Paid for 7 bales and only got 5 so another 20 $ in fuel and didn't even try to make it . so lost 20$ in fuel and lost over time and effort time 18$ a bale nice Timothy's hay and was told 65 to 80 a bale heck they were so light Weight my 3 year old grandson could had unloaded my truck

After dealing with bad hay supply from.a competitor last year I reached out to Premium for this year's hay. They did a lot of hand holding with me, showing their education and integrity in both their products and business. The owner is already known to value customers and it shows in the employees. My hay purchased is amazing quality with no weeds, mold, dust or bugs. It's beautiful, green, leafy, soft! Premium is my dedicated hay supplier from now on!!!

I went to grab a couple of bales of hay in an emergency and they happened to have all the things I needed but tractor supply was out of. Go figure. The employees are always super nice and I love shopping here!

Very clean store, had a great selection of everything you need to care for animals being a small feed store. It was our first time there to pick up dog food. I have had every farm animal you could think of, but cows and I was impressed at the selection. I loved loving on one of the ducks while I was there. I miss having all my animals. The kid working on St. Patrick's day was friendly and knowledgeable about what we bought, even though we knew what we needed and what for it's nice to know they hire people with knowledge. We will definitely be back.

Visited this place 2 days back to back inquiring about chickens. The gals behind the counter took my GF's info and never called her back. Customer service is lacking here..If you want something off the shelf, the selection is great. Just don't ask for information or details on non stock items.Time to sharpen the pencil!!

Not sure I trust them to give me what I paid for. If I ask for two bags of this feed, and two bags of that feed, that I'd have only two different branding on the bags. But I've been there twice and bags don't match. I think the new "older" guy - not one of the kids - is just giving me whatever is cheaper, or what he's trying to get rid of. Trust is gone. I'll buy my feed elsewhere.

This feed store is amazing and the staff are wonderful and knowledgeable I just wish they were closer to Morton. I highly recommend their chicks, I have had chickens for over 10 yrs, i always loose a few within a few weeks. I bought chicks here and did not loose any!! They are very healthy chickens.

I found this place by accident, on my way home from a visit to Mt. St. Helens. Since I needed pet food, I thought I'd pop in. It's easy to find from the highway because of the highly visible sign. The owner was cordial and friendly, and helped me find exactly what I needed. His own dog, Jack, also 'helped,' wagging his tail the whole time. A serendipitous discovery and a most pleasant experience.

Their hay and feed products are good quality, and their prices are competitive with what you would pay in town. I also bought some birds from them last spring (ducks and chickens) and not a single one died. All are healthy and laying. I highly recommend you save yourself the trip into town and shop here instead

Good workers outside, but the management needs work including the owner Ron. Ron should not to be trusted with his word.I purchased 2 “blue slate” turkey chicks last spring and one got epileptic seizures in the first couple of months and had to be put down. The female manager gave me the name of the company that sold them to her and told me to take it up with them. There is no way my male turkey is a blue slate now that he’s full grown it’s obviously a cross between blue slate and red bourbon. I contacted the brooder and sent a picture of the turkey to them with no further response. So the seller, Ron said he would give me a credit for the turkeys then wouldn’t give me his written word. Then Ron found reason in his mind to kick me out of his store because I asked for a refund or credit. That what customers who spend thousands of dollars in his store and ask for fair business get. Not the good local family store. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.
