They have by far the worst fries ever. Don't buy them. They don't know how to cook them. They are always under cooked. They are just soggy and mushy. Out of a large you can find maybe 10 edible fries.

Ordered an iced caramel coffee with my meal, they didn’t fill the cup to top and shorted me about 3 inches worth of coffee. Usually the iced coffee from McDonald’s is pretty consistent but this location for some reason was watered down, barely had ice in it & had terrible flavor. I ended up going to get coffee elsewhere.

Clean parking lot and drive thru. Fast line. Tried to get me to give cash. Not happy I wanted to use my card (for points). Closed the window as soon as I took my card back. I tried to get her attn for my receipt. She finally opened the window. Was not happy she had to find my receipt. Cold chewy fries.

Normally this place is promt and wonderful but today they told my husband they couldnt add a shot of espresso to cold coffee drinks anymore after this because theyre too warm? As someone who ran a coffee stand for a few years I'm not sure how yall think espresso shots normally get put into cold drinks.. hint they aren't chilled first and it's expected to melt down some ice lol. I understand you all may have some people working there that aren't familiar with coffee drinks and the espresso machine but instead of removing the ability to add a shot from your location (like all other locations allow) you should train your staff on these fairly simple things. Ps dome lids are for whip cream... filling 1/3 of your cup with whip mean I paid for a large and got a small lmao

On a recent dark and difficult morning (you know the kind I mean), I was astonished at being the unexpected recipient of an act of kindness, when some benevolent soul ahead of me in line at this McDonalds paid for my breakfast with a Merry Christmas attached. The holiday spirit is so uplifting — it makes you believe there really is a Santa. Thank you Santa.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at the quickness, but what made this the best experience at a McDonald's, is how the staff communicates to each other. Each employee was giving positive words to keep it up (they were slammed) that they were doing a great job, to not worry as they would get through the busy part. Multiple times, I saw the manager walk the eating area and ask how the food and service was. She was kind and pleasant to everyone in the area. While inside, multiple people came in and gave positive affirmations to the friendliness of the employees. This location is doing it right, it is very clear that they have a positive work climate!

The wait was longer at the other restaurants in town and the kids were hungry. Hungry kids love McDonald's! Staff was friendly and our order was done quickly. The dining area was clean. Usually prefer to try something "new" or special to the area that we're visiting, but when in doubt.... 2of my friends, my man and I came to ocean shores for the weekend. We live in Tacoma. We stopped by this McDonald's to go pee and get some food. As we got to the ocean my man noticed his phone was missing. The very next day some employee called his brother ( first number in his contact list ) to let him know that they have his phone. Thank you very much. As most ppl would nit have turned in a phone. We honestly thought it was gone for good. Surprised us all esp for the fact some one found it 24 hours later. Thank you for the honesty folks out there.

Overall, this is a fine establishment. The crew is extremely excellent; fast, friendly, polite, good REAL people - they look like they're having fun and that's a VERY good thing (because happiness is contagious). The fries were good but the hamburgers were over cooked and dry (and I've works at McDonald's and other burger joints). Hopefully the manager reads these reviews.

This McDonald's is crazy busy or at least it was when I visited it. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, inside full of customers waiting. Staff was stressed but still trying to smile. They said the wait would be about 45 mins. That was said to the next customer after I placed my order. It was a long wait. But while doing so found out they charged me for 2-10 piece nuggets when I ordered a 20 which is a couple dollars cheaper. The manager did come up and reimburse me the difference. Glad I hadn't left before I noticed it. Then, my food came out. I had ordered a frozen coke. Unfortunately, that wasn't working so instead of waiting for another reimbursement I tried the Blue Raspberry. It was ok. The fries weren't salted and the nuggets weren't as good as I've had previously at other McDonald's. Signs I need to steer clear of fast food.
