Placed an online order for pick up, and the order was filled quickly. I called when I arrived at the store and asked if someone could bring it to my car since I was recovering from an injury. Staff were friendly, loaded the order in my car, and even added a little sample treat for my dog. Mud Bay's friendly, knowledgeable staff are why they're my local go-to pet place!

High quality pet supplies, toys, furniture, and health-related items. I even saw life vests for dogs there! Plenty of treats to choose from and nothing that I felt I had to worry about my pets being around. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Very local feel. An incredible amount of stock and selection!

Super friendly staff and a great selection for cats (and dogs, I assume, but I only looked at cat stuff). Prices are very reasonable for high quality products and they even gave us little sample bags of treats to take home for each cat at checkout!Great premium pet store. Used to come here all the time when they were open, it was across the street from my old Job (Lochness glass shop)! Staff are so nice & very knowledgeable about cats! Was sad when they shut down but go to the one by the mall & off Martin Way (hawks prairie) often!

Generally overpriced but I recently purchased a laser pointer that didn't work properly right from the beginning. Expected better quality. Silly me, didn't get a receipt so I'm stuck with it. Not shopping here again; will stick to Petco.

Great pet store. We stopped in to get a harness for our dog, who recently started pulling so hard on her leash she was choking herself. The store and staff were friendly, and let us try the harness on her, to insure a proper fit. They offered some treats, and had a great selection. Pricing was on-par with what I would expect to spend online, which was appreciated. If I lived in Olympia, this would be my go-to pet store, and if I need anything next time I pass through, this is where I’ll be headed.

After receiving difficult unexpected news at the emergency vet close by we took our dog in to get “treats” and goodies, our three year old daughter wanted to spoil her and send her off to heaven with a goodie bag. Our girl was spoiled by the staff before they even knew the situation… Everyone in there was so kind, and I just wanted to give them the shoutout they deserve. Thank you for your kindness and generosity today! Our girl loved the ice cream, treats and ball!

Looked around at most of the store, some prices seemed ok and did have a decent selection. I have an adopted stray cat that’s deathly scared of wands but really enjoyed the peacock feather. Kinda got destroyed on second night so I’ll be picking up a few more.

I would gove 10/10 ☆'s if I could!This is the pet store of all pet stores! They are phenomenal with your fur babies as well as thoroughly knowledgeable about most all things pet, toy, or food related. This store has an amazing return policy; anything that doesn't work for you or your pet, whether it be broken or your pet doesn't like it. Maybe the food didn't sit well. You can take ALL PURCHASES BACK!!! They will donate it to dogs in need. They will also credit you your money back or take it off your next purchase. This place is a dream come true with healthy options and informational pamphlets about animals you can't go wrong. Once I start going here, I won't go anywhere else. I do live in a different county, so it would be nice if they could open one up in Lewis County!

I love every Mud Bay store I've been to and I trust their advice. Once again I was not disappointed. I dropped by this location with my mom to help her pick up some items for her senior dog and the person who helped us was knowledgeable and very kind.I didn't have my treat bucket with me this time to refill with treats, but I love that we get 15% off treats from the bins for having it. The prices are extremely reasonable, the treats are healthy, and my pup loves them.

Much larger than most locations, friendly staff and a fantastic selection of high end healthy food and fantastic toys. Mud Bay is always worth going to, if they don't have your furry family's favorite they'll tell you where to go! They've got the new flavors of kitty ice cream here too!

Mudbay has the best natural cat litters, big fan of evergreen Kitty. I love all of their toys, and they have a great selection of different price ranges of natural food. Also a big fan of the fact that they are very clear inclusive in their workforce and hire people that are loud and proud. We need more of that in the world

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and always willing to help, they always offer to carry your purchases to your vehicle as well as delivery and curbside pickup. They have a good location, they carry brand not found elsewhere many with free samples. They don't carry store brands that are low quality only top of the line. The price is a little more but well worth it.

We love this store! The west side location is our go-to. All of the people who work there are so into the dogs that come in and so eager to offer advice and knowledge. My pup hates baths at home, so we take him here for his bathing needs and he loves it (Except for the toe nail clipping, but thats not the associates fault, lol). The selection is great from food to treats to accessories and everything in between.

Always our favorite pet supply store. The staff are very nice and helpful, and they have everything from toys to harnesses/leashes and even the special hypoallergenic food for our big dogs. They also give helpful information to anybody bringing home a new pet.

They are the best! I get all my pet gear/food/toys/whatever. Great selection and they are thoughtful about what products they sell, only selling good quality food and toys. It's kind of like the "whole foods" of pet stores. They also love my dog even though he is a certified lunatic, but at least he's a happy one.
