open the effing self check outs. I don’t want to talk to people. Why have 2 cashiers and 5 open self check outs with tons of people on line? Not to mention the creeps who do the petitions in the front who yell at you as you’re walking out the door.

Bought some tires this morning and had them installed. Overall the tire team was good. While waiting for my tires and realizing that the store was relatively empty of customers, I thought I would do a little shopping. Shopping for some tools, an All In One printer, and some groceries. As I began looking at items, I realized employees were not saying hello or asking me if I needed help. So I tried another department and got the same results. Tried again in another department and yet again, same results. No customer service, no care in the world. I'm glad I rarely shop there because Walmart truly sucks.

The visit wasn't bad. What I expect from a Walmart UNTIL we got to the register. Lisa, the self service worker, had to correct the price on an after Christmas promotion. She was entirely rude and even yelled at my wife for presenting her with the item. In what world is this ok? It's not the first time we've been there but definitely the first time an employee there was rude.

Been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for someone to unlock the Batteries for Lawn mower. Well it looks like Napa is a much better place for service. Walmart is no longer a service company.

Great location, entrances and parking. Wal mart in Omak provides many products at low costs. Apparently, the store had shrunk down some grocery a year back, however, the fresh area's were active as to abundant with many foods. Overall, the layout and associates who work the sales floor were awesome, efficient and helpful. Stop in and get what your after!

This Walmart is by far the best Walmart I have been in and I am more than overwhelmed with satisfaction. This store was clean, attentive work associates and positive attitudes. I spoke with an associate and let them know that I was pleased with all the sales and the cleanliness of the store and promised I would write a review. Again this Walmart is amongst the best I've ever seen. They make me want to spend my money. The deals are incredible.

Way better than any Wal Mart I’ve been to in the US. The staff was helpful, the checkouts worked quickly and efficiently. Why can’t the Wal Marts in the US be this great?

Watched the old one be tore down and the new one go up. The one thing I can say is that they don't honor keeping your car safe when it's in the parking lot. I had multiple damage done to my car and Walmart just shrugged Thier shoulders stating that she didn't work there only her boyfriend did.. funny when I went for a oil change and left with a bunch of damage done in the parking lot.

4-5-23 Hey Wallmart, got some pictures of one of your trucks and driver. I've been out here in your parking lot from time to time and of the hundred and fifty tractor semi-trailer rigs I've seen park out here, your driver was the first one I've ever seen to park then exit his vehicle and walk all the way around it and with a flashlight safety inspecting the lights, tires, etc.This driver needs to be commended for his dedication to the safety of his rig and of the public.

It would be nice if this locations management would plan appropriately for the Flor of people buying food from their deli. There is never anything in stock in the deli case, and when there is it is old, dried out stuff that’s been in the warmer for hours too long. I know there are a lot of field workers that but a lit of items in max quantity. The store is never stocked with anything that I want. Didn’t help that the worker at the self checkout decided to not pay attention to her handheld and chose to come to me an insult me asking to see my receipt for a bag of dog food that was already scanned and replaced in my shopping cart. I only had four items in the entire cart. She should have chosen to pay attention to her company provided palm device instead of trying to make someone feel completely uncomfortable with shopping at that location. I’m going to shop in Okanogan, and at Grocery Outlet or Safeway for a while. I’m a little over the lack of respect at the moment.

I like Walmart, large selection, decent prices. But lately I've noticed more isle blocking from workers carts. Stock and pallets taking up room with nobody even working them. Which causes blocked traffic flow. What's up with that?

Talk about one of the friendliest Walmarts I've ever been into! Every turn we made someone was there interested in if we were finding the things we needed. Staff was very helpful. Even though shelves seemed a little empty staff was restocking and making sure to look busy. The building was pretty full of people yet it didn't stop the employees from being hospitable and courteous to customers even when approached by a customer that clearly just wanted to argue. The purchases we made were unfortunately disappointing because the products were subparb that's not any fault of Walmarts that's just the brands and the proof that products are no longer as sturdy yet readily disposable for Force repeat purchase. I do have the receipt and will be returning the product the next time I come to town which will be shortly and thankfully the packaging that it already been damaged when I received it didn't change the fact that the size of the brace I was purchasing still didn't fit

Since I've started doing Wal Mart pick up, it has been amazing, but their delivery system with USPS is horrible. If you live in a rural community and it doesn't fit in your mailbox, it's in limbo, and you get charged a re-delivery fee. That's why I like Amazon because they always leave it at your doorstep. I'm not changing my 3 stars from 2 years ago, unfortunately. Still haven't changed my mind on the pick-up vs. delivery. Did up one star for their pick-up system.

I prefer to buy locally but sometimes I have to do it. Great people they are all from our community I just wish that Sam would complete their commitment to our community and build a walking bridge on the highway as originally agreed to build the new super store. It's a serious safety issue and I think they have ignored it for too long.

The store is usually clean. They have a great selection in the garden center during the summer. The have plenty of self checkout registers that keep the lines moving quickly. They are usually pretty busy but have full shelves. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are almost always clean.

The store really needs more cashiers. Every time I go here it takes almost 1/4 to 1/2 of my time just to check out! The cashier I had today wasn't friendly and had a smug look on her face. She didn't seem motivated and wasn't bagging my groceries into the bags. I was struggling to reach my items to even bag them and she started checking out the next customer!The auto department person didn't seem to know anything about tires, cost to mount etc.
