This store broke my heart today, I was floundering over the cost of dog food, couldn't find the size bag I could afford, I even asked if they had a broken one at a discount, a store member was trying desperately to find me a comparable size and type of dog food for my senior dog. Another customer overheard us and my frustrations, and paid for my dogs food. To that gentleman... You sir are a blessing from God and I will pay it forward as soon as I can. Thank you!!! To the store... Your staff is amazing, God Bless you all!!!!!

Today I'm not happy you need to change your hours on line I drove 40min to get her before 9pm and the store was closed. I now have no time to get to any other feed store to get pig food and I'm completely out. There were 2 other locations closer to my house but I always enjoy the lacey store so I made the trip very disappointed

Bought a 10.99 pair of long Johns from Shelton, entered my phone number to have them email me a receipt. Receipt never was emailed. Tried to return the product to Lacey, as it was the incorrect product and I live in Lacey and shop there weekly spending a few hundred dollars there a month on feed for my ducks and dog. They refused to return a 10.99 item because I didn’t have the receipt present. Again their system failed to email me the receipt. I know when you Google Tractor Supply, one of the most frequently used sayings is…per your own website, “whatever it takes.” When I was a receiver for TSC I never would’ve risked losing a repetitive customer who Loyally ONLY shopped at TSC over not even an $11.00 product. The debit card my purchase was to be returned to was linked to my Apple Pay so I did not recognize the card number even though the transaction had my first and last name on it when they pulled it up. The newer assistant manager, refused to return my item in cash (again a less than $11.00 item) but was willing to put my money back on a card I did not recognize the last 4 numbers on. (I am new to using Apple Pay and didn’t know the card number differed from my debit card) again the transaction had my FULL NAME ON IT. I have since told every single person I know, to not shop at your stores. We all own livestock. And now will solely shop at your competitor. I will continue telling people how unwilling you were to accommodate my less then 11.00 item return with my name on the transaction. This is incredibly insane as I have watched many people walk out of your stores with thousands of dollars stealing merchandise. I myself stopped thieves from stealing in Shelton when I worked there as your receiving manager, I called the police and they then apprehended the theif which resulted items being returned. Yet you wouldn’t return a 10.99 item in cash to me. Poor customer service.

While this store has decent prices, and the customer service is always top notch, I can no longer, in good conscience recommend anyone shops here. Its dangerous. The city of Olympia has allowed violent vagrants to take over. Parking lot is dirty and typically has derelict vehicles and RVs in the back of the parking lot and there is a large encampment to the side of the building complex. Customers and workers alike are getting harassed, assualted, robbed. If you do shop here, keep your phone handy, and stay aware. They do offer buy online and pickup/curb side service which may be the safest option. Once the area is cleaned up and safe again I will happily edit my review and give 5 stars. UPDATE: The area is cleaned up, less sketchy folks milling about. Much safer than it was before!

They are so kind there! My wife and I brought our golden retriever, but had forgotten her leash. I asked the staff if I could get a leash from the store shelf then walk out the door to put it on our dog, and the staff were absolutely willing. It's a small thing, but it made for a great shopping experience.

Just surprised my hubby today for his birthday! I had to drive 2-1/2 hours away to pick this big boy up! But so worth it! Thank you Tractor Supply in Olympia Washington, you have an amazing team! TOP NOTCH 🎉Within a few minutes I had 5 people wanting to help me... I just can’t tell you how impressed I was. I’m a manager of shipping/receiving/purchasing and I would hiring EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM! They all deserve a raise 🙌they made my trip worth it!

Best customer service in a long time. Larry at the Lacey store went out of his way to provide great service! He's definitely a hard worker! Friendly, professional and went out of his way to insure we were able to purchase a chicken coop and get it set up and get it home. Without Larry's help we wouldn't have gotten it.. Thank you so much Larry! With such great staff and customer service we definitely will be back. Had a better experience at the Lacey store than the one closest to us in yelm. Great staff definitely makes a difference!

