I use the "Order, Drive Up and Go" service at this store. It's great! It saves me tons of work. My orders are always complete on time and the staff is very courteous.

I had a tough time picking out a good egg plant. so I asked the produce guy if he knew...he did not! but eagerly helped me find out! we were successful and I appreciate his time and patience with my quest! thank you! I'm sorry I didnt get his name but it was at 4/ 22 @ 2pm Monday afternoon! ( check the schedule cuz he needs a gold star) good job! and thanks again!

Everyone always treats us like family. They go above and beyond to say hello and make sure you feel welcome. We shop here several times a week and wouldn't go anywhere else. I love the coupons and digital deals; I feel we save quite a bit clipping coupons.They have also honored coupons or discounts when the app wasn't working properly. Thank you for providing the best customer service!

The young woman in the bakery is so kind and cheerful and she did an amazing job with the writing on our cakes as well as explaining the difference between the cake choices. The woman who makes the cakes did an amazing job as well. I will definitely be getting all of our cakes from this bakery from now on.

Accessories to criminal activity, mob bullying and gang-stalking. The old, Ronald McDonald eyebrows, black straight-hair, very dark-skinned, female cashier at the Western Union is unhinged enough to want to start a fight with strangers, I walked away saying nothing; I had nothing to gain. I was very smart. The employees and customers surrounding me unquestionably exonerate this unhinged behavior; Knowledgeable it is being self-projected onto targeted people, to slanderous consensus; It is very telling that the people at this location, during my travel, condone harassment that leads to discrimination and violence. I came in for services, prepared for transaction, and she asked me for my racial division with glazed-eyes, in the middle of transaction. When throwing her weight at me she blocked available Western Union services to me with deliberation, silently to her malicious questioning and for my private information. Furthermore, this is abuse of power. These matters are taken seriously and will be handled accordingly.Note: I am not bisexually curious. Do not associate me to LGBTQ. She was running her mouth.

This store is my neighborhood go to..I rated this store 4.5 because Anita who works at night has been rude on multiple almost all occasions.Last week she thought that I didn't pay at the self checkout and came running outside the store and I politely showed her my reciept and all the items that were PAID for, and she just says oh ok..Dosent apologize or anything. The more concerning part is she left several customers unattended at the self checkout to run after me on a wrong assumption. By the way my total was only 12.00..Anita more often than not is accusing someone ..Its rediculous. The rest of the staff is great especially Jeremy he always goes out of his way to help.

I almost got dog food here with a couple groceries but the clerk at self-scan literally reached in and took it out of my cart when she saw I was counting money before scanning it (to make sure I had enough to cover it all and to ring up groceries and dog food seperately), after which she made a rude comment that implied I was going to steal it. Very rude, with judgemental look, and felt intrusive. I probably won't come here again.

This is where I love to grocery shop. I've been going to this store for 20+ years. It doesn't have a wide variety of food choices there, but they always have what I need. But more than that, this store has the most kind, considerate, attentive, caring employees I've ever known! I'm always greeted with big smiles & sometimes hugs if I haven't seen someone for a long time. They actually take the time to find out how a customer is doing & they listen. And they are all very helpful. I haven't met an employee there yet that I didn't like! They are awesome!

I was up here visiting my mother for Mother's Day in the Olympia area I'm from Jackson California we do not have fish and chips in my town and I have been craving fish and chips so I Googled this area for fish and chips and I narrowed it down to three I looked at the pictures and this establishment just looked the best and I'm so happy I went there it was very good most excellent so if you're in the Olympia or Lacey area and want to have fish and chips you should buy far going and patronizes Company they do have five star food and the service is wonderful so I'd recommend it to anybody thank you you have a wonderful day and stay I'm up here in Washington visiting my mother and I had to go buy some groceries and I found out Albertsons is part of the Safeway family so I used my safe ways reward card for my purchases to get the discounts Albertsons is a nice store a clean store and I thought their produce was exceptional when but then I found out it was part of the Safeway group and of course they have good produce I don't know how else you can rate a grocery store other than it's clean they have just just about not everything just about everything you would want so go shopping want you to compare Albertsons to the place you normally go and you make up your own mind you have a nice day and stay safe thank you

