Love this place!! I was visiting Ocean Shores for an impromptu mini vacation, and I went out early in the morning in search of a latte. I stopped at Mocha Madness because it had a drive through. I am so glad I did. The barista was awesome and carried on a sweet conversation while I waited. And the white mocha I ordered was amazing!! I also noticed this was where a lot of the locals go too. That says a lot in a tourist town. I will definitely return!

I called to make sure they were open and got greeted with a friendly voice. When I got to the coffee hut a friendly lady was working. She was in a very good mood and brightened my morning. She made our order with care and the coffee was delicious.Also, loved her Alice in wonderland decor!

The woman was very nice and the price was great! Love the Alice in Wonderland theme. The coffee was delicious. If we weren't leaving we would definetly make this a daily spot. Probably going to be zooming since my husband got the Mad Hatter which has 6 shots of espresso!! So yummy we couldn't even tell.

I don't think I care for the coffee beans they used to make my coffee. Otherwise they were made the exact way I wanted them to be. But, wouldn't put whipped cream on a lid for my dog when asked. But did offer a dog treat biscuit. I will go to a different coffee shop to get a puppuccino for my dog. Very friendly customer service and the drinks were made fairly quickly.

Health provider alert.....while being concerned with my health, or health in general is an on going theme lately......I was shocked at a refusal of services because the drink I ordered "had far too much caffeine"....they "were concerned for my health".....while I appreciate your concern....I'm also absolutely sure I've had worse things in my body besides caffeine.......or at least I thought so until I had their coffee......personally I appreciate the freedom of choice in most if not all of my life .....so by telling me that you won't make my order.....while I have money in my hand ......reaffirmed my willingness to tell them nah I'm good.Personally I'd much rather go to k&r the shop where the people are far more pleasant and treat you like an adult not a patient.

I absolutely loved the strawberry smoothie they made! Being another "tourist", I found this place and not only is it cute with its Alice and wonderland theme, but the two ladies working were wonderful and very welcoming! I will definitely come back whenever I'm in town! Thank you for the great drinks and customer service!!!

Extremely rude and clearly plays God of the parking lot. My partner and I were visiting from Nigeria and just pulled in here to chest feed our little one. We were not in a parking spot but made sure to not block anyone. We were asked to move but our child was out of the seat and feeding so we couldn't. Then they came berating and attacking us in a scary violent manner. We are still in fear. The parking lot was full so we did the best we could to be out of the way. But these evil emperors of the tarmac were not going to settle with that for one second. One star is 10 times more than I want to give them. Do not stop at this place and maybe stay clear of the whole complex or THEY WILL FIND YOU.

IT'S A NO FOR ME!!! Honestly, I've never been cut off at a bar let alone a coffee shop. The man at the stand told me after I ordered my drink and he SERVED IT TO ME, he wouldn't not make me another one, THE NEXT DAY!! He said he didn't care how much I paid him he would not be able to serve me the drink again. My regular coffee shop and other coffee shops in town are able to make my drink with out being judgemental towards my drink of choice. How rude and embarrassing. Also they don't even have an ice machine.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. My husbands coffee tasted like milk and mine tasted like water. We each only tried it once and threw it into the trash. There is better coffee up the road and worth the 1 second drive to get it.

My coffee was excellent (I ordered a breve with cinnamon and carmel) and it was soo well made. When we visited again the next day the woman who made my coffee already knew what I was going to order and remembered us, even as just a tourist visitor. I would highly recommend this as your coffee stop when you visit ocean shores 😊

Update: Try K&R Coffee instead! I discovered it recently and found it's way better than this stand!Original: Where do they get off charging $5 for a 16oz Red Bull Italian soda? I asked for 24. And they didn't ask if I wanted cream or whipped cream which is how Red Bull Italian sodas come standard. I'll be making my own from home from now on. Lost what would have been a repeat/good-tipping customer in me.

Coffee was ok, younger barista was super friendly but the older one not so much. I wasn't sure where to order because I hadn't been here before, and was getting weird looks from waiting customers because I didn't park in front of the window (I walked up), not sure if this matters or not. When I signed my credit card receipt and left a cash tip, the older barista or whatever she is doesn't even say "thank you".

Stopped in on a Saturday morning in September. We had two cars waiting in front of us when we got there. It took 20 minutes to get our 2 drinks. I drink 4 shots of espresso with a little raw sugar. My daughter had a white chocolate mocha and liked her drink. Mine was not espresso but strong coffee. Either their machine is malfunctioning or they do not know to pull a shot.

Well the guy at the stand told me that he googled my regular drink I've always drank and informed me that it was unhealthy and had far too much caffiene in it he would not make it for me as I requested. Now, I know that 400 MG of caffiene is alot to consume in one sitting however I drink this all day long and not power through it.The best part of it was I requested extra shots of lotus energy and was told no, however the "specialty" drink at this stand is a "mad hatter" 6 shots of espresso and advetises 6 hours of "madness"While I appreciate the "concern" the gentleman had for my personal health I dont appreciate the double standard they have imposed to me and others customers.We left and went to the other coffee shop in town and explained to them what happened and they were baffled by their actions.0/10Rated 1 star but only because you have to give a star on Google to submit a warning to others.

NEVER AGAIN.My family and I came here yesterday and today. Both days the mom daughter duo were SO RUDE and sarcastic with me. I had asked for a straw and she said we don’t have enough ! We asked for advice on getting something good and she threw up her arms and shook her head! Holy smokes. Shut it down! Very rude I regret giving her a dollar tip.

If you like coffee in your americano ask for an extra shot. Very weak otherwise. Also they use the wrong temp hot water. Its scalding hot. The little cup and sleeve didnt help to even hold it. Otherwise the service was great and fast.

Extremely rude barista, I went yesterday and the young lady I got was very sweet and listened. But today we had an older gall and she was just plain rude didn’t listen to a thing we asked messed up our drinks and was just plain rude all the way around. Won’t be going back.

Minus the coffee tasted like hot water. Attitude from both ladies one snapping at the other. The heaven forbid I ask for a receipt...when most places I go to give you a merchant and a customer copy and made a smart a$$ remark when I asked for a receipt. Glad I dont live down in that area.

This place has two windows of service but the only honor one side.. This place was so slow we waited in line for 10 minutes behind one car and when we finally got to the window the lady ignored us and helped two people on the other side so we just drove away... I guess if your not a local you might as well skip this place... Super rude...

The younger lady that made our coffee was nice but the other lady the one that took are money as we paid was not very nice or friendly and they changed us for extras and there was no sign to say that there was charges for extra stuff like shoots ,and flavoring and we asked if they made my drink yet and the said no and asked if can be made with almond milk and the one making the coffee said sure but then got charged an extra $1.00 for the almond and also messed up my moms coffee there was no peppermint in it and she paid extra for it and my little cousin said her Carmel Frappuccino was not the greatest and made her stomach heart and my queen of hearts drink was good but got really bitter at the end needless to say we will not be coming back here .
