Won't see an animal in an emergency without a $100 payment before arrival, and won't support pircheses thru the trusted chewy app forcing you to pay extra. Refuse to approve prescription food because it isn't their affiliated website. Total waste of time and a rip off, I do not recommend.

Dr Tuttle has been our vet for about 5 years. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats and she has spayed them and we get vaccines there. The staff are friendly and caring.

Call vet for information getting blood test for bangs. The vet called me back very rude told me that anybody that came to see her needed to pay $250 deposit make an appointment if you cancel they keep 100 of it for their time because they have so many people that they see And they have a lot of cancellations well I can see why they have cancellations the way she treated me it was pretty snarky so I’ll trailer my animals someplace else and thank God I have a different vet than her so make sure you pay her $250 deposit and don’t cancel your appointment

My kitten was injured. I couldn’t get into my usual veterinarian. I called The Animal Hospital and they listened to my fears and even though they had no openings, they agreed to see my kitten. Turns out he had a broken pelvis and they made sure he was safe and comfortable and now he’s back to his usual kitty self. Thank you Animal Hospital, for listening and caring and opening up your full schedule when no one else would. ❤️🐱

I live out of this county but I came back to visit family when my dog ended up cutting her leg while running up wooden stairs. I’m so glad they were open and able to help the same day, but had a bad experience with my dog since she is very shy & takes a while to warm up to people. Staff were frustrated she wasn’t staying still & didn’t try to calm her down but rather just make sure her staple was in. I did not like the way they treated my dog and frustrated but needed to get my dog treated. After the appointment was over, they wanted to schedule a staple removal but I had let them know I do not live in the county, and they were visibly upset I chose to not schedule it & follow up with her regular vet where i live. It was a bad experience overall for my dog & myself. Be aware if you plan to take a shy dog!

Our dog was ill while we were camping and they got us in the same day we called, stayed late giving my dog fluids, and the staff and vet were very sweet and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. If we lived here they would be our go to vet!

I have been going here for many years. Dr. Tuttle at one point removed a one pound Lipoma from my Sherman's flank area. He loved going there. She has now seen all my three dogs! When I had cats, I took them here as well.

We took our dog NYKA in for a canine tooth extraction. The staff was caring, professional and responsive to our needs. Following their advice and treatment plan, Nyka suffered no ill effects from the anesthesia such a throwing up and was able to eat small meals the next day. The gum infection, as a result of his broken tooth, cleared up just fine with the antibiotics he was prescribed prior to surgery and continuing after surgery. The Hospital is clean and Becky at the front desk knows her job well and does it efficiently with a smile on her face. Dr. Tuttle obviously has years of experience caring for animals is now our veterinarian of choice.

I love this animal clinic. The vet, assistants & office staff were all very friendly & helpful. My dog had an injury that needed attention, they were very gentle with her. She recovered quickly. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their precious family pet.

I was asked to pick my dog up after a ear cleaning. First it was 600.00. Next they did labs that were not ok'ed. They gave vaccines without asking. And last my dog weighs 120 lbs, he was out cold with no one to help. He was limp and had to be carried to the car by my son and I. After having him home for two hours he was still not able to stand. I hurt my shoulder and my back, and got a 600.00 ear bill.

My advice. RUN! My goat was dying in my arms and Becky was a complete snot on the phone. They didn't have room in the schedule for her - strange because I had canceled my dogs appointment for neutering 2 days earlier, but I do understand that space could have gotten filled.....after making me hold and going on and on about how if I had called earlier and that there were other emergencies and it's not just me blah blah blah. She then said, I can't give you an appointment but, well the only thing you could do is bring her in and wait in the parking lot to see if we can squeeze her in between other appointments but no guarantee.I called Tonasket Animal Hospital and they didn't have any appointments until the next afternoon, but they were really caring and prepared a syringe of antibiotic for my friend to pick up.My sweet beautiful girl cried all night in pain then died in the morning. I immediately get a call from Becky telling me I owe her $20 for a no-show! I didn't even have an appointment. I told her my girl died and was crying hysterically - she was mean and callous - I couldn't believe it. I told her she was the coldest person I'd ever met and hung up. She left a message on my phone telling me that I owe $20 for a no show which was specified before (no it wasn't), as I said I didn't even have an appointment.In contrast, first thing in the morning Tonasket Animal Hospital called to ask how my girl was- they were very empathetic and caring and it meant so much.I'll never go to Animal Hospital of Omak because of Becky - she is in the wrong line of work and just horrid.

This is the worst service I have ever received at a vet clinic. I walked in with my corgi for an ear infection recheck. During the visit i commented on that my dogs nails were not trimmed the last time my husband brought him in but was charged for the trimming. I did receive a paper with itemized service fees for a future nail trim with sedation to be scheduled. The doctor gave me the paper to schedule then left. My dog wasn't even touched or looked at for the recheck of his ear and I was charged $40.00. Why would I bring my pet back if they charge me for no service of the recheck of the infection in the ear????

We were new to the area and struggling with the illness and eventual loss of a beloved cat. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed like family. Dr Tuttle was honest and caring, knowledgeable and straightforward. By far the best vet we’ve ever dealt with on either the west or east side. We will never use another vet and have already taken our other cat and dog in to be seen.

We were in the area on a hunting trip when one of my dogs got really sick. I was extremely worried but Animal Hospital of Omak were able to get us in. Everyone was very friendly and kind to my senior dog The Dr took her time with us, I didn't feel like we were a nuisance, not being a regular patient of this clinic. We discussed some of the other issues my senior dog has, and she had some good suggestions for me to take back home to our regular vet. It was such a positive experience that it made me kind of wish we lived in the area.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Tuttle for the last 10 years. I drive 2 1/2 hours to bring my pets to Dr. Tuttle because I have so much trust in her and she always does an outstanding job. And she always makes time to see my pets even if I don’t have an appointment. I will continue to drive 2 1/2 hours to see her unless it’s a dire emergency. I highly recommend Dr. Tuttle. And I have three rescue dogs and I’ve had to have two dogs prior put down and she always makes you feel like you’re part of the family at their vet center.

I was extremely disappointed and hurt thand hurt that I informed them on how much money I had sent to me because I'm on SSI. They not only told Lee told someone ahead of me that if they were late to the appointment They would charge them extra for being late. I was early and and they were late on seeing me and my cat and then I had the assistant tell me things about my cat that she had no clue about so yeah I'm very disappointed. and then they want to give me a estimate and no medications. And I looked at the estimate and I could have paid for some medications patients if they wanted to do everything else under the estimate part. I will definitely never recommend them them and I will never go back.

Went there with my gf and little dog and they treated us horribly. All they wanted was money with no chance of payment plans. Soon as they knw we couldn't pay rite away they pretty much shooed us away well our little dog was in labor. Horrible first experience with veterinarian. Not ever going back!!🤬
