sure everyone is finding what they need. They will offer expert advice if they have it. If you buy heavy items they will load them for you. Thank you everyone at the Othello Ace for being so customer driven.

We never used our item but took it out and it got a tad dirty. Aoas, man walks to the counter and accuses of using our item and rudely kicks us out of the store for trying to return our item. The girl was sweet and kind :).

Definitely a small town hardware with limited space and stock but they have all the basic necessities. The recent expansion has helped a lot! Always friendly, always helpful!

Staff is always so quick to help. If they don't know the answer to a question, they will quickly find someone who does. Overall, a very welcoming feel to the store.

Tried to rent an electric floor scrubber. Drove an hour to pick it up and was told I cant rent it becaus ethe pads didnt come in with it. Didnt need the pads because i am just lifting dirt off linolium.....they said I HAD to use them and wouldnt rent it to me. The least I would expect was a phone call then to let me know that, so I didnt waste 2 hours driving!

The Ace Hdwe operates out of two buildings and trusts people to move between the buildings with merchandise, and just check-out once. That alone makes me want to go back.