Everytime I come in the store a 6' 5" giant of a man gives me I want you eyes and makes me feel special. His main of gold and grease contrasted with the LED lights of tractor supply light fill my days with warm light and make me blush in my covers at night. Oh James, my James, you are my beloved treasure. This 5 star is for you and you alone my knight in scarlet vest and faded white undershirt. Never change.

My experience with the Lacey store was very positive. They assembled a dog house for me which I was unable to, then delivered it for free along with some pallets they threw in for free. The delivery guy was kind and helpful to the point that he helped to place the doghouse and pallets in my backyard 😀They know what customer service means and they 'deliver' on it. Grateful to them.

I went to my neighborhood Tractor Supply Company in Olympia yesterday, May 31, 2022 specifically to purchase a particular mower they have there. Sales associate Emily immediately welcomed me in and asked if I needed assistance finding something. I told her I was there to purchase a mower but I did have questions. She came right over to the mowers with me, answering my questions and called on the manager to answer a couple of questions she wasn't sure about.The manager arrived promptly, was extremely personable and answered my questions regarding a lawn bag and delivery of the mower. He asked Emily to assist me with checkout and said he's taking the mower to the back and will set up delivery. Wonderful!During checkout I decided to apply for the Tractor Supply Company credit card as well as to purchase a protection plan for the mower. Sales associates Emily and Lorrie patiently and thoroughly covered any questions I had as well as other important information. Thanks to Emily and Lorrie making my decisions and checkout were a breeze.I departed the store with their cheerful smiling faces thanking me as their customer and telling me to have a wonderful day. My experience between Emily, the Manager and Lorrie totally made my day.The mower I purchased was delivered within a few hours the same day. I will review the mower at a future date.It's obvious to me that this Tractor Supply Company store truly values their customers.Thank you Olympia Tractor Supply Company!

My experience was very good. Hannah was more than helpful, getting what i was lookin for.I had been there earlier today and made that purchase. Finding out later at home. I needed other parts, I called and she answered the phone. I inquired as to those items. At first she said she believed they didn't have either of the items I needed. I asked when they might have them in, she said she would check further and call me back later. Upon the return call she advise she was able to find they did have them in stock. She checked the parts making sure they were compatible with my product. In addition on my last trip to the store I had left my csne in the cart when I left and she was able to find it for me. Hannah is definitely an asset to your store. Kudos to Hannah.

Putting my new raised beds to sleep for the winter using Standlee Compressed Straw bales. I used two bales of this as a middle layer this summer when I built two new raised beds this summer. Just bought 4 more to winter over in a large area I am building up for tubers in the spring.While I noted it was suggested as animal bedding and did have some seeds sprouting, I looked at this as an opportunity for some green composting. Very happy with this product.

Everything you need for your homestead and then some!! We sometimes visit here just to look around! Much to our surprise this visit there were many chicks. There staff is always smiling and very helpful. The bathrooms are always clean. This is certainly a go to place for our animal needs!

I had a real good experience today at Tractor Supply. I went in for a bag of Bird Seed and Dog Food. Discovered my Bird Seed was on sale so I bought the 3 they had on the shelf. While trying to find my dog food the gentleman stocking that department was very helpful in finding the kind I needed (sorry I didn't get his name). Donya was my cashier and she is very friendly and efficient at her job. I only had to wait in line a couple minutes. She acknowledged me as I walked up even though there was one customer in front of me. She offered to get help to load my purchases in the car without me asking first. Mike helped me get my stuff to the car and was also a very professional employee.

They have great store brand dog food 4Health Grain Free. It is high quality at an affordable price. They have a huge selection of farm/garden/pet/livestock needs as well as clothing and footwear. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Love their neighbors club that earns you points towards a quarterly discount on your purchase.

This place has good prices and selection. This place does not have good customer service, at all. More than one occasion I've had to grab my own feed out of the back because I couldn't find any employees. The younger people working there know nothing, not even how to think to find someone that does.
