I love the fact that they carry a large variety of bird food and wild animal food at a reasonable price.The employees are very friendly and helpful.Twenty five pounds of whole peanutsin the shell are twenty dollars cheaper than the WB chain where I normally purchase them.

Just got a few bales of orchard grass for my 3 alpacas and they love it! Have gotten a few bales from different feed stores around the area and my boys eat almost all of Kipperts hay. Not so much for the others… too bad I can only fit 1 bale a time in the trunk of my ‘97 town car! 😂Heck even my Belgian Malinois loves it!

Friendly and full service feed store. Although they have grown over the years, they haven't forgotten the service in customer service that so many others have. Appreciate the extensive inventory they carry and experience in the industry.

If I could give zero stars, based on customer service by the owner, I would. A simple ask, has ruined any future purchases that I would have made. This summer I had a litter of 11 puppies :) I decided to do their vaccinations myself to save money. I picked up my first 11 vaccines, bought a five way vaccine for a total of around $130. I was given 11 brochures to help keep track of the information for each puppy. I returned four weeks later to buy the next round of 11 vaccines, this time, getting a more broad vaccine for a total of around $150. At that time they asked me if I needed brochures and I declined them as I already had 11. But somewhere between their first vet visit and my front door, I lost them! I stopped back at the feed store to ask for replacements, and the young woman was going to grab them, but the owner was standing there and stopped her. She informed me that I could not get any more as I had already been given some. She said she would give me one and that I could make photocopies. I responded to her that I had been offered more brochures the second time I made a purchase, and that I had respectfully declined them. But that now I needed them and she would not budge. When I got the brochure that she was willing to give me, it said FREE right on the front of it! I’m not sure why she would not give a paying customer the brochures that they need to go with their product, when it doesn’t even cost her money. Perhaps she could enlighten me, but in the meantime, she will not be getting any more of my business, and she probably doesn’t deserve yours.

Always enjoy going to Kiperts. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive, perhaps on the higher end, but the service and knowledge of the staff makes any price increase worth it. Always prefer coming here instead of TSC or some other box store.

This is the absolute best store to get your livestock and dog food! Plus a TON of other miscellaneous items! Custom made signs for your property or business! The people are lovely. Most of them have been there many years. The guys in the back are so helpful in loading hay and grain. They really have a great system and even better group of people working there. I absolutely love you guys!

employees are quick to help customers and very polite. they realize people have other things to do then to be waiting in line. they were great to inform me that since my last visit they now have anew product that i was interested in..so i bought it and it was $2 less but 10lbs less but the ducks loved it and i will continue going there for the feed for the animals.
