Nice enough employees at the desk, but never had a service completed on time. Today I showed up as arranged at 12 for a simple DOT inspection just for the truck to sit in the lot for 2 hours before even being looked at. When I asked about it, expecting it to have been completed I was told the manager got called into a meeting and they didn't know why the truck hadn't been done yet. Pretty nice driver lounge, spent plenty of time in it today. Wouldn't recommend coming here for service, it's worth the drive to go somewhere else.

This place on phone they talking very nice they will do this they will do that but when they take truck in then they they coming to to me this need to recall this canot do and part is not available so you come tomarrow then they give me truck back after four days.uncomplete truck like fog lightdriver side they did not seeand manual switch for cooling fan not fix.they made bill big one .

Great service here and very friendly helpful staff had to stay in a hotel they paid for cab to and from hotel everything you need here, drivers lounge free wifi laundry and showers and dog kennels, just wish dog kennels were closer to the shop area though

They will give you an invoice then charge you 2x more to finish the job, not professional at all. We’ll be seeing you in small claims court.

Company called for a appointment and was told they would have my truck repaired same-day. 7hrs went by and still no truck was told by Nighy crew, that we had to order your part. why couldn't you tell me 7hrs ago and why did you tell my company a lie.

Went in for issues with my inverter, optimizes idle, front and bunk a/c's. 8 days and 4k dollars later I get my truck back with all 3 issues not fixed and blow my radiator basically pulling out of the parking lot. Mechanic was rude. Argued with me that all the problems come from my security system that has been disconnected for over 2 years.

Worst freightliner experience we've ever had. 8 days and $4k wasted for a problem that was not fixed. Mechanic was rude and kept talking to me like i should have known parts and equipment he needed. Showers had the old "out of service" sign you always see when someone doesn't want to clean them. I had to check on the truck twice a day the entire time occasionally getting someone to answer. Would not make an effort to update me at all.

This has to be the best freightliner shop I have been too. Isiah was absolutely amazing and insured my truck got in same day. I was in and out in 4 hours, and the repair ended up being warrantied out!

We brought our Newmar (Freightliner-based) motorhome here for its first PM service, and the shop told us yes, absolutely, they could also do an alignment. When we picked it up, some of the items we paid for on the PM checklist were not documented, so I have to assume they weren't done. Our VIN was documented incorrectly on all service paperwork, so who knows if they even used the correct parts or fluids. We asked them to do an oil analysis, and they just didn't do it. When we asked if they did the alignment as they said they would, they said it's a motorhome, we can't do alignments on those. Poor service, poor communication, and zero follow-up, rude staff. We paid a premium to have work done at this shop and the experience was totally disappointing.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. They're absolutely slow, uncommunicative, unprofessional & lack respect for time. It took them almost a week to repair my after treatment system, causing me to lose a week worth of revenue. I wouldn't do business with them if it's the last dealership on earth.

Helpful staff. Crystal was good to arrange for service. Shop manager was nice but couldn't get the recall fixed. Another 200 mile trip. Driver facilities were good.Second trip qualified for 5 stars. Jason was great. He took the coach right away and worked on it. He came to fetch me when he was done and went over what was done. Awesome service. I shall be going back again when the need arises. Thank you Jason and Crystal.

I've only gone for the parts department so I can't speak much on anything else, but Bailey is great at getting you what you need, only improvement to that parts desk would be if they had two of him!

When our RV threw a serpentine belt these folks were willing to squeeze us into their busy schedule and took really good care of us. Otherwise we would have been waiting at least a week just to get looked at at another location. We carry extra belts with us so that helped with the repair time but they gave us the once over making sure nothing else was damaged and in addition to that they took care of a recall notice for us.

I tried this dealer hoping to have a better experience then what I had at their dealer in Pacific. No such luck. Ever since John has left they seem to be more interested in extracting as much money as possible out of you to diagnose a problem then fixing it. I brought the truck in for a major problem and they advised they thought it was a flat spotted cam. But they kept asking for more money to diagnose. After they burned through 1150.00 of my money I finally told them to stop and I would pay and pick it up. When I went to pick it up it took 20 min for the guy to even start helping me. Then he kept leaving to do other things. On top of this he was really rude to me. He finally got my bill taken care of to release my truck. It took about 45 min. Because of how bad the service departments are at nw Freightliner I will never buy another Freightliner. I believe you can get a better product and be treated better by staying away from Freightliner and taking your money elsewhere.

