Rude employees, completely incapable of filling a prescription,lies constantly about refills ready for pickup but never are and just get snotty that they havent filled it. Claims prescriptions don't exist. Claim to call customer but then prove they are calling a completely different area code and number. Horrible issue with training and customer service. You never get your prescriptions and have to go to another pharmacy for actual service. Most unprofessional employees a Ross the board that I have ever experienced

My mom was mistreated. They were not going to give her the full script amount due to insurance. After that they couldnt give her her discount due to computer down. They worked every angle to not help her. I don't recommend them.

Worst rite aid ever. I checked online to see when they closed which their website states 8pm (mind you, the business literally verified those hours of operation THEMSELVES a month ago). I got there at 7:30 & they are closed. So I proceed to go to the front & ask what time the pharmacy closes & she said 7pm. When I asked why the website was confirmed for 8pm, she told me that this was something they “just started doing”. When I told her that it was absolutely unacceptable for this to even be happening she than laughed at me. For reference, I have a medication that I HAVE TO take ON TIME & without it I have to go to the EMERGMECY ROOM to have it administered if I miss a dose. Now I get to spend HOURS in the ER because of this places sheer negligence.If this rite aid would have done their jobs than I would have obviously been there before 7pm but I figured since the business confirmed the hours THEMSELVES a month ago that those had to be the current hours. Wrong. This is downright wrong & unacceptable. Than to be laughed at on top of that was the icing on the cake. This woman was downright vile & definitely shouldn’t be working in a “customer service” position. So, If you can fill your prescriptions legitimately ANY place else to avoid dealing with these people than I would do so. This is not the first time I have had issues with them. They are unprofessional & 110 percent just don’t care about people. They’ll laugh at you even! Avoid this place at all costs.

Wonderful place to shop. They have items not found elsewhere in our community. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They are knowledgeable of their products and where to find them. I am always greeted and asked if I need help. Bathrooms and store are always clean.

I obtain all my prescriptions through Rite Aid. The staff is efficient and friendly. The store is well stocked and the prices are reasonable. They had good sales.

The staff here go above and beyond for me and any other customers I've seen here. Unfortunately, it's 8:33 pm and their hours say open until 9... they are definitely NOT open. I asked store staff and was told the store hours are until 9 but the pharmacy hours are until 8 pm Monday-Friday, 6 pm Saturday, and 4 pm (I think) on Sunday. Hopefully somebody in the company can rectify the listed hours of operation in order to differentiate between the pharmacy and the store.

Don't use this as as Amazon pick up spot! They're designated as an "Amazon Locker" pick up designation but packages are kept behind the counter in plain sight which leaves room for theft. 1st time I used them as an Amazon pick up spot it was fine but was shocked that they didn't actually have Lockers. 2nd time my package was "lost" despite being signed by a "Michelle" at the store.

On the plus side, this is a 24 hour pharmacy. And the first time I used them, they filled my prescription correctly and applied a manufacturer discount coupon correctly. The current staff working there are pleasant.On the minus side, since then, they've filled one prescription wrongly (filling an adult antibiotic as a completely different liquid antibiotic, so likely they confused patient identities) and they've lost one or two prescriptions faxed in by a doctor's office.If you have your doctor fax over a prescription, make sure they don't confuse these guys with the Rite Aid on the west side of the Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. These two Rite Aids commonly get confused. Although, one time a provider faxed over a prescription to the other Rite Aid, which also said it didn't receive it.

My local pharmacy closed and rite aid picked up the customers. They are 45 miles from me, I can not drive, and they aren't competent on mailing my meds. 3 months now I haven't had the medication required for my asthma due to their inability to mail a package. I have never liked rite aid and this experience has not helped my opinion of them. I will be transfereing to Oroville asap

They are suffering from lack of staff so it takes a while sometimes to get your refills. Generally they are polite but there has been a few who got either transfered or fired due to unprofessionalism

The pharmacy is horrible! After our local pharmacy closed we were all sent to this pharmacy by default. It is a 45 minute drive one way to Omak. Very incompetent staff. I need my meds now, not a month from now. The mail out sucks!

This store has the worst customer service. There is always a line to check out, the cashiers are generally inattentive. If it were not the closest 24 Pharmacy to my apartment I would NEVER shop here.
