I ran from the urgent care to grab antibiotics for the child. I came to the window at 6 pm, right when it was supposed to close. And the lady rudely!!!! said, "Mam, it's 6:01, we are closed." Can you imagine my frustration with such treatment?. It's not like I was lazy to come earlier. We had an appointment scheduled that ended almost at 6. And I cannot transfer medication to another pharmacy, because clinic closed at 6pm as well. Now my kiddo has to struggle till tomorrow.

This happened when I was 16, dying of leukopenia & related conditions, but I noticed that my honest review has been deleted.Doctor sends a few prescription orders to Safeway. I call the Pharmacy to pick up, nurse (or whatever) on the other end of the line lacked tact. She tells me even though it’s been 3 hours after they told me my Rx would be filled, I won’t be able to pick up (my life saving, directly death-delaying medication) that day. Her tone was rude and not just unpleasant (because people can have bad days), but downright unprofessional. She was nasty and I call my Dr office and relay to them the message I was given, and my patient advocate nurse decides to arrange a 3 way call with the Pharmacy, herself, and myself.So I call again, asking Pharmacy to give me the reason I “cannot” pick up my meds. Same lady picks up, is rude yet again. My Patient Advocate Nurse speaks up and all of a sudden the tone of Pharmacy lady changes. “Oh. We actually CAN get you your meds 🤗 please come in soon [Id been waiting in the parking lot for hours at this point] We can full your prescription RIGHT now😇!”Girl. Hate to break it to you,I am not a dimwit.The only change made was it was a 3way call. There was no difference in what I asked for, or anything. I just was obviously taken very lightly and had I not bothered to advocate for myself (and my nurse vouches for me). It’s been years but people in Orting need to know this Pharmacy is A S S. 0/10 if i could.

Called to transfer my prescription close to my house in Orting. The Man who helped me was absolutely rude, short and made me feel like I was bothering him. Terrible customer service. I work as a CSR in the service industry and he definitely needs better phone training.

I dont usually give reviews but this was necessary. As a former customer service worker, I've had so much patience for the pharmacists especially during a rush but when mistakes and repetitive prolonged wait times happen every time I visit, it's a problem. Too often I've been told a wait time, then when I come back they say "oh it'll be another hour" or more. One time was told "it'll be ready at some point today" refusing to give me an estimation even though I very much need my medication at a specific time.. and i show up early trying to avoid long wait times but it doesn't help. They also make a lot of mistakes with the scripts and don't listen very well so youll have to repeat yourself a lot if you want them to remember something.. Don't use this pharmacy if you heavily rely on your medications. They don't care if your inconvenienced by something they did.

First I scheduled a booster shot a week ahead of time get there no shot . Then my doctor calls in 2 scrips and they text me my meds are ready and I get there and they tell me they only have one ready and it will be 30 mins. Wait and then they tell me it will be another hour. Not the first time constantly told they do not have my meds is stock and they will be in a week and no meds. Have to transfer script to Walmart. Service has gone all the way down. Time to find a nother pharmacy.

"Katelyn" met my friend Lauren at the register and made us uncomfortable by asking not if I was with her, but asking if I was a weird guy following her. Highly unprofessional and their service was all around subpar. Lacked knowledge and wanted us to hurry and go.

I'm fairly new to this pharmacy. I go in mostly during the day when the lines aren't long. All of the staff have treated me with friendliness and professionalism. I am very happy with the people and service that I am getting from this Safeway pharmacy. :-)

I have been a customer for a little over a year now, and I find this pharmacy to be quick and efficient. They always make sure to keep on top of my prescription refills, even to the point of sending several requests to doctors who are slow to respond. And, an added bonus- they’re also very friendly!

Having acute back pain and had a rx for muscle spasms sent there. I get there to pick up my prescription and I’m told “we received no prescription for you”. I called my doctors office and they say “we sent it two hours ago and got confirmation”. Safeway pharmacy never check their inbox even when I was there. When I called and ask for an explanation I got hung up on. Evidently telling someone that you have the confirmation in your hand and that you can bring it and show it to them, they see that as attacking. Too bad Copes went out of business. I’ll be using Costco going forward.

This pharmacy employee named Deja has the absolute worst customer service skills I have ever seen in my entire life. Why hasn’t she been fired yet? I was there yesterday and I witnessed her yell and curse at least 3 times? TO THE PATIENTS? What is wrong with her? The pharmacy staff is always polite to me, and I have never been treated the way she treated me yesterday. I wanted to put her in her place! She is a disgusting person and should never be allowed near customers ever again. I had to go back there this afternoon again just to be able to speak with someone who doesn’t have the brains of a 12 year old on crack. GET. RID. OF. HER.

