Good products but very poor customer service when it comes to returns. It seems that the people doing returns have not been trained and take forever in trying to figure out what to do for the simplest things. Please make sure your employees are trained before putting them out to work on their own.

Went in the other night looking for mittens and snow boots for my kids. I was greeted and told about the day's special sale. There was food and drinks offered to customers as well as a good discount. I found everything I needed and my child was happy with a treat they gave her. I am glad I stopped by. Thank you North 40!

Turned in some solar batteries and got a gift card with enough money to buy a 50lb bag of dog food! Great place and amazing customer service. They helped me unload the heavy batteries and take them up front. Great job!

Love the people at North 40 Omak. They are always so friendly and helpful. More importantly they have feed for my animals that I trust. Their "Country Companion" chicken feed is amazing. So much better than the other name brand feed that's full of filler and other garbage.

We get a lot of needed farm supplies here. I feel like they offer good products for decent prices, in this regard. Some of the sports gear is higher priced, but the things you really need in life are affordable and kept in stock. I was sad when they started operating more like the big box stores, but they do a great job of keeping many smaller company products here and there even now. You can grab a bag of your favorite candy, or a case of canning jars and game meat preparation supplies all in the same trip as you have taken for chicken feed and farm tools. I'm glad they are here!
