We spent 10 dollars on these pink, white, purple and clear balloons last night at 4 p.m. at Party City, yes they were Inflated with helium. Woke up this morning, 9 a.m. and they are half deflated and on the floor.. I posted my dollar store balloons along with these, from my son's birthday on July 24th that are STILL FLOATING. WTH??? I wasted money. DON'T GET BALLOONS FROM HERE. I am a mom on a budget and just wanted to get her some pretty balloons. She was very upset and so am I. I will never go here for ANYTHING. What a waste of 10 dollars. It might seem like a small amount to some but, like I said, we are VERY limited.

Had the absolute worst experience ever at this store. Manager named Jackie (skinny blonde) was so incredibly rude. Was not willing to climb a small ladder to get something off the shelf for us and when she finally did, she threw it at me on the counter and whispered the f word and walked away. The other employees seemed so scared and intimidated by her, I felt horrible. All the rest of the girls were the absolute sweetest and tried to help us the best way that they could without trying to piss Jackie off or overstep her. Attention definitely needs brought to her and or termination. This seems to be a reoccurring issue with her from what I have heard. She is so unwelcoming.

Looks deserted, although the door is unlocked. There's no stock to see, except for a few stray pieces of New Year's tat. The one clerk I saw didn't greet me.

Staff is very friendly. However, the store inventory is very scarce. I walked in thinking they were going out of business. The balloons take up 1/4 of the store but their birthday decor sections are very small. I was looking for paw patrol decor to find that they had maybe 8 items of this; this particular decor section was about 1ft wide. I was very disappointed with the selection.

Would give 0 if I could. Staff was unwelcoming from the beginning of out visit and we were only approached to be reprimanded for browsing through open boxes within the aisle. Halloween season is around the corner yet product has yet to be stocked, nor a warning not to look through boxes. Employee spoke to us without any sense of respect. Would not recommend this location.

Staff is polite. That said, I'm trying to do an Uber pick up. I ended up waiting over two hours for the order to be done. That was two hours that was essentially off the clock for me.Changed rating from 1 star to 3 because customer service seemed genuinely interested in trying to make things right. Unfortunately, the balloons weren't mine; I was just the delivery guy. Not really any resolution to be had there. I'd recommend to anybody picking up their own balloons to call first and make sure the order is ready before heading to the store.

The staff is so helpful and kind whenever I come! I can always find exactly what I’m looking for as they have an extensive selection in all departments. Ian’s customer service and knowledge was incredible! He even went the extra mile and helped me carry my giant ballon to my car. Thank you Ian!

Unwelcoming and unorganized store. There were stacked and opened boxes throughout the aisles. I looked inside one box and staff member yelled, “Absolutely not, don’t go through the boxes” and huffed away.

Been a while since I last visited. It was very clean, organized and felt way more open with the updated layout.No longer having to walk an entire aisle to get around. Great new layout and friendly employees!!Highly recommend to come here and pickup party supplies for nearly any occasion!

Store has really gone downhill since the remodel. Everything seems to be low in stock, if there at all. Party City used to be fun to explore and have some life to it...now it feels like a K-Mart.

Brought my 3 year old niece here a couple days ago and she started having a tantrum almost immediately walking into the store. An employee came up to us and offered her a balloon. It kept her entertained for the rest of our shopping trip. Great customer service

Good prices on most things and a huge selection of solid colored general decor. The themed stuff is decent but the candy aisle is a little less than o remember. Still good overall as there's packs of party favors for kids to make it 10 times easier to buy everything needed

We had previously purchased birthday balloons from Amazon and needed to have them filled with helium. I stopped by the store on Sunday morning after they opened, and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I had a very short wait in line and the person helping me proceeded to fill my balloons and two other employees came to help so it was a very quick process.

I came in today about 130 pm with my very afraid toddler (being it's close to Halloween she is terrified of everything). I didn't get his name, but there was a mid 20s? Gentle man working the front floor. He saw her fear and tried to help convince her the store was okay. He was so polite and kind and was overall the best kind of employee I have seen in quite a long time. Super great service!!!

Had a wonderful deal on a 24pcs buffet kit for Thanksgiving. They kept our food nice and hot the whole time. There was no complaints from our guest about the food being cold or even warm. Everything was hot but not too hot where u have to blow on it.

Great selection of supplies for every occasion but sparsely staffed even for a Thursday afternoon. Only two in the store, one busy at the register and the other floating the floor both personable and friendly but with items on high floor to ceiling shelves they could have used one more. But obviously the place in Olympia to get supplies for any occasion.

I like this place..but my son LOVES it. They tend to be a bit pricier than other places & a bit crowded near Halloween..but, they have a good selection of costumes for infants up to adults & you can try it on before you purchase.. & if you are just needing props for a theme party or a birthday bash..they have a pretty decent selection for all of that as well..& I can't forget to mention the staff, which in my case, have always been super friendly & very helpful.

Needed decorations for an 1st year birthday celebration in none other than ELMO. O was able to find all my heart's desires and then some. However, some of the fellow customers I encountered needed reality checks on how to treat other human being.Otherwise the staff was great.
