Me and my friends came from Walmart and we got in the dollar tree to get a drink and when we went inside she noticed us and she started following us because my friend had a bag FROM Walmart and she started giving him a dirty look and accusing him of stealing because of the Walmart bag. I went to return 6 items and exchange for 6 other items but got nothing but a BIG EXCUSE WHY I COULDN'T RETURN THE 6(TAXABLE) ITEMS FOR 3(TAXABLE) & 3(NON-TAXED) ITEMS. Total difference for the taxable vs. Non-taxable items was -25 cents returned to my card. It took 6 minutes to argue with them about completing the transaction making other people wait. The Receipt says that they "Will gladly exchange unopened items with a receipt! No Refunds"It Doesn't say anything about exchanging food items! If they want to enforce this policy, then they should post their Actual Policy on the receipt!

Cleanest one in the area.Moses Lake store is filthy.Ephrata's is not as dirty as M.L.Othello's is clean, organized and not as busy.Checkers wear masks at all the stores.

Have never seen a dirtier Dollar Tree.......ever. Garbage littered the aisles and products ALL OVER the floor. Not one employee making an effort to clean up. Very disappointing to see.

ALWAYS wiped out. Boxes and carts everywhere, because they are always stocking. Birds to figure out how to clear those isles though--my wife is in a wheelchair, and we had to move boxes and debris out of the way.

It's a cheap store full of stuff that everything costs 1 dollar but it not truly 1 dollar cuz there are tax too and there aren't many stuff there to buy but otherwise it's a good store 😁