They don't answer their phone. If they happen to, they put you on a hold that hangs up on you. I have had to call and stop in several times just to get a single prescription filled. They get the dates messed up as to when the prescriptions can be filled and tell you to call when it's time to fill. Again, when you call they don't answer. This is now happening every month when it comes time to refill our prescriptions. They should not have taken over for Cope's if they don't have the capacity to do so.

Horrible service!! Performance deficient!! Wasted 1 hour total while waiting in line 2 days in a row. The Orting Safeway Pharmacy lacks a sense of urgency (they move slow), do not answer the phone while 4 personnel are on duty, and cannot fulfill a commitment to have products delivered to their location on a specific day.Do yourself a favor by transferring your pharmacy needs to Cope's Orting Pharmacy. You will also be doing Safeway a favor by reducing the demand on their ill-equipped pharmacy. The 3/24/21 evening duty pharmacy manager certainly does not care about your patronage.I would have given zero stars if possible because I left the pharmacy without the promised product.

If I could give a zero I would! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Not only do they have extremely long waits they never have your prescription ready. I had a prescription that was over $100 out of pocket which I knew do to the fact I had the same proscription filled the month before. The pharmacy took it appone themselves not to fill it! So when my husband went to pick it up they said oh well it was this much so we didn’t order it. My husband informed them that yes we want the prescription and they said it would be ready on Monday. I was mad but it was fine . Then Saturday I had the automatic call telling me that my prescription was ready and I was like wow! nice! they got it early so I went to pick it up. That is when the pharmacist said they didn’t have it. I asked them why would your phone system call me and tell me it’s ready?she said it just does after 24hr and they don’t order on the weekends. I am angry that they would waist my time and treat me like my time and my choices don’t matter. I won’t be doing business with this pharmacy again after this.

Not the best but not the worst, I understand that being out here and how the store is under private ownership and the pharmacy being it's own entity the pharmacy relies on the business structure of the privately owned company, it will run in to problems from time to time. That also causes problems with the employee's in the pharmacy. 2.5 stars, I changed to one in Sumner......I am returning back to this pharmacy, figuring it was worth giving them another chance rather than just dropping them. Definitely improved since then by far. 4 stars!

I've been using this pharmacy for years simply out of convenience. They've always been rude, particularly a male worker there. They let you know you're prescription is ready and it actually isn't when you go to pick it up. Or its been ready for pick up for days and they don't let the patient know. Truly a terrible pharmacy

Wish zero stars was an option. This pharmacy is the WORST! Many times I’ve been told my rx was ready for pick up just to waste a trip down there and find it not ready. Amber that works there has the rudest customer service skills if you could even call it customer service. My doctor called to confirm my rx was ready and was told it was 30 minutes after I had already been to Safeway. Called to confirm with the pharmacy and was told by Amber “do not listen to your doctor they know nothing” while berating me for asking what’s going on with this rx. Come to find out it was an insurance issue and asked why they couldn’t have simply told me that while I was in the store. “That’s up to you to figure out” was the response I got. Take your business to Copes they are great and much more worth your time!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called two prescriptions in on a Wednesday early afternoon. They told me they would be ready that evening- they weren’t. Thursday was Thanksgiving so they were closed. I called Friday morning to check the status and I was told that they would be ready by 3pm. At 3pm I was told they wouldn’t be ready until 6pm. Then I was told that one of them wasn’t even in stock and it would be the following day. If I hadn’t have called it into a different pharmacy, I would’ve missed my medication that day. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anybody. They are an effing joke.

Worst service I've ever had from a pharmacy. I miss Cope's so much. Safeway is abysmally slow, won't answer their phone, and they keep "forgetting" to fill my much needed prescription. You're dealing with people's health. Get your acct together, Safeway.

Chris absolutely crushed it! I had questions regarding my prescription and it’s price due to me not having health insurance. Chris answered all my questions. When I dropped off my script Chris told me 15-20 minutes. Within ten I received notification that it was ready. 10/10 if I need pills this is where I’m going.

This pharmacy takes the longest in the Graham/Orting areas. They seem to have difficulty finding prescriptions already dispensed, and have long lines often. They are SLOW. From a ‘cup half full’ aspect, I would excuse it by saying they are only pharmacy on this side of the valley; between Sumner and Buckley.

I hate this place, the only reason I use them is because it is on my way home. I had my prescription called in when I left the Dr's at 9am. 5:00 that night ii was told it would be another 20-30 mins. I could have drove to Canada to get it filled and get better customer service.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Terrible service, slowest pharmacy we have ever used, and often tells their customers to just come back a different day (after telling us that they have the items and our prescription for that item). We will never be using this place again.
