I brought my elderly neighbor to take back her item she bought last week for a Christmas gift for her daughter and it didn’t fit or whatever the case may be. She had her receipt and tag on the item. They said the item didn’t match their description in the computer. So they kept a percentage of my elder friends money they didn’t refund her money back but gave her a gift card. This is wrong in every way possible that this big-box company would do such a horrible thing to an elder. Just giver her the refund! We go shop there often. Well not anymore!!

Today I went shopping for new work clothes for a new job...I was able to not only put them on hold until the end of the business day, courtesy of one of the employees, but when I returned to pay for them this evening, Crystal really went the extra mile and called on her work communications microphone to ask for a box for a pair of heels on my behalf and further let me keep the much needed hangers for the work clothes. I ended up getting the original box for the ladies shoes that I purchased thanks to both Crystal and the other lady who I had met briefly in the shoe department earlier. Thank you Marshalls employees for your excellent customer service today. I have worked at many retail stores in my life, and greatly appreciate what you did for your customer today. Everyone was friendly and assistive, including the lady who works in the dressing room.First class service.

I was happy to have a new and different store and to have more options in this town.. sadly was disappointed after my shopping experience..I had to ask for my change back or I wouldn't have gotten it. The person behind me also didn't get their change back after payment either.. didn't realize until we got home. So if you're paying in cash at this store, pay attention!

I was really surprised at how disorganized the store seems for being new. The shoes department had probably almost half of the shoes in wrong boxes/sizes didn't match size of shoe. Not in order by sizes and the store seems small compared to other Marshalls I've been to. The staff I had encounters with were very nice and I am glad we have this store.

This downsized version of Marshall's is uptown for Omak.Clothing that's in style, that's fair priced and a quality that's better than WalMart.But I like all the other stuff.Not just pots, pans, decor, and more...It's the stuff you don't find everywhere else, like acrylic egg holders, kitchen gadgets, and a good variety of facial products at prices that won't break you. Also, what nots (nic-nacks), shoes (limited variety), and luggage.No groceries, but there are lots of unique snack foods if you're shopping hungry.

The employees in the perfume section are rude accuse people of doing things they don't do and if they have problems with perfume they should not be working in this section I will not visit the store again until this employee is fired and I suggest no one else does either

It was a nice opening. I hope they get their hours figured out. It says they open at 9:30 am most days on the website but at the store it says 10am.
