I've used OK Tire off and on since I moved to the Okanogan several years ago. I've generally found their services to be good and prices to be fair. However, I recently got my winter tires put on and a few days later one of my wheel covers came off. I contacted them about having them replace it since the tech obviously didn't put it back on correctly. They didn't get back to me for over a week so I tried again and they said they would get back to me later that day. Five days later and they still haven't. All businesses are going to make mistakes but if they rectify I am quick to forgive but they clearly have no real intent of fixing their mistakes. I will no longer do business with them.

Great service.Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, & honest.The guy who helped us went out of his way to solve our wheel issue quickly, & professionally. I didn't get his name, but he gave us excellent service (youngish slim guy with a big smile, brown hair, tatts & piercings). Thanks!We will definitely come back again.

I’ve used them since I’ve moved to the area, they are super great never have had an issue with them ever! Sometimes things happen with shops they are insanely busy stuff just happens they are humans people! They have always been so easy to work with and extremely cool people

I was referred to them by a friend who spoke highly of their service and business ethic. However, I did not have the service as I expected. I had a scheduled appt on November 2nd and did not receive my until Novemeber 28th. This was after I called multiple time with in a 2 wk period questioning when my car would be completed. I was told on two separate occasions " it will be ready by the end of the week" and or " it will be ready in 2 days" and it was not. I expressed frustration in this situation, feeling helpless with being told my car would be completed and feeling like I had to beg for their service. This was my was my soul vehicle. Attempting to move forward with transferring my buick enclave enclave to another provider- they then started on the 26th and completed on the 28th. The service I requested was alternator replacement and evaluation of my traction control sensor. They only did the alternator- my bill was 712$ including a battery.I can not attest to their work.

The employees are more than qualified to do more than just tires. They have the best mechanics around. A honest, friendly place. I only take my car's to OK . Nice to know there are honest mechanics in the county. You can truly trust this business!!

This has been my go-to tire place for more than 10 years now. The owners Brad and Lori are great people and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. They a very friendly and professional staff. I'm just one of very many customers who won't go anywhere else

Twice I've taken my truck in for an alignment. First time I got a list of parts that needed to be changed. I was not willing to pay their $1200 price so I ordered the parts and replaced them...$250.Second visit, more stuff needs to be changed. This time I probably wouldnt mind because the part and labor should not have been substantial, but neither time did they call to tell me what was going on. Just parked my truck in the back until I show up or call to find out they did not get the job done.

Awesome service! They came to us and changed our flat on our rv.....ordered 4 tires for us and we were back on the road. Les Schwab wanted 500. for one tire, we got 4 tires for 800. at OK tire factory including installation. Thank you OK Tire!

Tire Factory is usually reliable, wherever you go. This one is special because the people make the difference. There's a level of humor here you don't get anywhere else. Most likely you're here because a vehicle issue, and usually those are expensive. I don't know anyone with excited to drop $1,000 on new tires, but they help reduce the sting. Plus they smile a lot, which always helps. Whatever you need, most likely they can do it, if not, they don't waste your time, which is also very valuable.

Tried to make an appointment to get winter tires mounted and was given attitude from the women that answered the phone because the tires were not originally bought from them. She refused to make an appointment so instead of making some money from me they make nothing...smart! I would have bought a set from them but their prices are way higher than what you pay anywhere ells. This guy quoted me $200 per tire on a set of Goodyear's that go for $151per everywhere ells.