Hey truck drivers, these mechanics don’t understand anything. It took 3 mechanics 12 hours and 751$ to do absolutely nothing with my truck. The problems was not fixed at all. Never returning and I don’t recommend honest truckers to their scam of a shop. I was later told by a coworker it was a 30$ fix and was able to fix it myself. When they charged me and didn’t even fix it in the first place. And didn’t listen to my suggestions!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!!

Jon was amazing! Quoted me a price and stuck to it. I explained that I was on a very tight budget and he understood 110% I am never looking for anything free but at this moment I was low on funds. The guys were great and quick. I was even loaded a changer for my son to charge his iPad- Thanks Crystal!!

truckers beware. Truck was smoking and cutting out. Three days later and $2600 ($2000 in labor) left shop still some smoke but not as bad. Drove 30 miles to Loves for the night. Next morning truck would not even start. this was on a Sunday and they were closed. Called on Monday and was told we would have to have in towed to their shop and they would look at it. Had no money left for a tow so asked them to have the manager look over what had been done that would cause this. Truck had never not started even when running ruff. Nobody ever returned our call and I have yet to figure out what they did that took 15 hours of labor cost. Lucky for a us a very helpful manager at Loves figured out if was a valve and drove all the way to freightliner and back to get the part and only charged us $200. One would wish Freightliner would have been so helpful instead of only for as much money as they could get

Picking up parts there after hours is always great. The guy behind the counter is knowledgeable and always nice and will go the extra steps to find what you are looking for if you don't have a part number. Hopefully he'll be there a long time

Harry the night time manager took excellent care of us. As busy as this shop gets, they get the job done right.I needed special fabrication work done. I explained to Harry my idea. He thought about it, came up with a better idea, got the job done ahead of schedule and saved me money.Don't be afraid of coming here late folks, the night time guys rock and roll.Thank you Harry and night time staff!Excellent!

It's very easy to say you had a great experience when everything flows smoothly. It becomes even easier to say you had a great experience when everything that can possibly go wrong does and you have a team of experts and professionals to get you through. I was extremely impressed with how everything turned out. Great prices, great techs, and second to none customer service. Thanks for everything guys. If i can help it. Do not ever go her. I brought my truck in for an air leak in the dash and a coolant leak. Three days and 823 dollars later I went to get it. I started it up still had an airleak in the dash. I drove it up to the office and they said I could put it back in but I had to go. I stopped that night hot up the next morning going my walk around and guess what, coolant all over the ground. They also told me I needed a u joint now my truck vibrates worse than ever. They said I could take it to another dealership but why. Worst service I have ever gotten anywhere

I don't know if it's just me but how come every freightliner dealer service department in the country lies to you and makes you wait for hours in the waiting room just so you can come outside and see your truck parked in the same spot untouched after telling you "Oh we're not busy just hang tight for a few hours and we'll have a diagnosis on your truck. I was told before I checked in here that they were not busy and that there will not be a wait to get your truck looked at. I've been here 2 and a half hours and my truck is still sitting where I parked it. I really don't trust freightliner service departments but seeing as I have a full warranty I guess I just have no choice. Second shift made up for it and got me out in a reasonable time so it's cool.

I had a 1998 Dutchstar that was having a battery issue. They told me it was the Alternator and charged me 1400 dollars to repair it. When I picked it up the batteries again were dead and they said they forgot to charge them and jumped them. I took it to Eugene. The next day the batteries again were dead . The "new alternator" should have charged the batteries. The issue was $300.00 worth of batteries NOT ANY ALTERNATOR ISSUE> I wrote coporate, certified and they never answered. I have an independent RV dealer who can verify the issue. BAD BAD BAD PEOPLE. DON'T GO THERE. DISHONEST AND DOES FREIGHTLINER COMPANY A DISSERVICE!!!!