I'm done with this store, and I am not one to grant second chances where a failure in customer service is concerned. The new cashier became flustered because a customer behind me complained about something. She neglected to scan half of my items. I did not notice this at first because I am severely sick. I was masked, but I needed to go out for provisions. My issue is not with the clerk - mistakes happen. It's with the unsophisticated store manager. I related the story, said I am too sick to leave my place again. I requested the missing items be delivered and I pay over the phone. He went up front and could not find the missing items. How can this be? I double checked my car before calling and I know those items did not get restocked in the 15 minute gap between me getting home and discovering they were missing. He said they do not have the man power to deliver items to my residence today. I can pick them up. At this point I hung up. If I can gather the energy today or tomorrow, I will be visiting a local competitor to get the stuff I need. Error 1 - he could nor spot the missing items. I know for a fact they were up front somewhere because I do not have them. Odd things which are easy to spot such as 3 whole lemons and 2 boxes of Alka Seltzer Cold Plus. Error 2 - "we don't have the manpower" - look manager if you really cared you would ask how far away I live (less than 10 minutes) and deliver them yourself to avoid this negative company review. Finally - they get my business because they are close by. Even before inflation it seems they were wildly more expensive than other stores but they hooked me and all others because, well, they are 5 to 10 minutes down the street. This wholesale failure of customer service to someone who is currently very sick has done me kind of a favor because when I am done with a business I don't kid around and I stick to my guns even if it means forking down a little more on gas for a better customer experience. I am done.

Albertson's used to be one of my favorite grocery stores. Then they merged with Safeway and their prices became outrageous. (12 pack of Coke $9.79 is $4.88 at Winco). Every item I looked at was so much more than what I'm used to paying.The store is bright and clean. The employees are very nice and professional but I was so shocked by the high prices.I miss the old Albertson's.

Albertsons is a store with a strong community conscious. Offering a fair market diversity where I can find some good deals. The manager at my store has been a long time employee. He's on the floor and makes himself available to work with the employees and customers. While maintaining his position to ensure a pleasant place to shop!

This is my absolute favorite Albertsons! Terry is thee BEST! She always has the best attitude and smile 😊 I love swinging by here on my way to work for all my last minute needs from birthday balloons to fresh fruit. Love this store 💕

This location is convenient to where I work. Take out lunch has gotten so expensive everywhere. I discovered their 2 piece chicken meal with 2 sides-great price. I am addicted to the orzo salad and other salads.

been shopping here for years but only just now thought to give this place a review. when i first moved to this area i was a first time mom, palling around with my baby boy, trying to learn the city and find good places to shop. albertsons may not always be the cheapest option, but i love coming here. it's been 8 years shopping here now, and i'm now a mother to 4 wonderful sons, the staff here is amazing and my kids consider them family... staff here goes above an beyond. my children know most of them by name, and each one of them go the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and cared for. todd, eric, andrew, drew, steven, kai, jeanna, donna, amy, keri, and so many more employees here just make coming in feel like less of a chore (let's face it, shopping with kids isn't always easy) and it's honestly one of the highlights of my day when running errands.

As well as a very well stocked beer cooler that I think is still walk in, wonderful selection of wine. Even has good vegan selections. Best store for quickness in and out.

I always go to this grocery store. Their pharmacy is good, the selection is good, and they made a giant cookie monster for the cookie display. Truly the best 😂💕 Take the 66 to come and go by bus.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would.I went to the bakery with a last minute order for a birthday cake. Every other store I called was not willing to help me, but Jackie amd Kirsten in the bakery stopped what they were doing and helped me put together the perfect cake. They were exemplary examples of peak customer service and they made my son's and wife's day perfect. I can't thank them enough and they have earned a lifelong customer.
