A HUGE shout out to Fernando at the Orthello location! He went above and beyond right as they were closing on 12/8!! This man deserves a pay raise! I believe every company needs an employee like him. He was very knowledgeable of the parts we needed. Was able to get them to us same day! Absolutely an awesome interaction! He deserves all the recognition and more! Thank you again Fernando!

Store has a zero return policy even with receipt purchased only minutes ago at rip off prices. First time the crippled guy wouldn't return due to package ripped. I bought another similar part and specifically asked him how to properly open it and he said it doesn't matter as there is a no return policy. I'm glad I found this out before spending hundreds of dollars here. I'll happily spend money elsewhere. I've never experienced such high prices or an auto parts store without a return policy.

The employees behind the counter were having a heated argument that was aparently more important than serving me the customer. Then the guy acted like I was ridicoulas to think I should buy refrigerant and refill the a/c on my pickup. Anyway it was an all around bad experiance

I'm all about customer service and for the most part some of the staff here always seem so put out if they have to help you with anything. I'm forced to purchase items from here because it's one of the few places the company I work for has an account with, otherwise I would much rather shop at one of the other parts places in town. Not to mention the prices are off the charts in comparison.

All the employees just stand around holding up the counters. Unless you ask direct questions you get pointed to an isle where a product should be. Not great customer service. Lots of inventory and they had what I wanted.
