I only gave 1 star because I had to. I called because my husband is on pain medication and every pharmacy in Omak was out of what he needed. This pharmacy said they had some but not for a full prescription. We were going to see if the doctor could write for a partial prescription until more came in. The pharmacist wouldn't allow this because he said he had to keep what he had in case of an emergency. What does that even mean? Is he keeping them for himself? A friend or family member? Now my husband is going through withdrawals, thank you Oroville pharmacy. I guess my husband going through withdrawals isn't enough for him to fill the prescription. I feel this is discrimination. When does a pharmacist get to pick and choose what prescriptions they fill? Obviously I guess they only need they're friends and family's business and no outsiders. I will be reporting them to the proper higher ups. They need to be shut down!!

This is the first time I had a prescription sent there from my doctor, older white man ,with his mask half off ,told me it would be an hour, waited more than an hour then told he'd call , for around time to close(, 6 hours later) he got all angry and huffing all around, when I sat to wait, told me didn't get the prescription, (my doctor already confirmed it was sent, had a text also it was there)... I asked for my insurance card back from the lady up front ,he came and said " my insurance didn't work" now I know that's a lie. Went to Whitestone the town over.

The pharmacist and staff are attentive and always helpful. It more like older pharmacies in that they know you personally and you know them as well.
