I don't know man, found a rather large piece of glass (half my pinky nail) inside my sealed 7g container. I'm lucky I was dumping it out to get the smaller buds first, not part of the rim of this jar either. Better QC on your Suppliers eh? (Sorry, no banana for scale but here's this toothpick 😜)

The staff on the counter or bud tenders are experienced with the Cannabis product , whether you are treating yourself to buds or prerolls. From extracts to edibles, they are waiting to answer your questions. They are knowledgeable, they are honest, and they are always fair. I always feel like I received a great deal.I have extreme epilepsy. I can have as many as 6 - 10 petit mal seizures an hour, and the staff are experienced enough to be polite and respectful.I am 60 yo and have been smoking for almost 48y. I am no connoisseur but I know what I like and understand what I want. I express this to them and they've always helped me to the best of their experience. I have updated this review w/ (hi-res) indoor pictures. You should be able to zoom in pretty good.Go by the store and give them a chance. Express yourself clearly on what you're looking for, and let them help you find what ever that is. 👌 Like anything in life no question is wrong. That is how we all learn.I'm sure they'll like showing how knowledgeable they are. Like all of us do on our given subject.Find out whatever that is and have a fantastic time enjoying it and become a regular customer.(What you see on the counter cost me $137 out of $140. Tha best experience I've ever had going into a dispensary. Tha ladies that helped me out were tha sweetest and very patient with a new customer walking in there doors. No wonder they've won many years in a row. Great prices and great service now I'm gonna try this RSO. Best believe, I'll be back.

Passing through and bought a vape kit and a couple of cartridges. Had trouble getting it to work. Went back and they worked with me for quite awhile. They replaced both cartridges with higher quality ones at no charge. I left very satisfied. Very nice people to deal with

This is the best weed store in town and all around, best customer service, always willing to help customers out when they don't know what they want, great consultation from very knowledgeable bud tenders. First and best shop in Omak, best in the county, ask for a deal and you'll get one! Great daily sales, great weekly sales, holiday sales, good people and good owner.

This place is great. You can get wonderful discounts here. Senior discount, military discount, and come on everyone can use a discount. No matter what you purchase. And I love the Medicated cream. There's different potencies. When my hands are all tingling and hurting it works! There was a place in Berkeley, CA. that had chocolate covered blueberries, at different potencies. And a mango smoothie, that was the bomb! Especially for my migraines. And the people working there are very informative. And always very nice. But no one has the blueberries.

I used to like them more, but it seems like now the employees don't know much about what they carry, and are usually distracted and clueless. Nothing like they were before, it's gone steadily downhill and that's sad. If you know what you want they might carry it, but prices can be iffy, and sometimes they have it but staff doesn't know and misses it, ugh.

I am sad to say that i feel like a fool for being a long term supporter of the sage shop and the owners of the bussiness. I hate to say that i will no longer be a supporter of this store. Staff has very poor, bad, unprofessional attitudes, will only tell you what they think you wanna hear, sale you uncompleted oil products, there not very smart when it comes to knowing about there growers, or products. I'm so disappointed in how I have seen numerous times the staff being rude to customers by rolling there eyes when i hear customers give them compliments or suggestion's. Have seen staff stand in corners with back turned towards customers, seen them flat out just be rude and argue back with customers, or charge you for a product and not give it to you or a receipt proving your purchase. When you as a customer inform the staff they accuse you of theft and give you attitude. How is that behavior acceptable andIf you dare complain about anything involving store, your accused without proof, not only by staff but by owners as well of harassing staff, being rude and flat out called a lier and could stand the chance of being kicked out of the store. Wow....!!! There's some great gratitudity to there long term customers/ supporters... Apparently the owners and staff of sage shop heads are getting just a little to big with power that there attitudes show by not appreciating loyal customers.Its truly sad to see a staff with no rules, guidance, magement or leadership..!!! Where is the sage shop's responsibility for there staff's bad actions, and behavior. when all I see are to young of kids running a store, who aren't even old enough to know enough about the industry. In my eyes this current staff now is ruining what I used to know the store to be as a warm, welcoming, fun, friendly place, but now it feels like a joke, I don't personally think its cool to see a staff bad mouth customers, make fun of them when they just pond off overpriced home stone weed off to customers they don't like. Why is a pot store being ran by kids.? I think the new store is a joke lol considering all there products are old, have no taste but harsh, and store only carries outdoor local grower's that most of the product's have seeds. Plus they have no top shelf high end products. Plus going to new location, suck's, I have suffered over $800.00 in damages to my car by neglect of staff by being lazy and dropping sqrews all over there parking lot. I got laughed at by staff when I told them I got damages. That's pretty low to laugh at your customer. You stand a larger chance now of a risk of getting into accident or getting tagged or pulled over by law enforcement. Its pretty rude of staff to take parking along road to make it hard for people who are just coming and going to risk getting hit.so to the staff why not park in your own parking lot and let the customer's who help pay your salary, have the safer parking spaces on street.If you tell a staff member a issue be careful you may get slandered, harassed and kicked out of store. The staff attitudes is they don't care about there long term supporters. And it shows by them only hiring there friend's, playing the favoritism card.I know the whole staff of the sage shop as well as owner's, owes my family and i a apology for the lies that were made up and the slanderous remarks made over a safety concern of two staff members that were being harassed via phone clooning. Now there's a true Way to say thank you... All I can say is they turned on me they can do it to you....

Want to give a huge shout out to Sage! The employees were very helpful and kind. I hurt my foot pretty bad and was given a topical cream to use for pain called Solace! Not only did it help the pain but helped with swelling! Thank you so much Sage!

The owner is completely off her rocker, she bad mouths her employees and customers, especially behind their backs. One of the good things about a small town is there are many ears and word travels fast.Avoid this place at all costs, all of the vape units they sell are junk, they try to push products they know suck and if you come back to tell them about it, it's a "sucks to be you" situation.With all the corruption behind the scenes I'll be surprised if the recreational marijuana business lasts much longer, especially in Omak.You're better off going to one of the other shops in town.

Lorin who works at this place is a great guy, knows cannabis certainly doesn't mind questions. He is the person to talk to, if you should visit this place.However I would NOT recommend the Sage shop to anyone who's out to find good cannabis in Omak. If you go into the business don't expect any of the other staff to be courteous, especially if Brandon or Nikki help you. They lack knowledge and are just plain rude. if you happen to ask any questions be careful what you ask they are very paranoid. As far as any of this stores products go it's mostly inferior and overpriced. Save your money keep driving.

Only carry farmers in this area , nothing from the coast, looks to be mostly out door , even looks out door when product says indoor , just a mark up in price ..If your in a pinch and can't find anything else, this is your spot ...Other wise head to the coast, better price and hella better selection...😎

I would of gave this more stars but the staff had no clue about thier own products. Next they only take cash which is ok i guess but they wanted me to go next door to the other pot shop to use thier cash machine. (awkward) so this time i went and got the cash out and shopped at this store instead. Hopefully they will put an ATM at thier new location.
