Never a call, to cut my dog short, when I wanted long hair. BIG GAME CHANGER. They said she had Matt's, not possible, as I have brushed her daily for 8 days straight, and before that weekly.There were NO Matt'sDoneFollow-upDawnya, the whole issue was Leda was not in your establishment for a hair cut. Only a trim, and i told Shasta where I wanted her trimmed. Nobody listens, had Shasta called I would have come to salon. Then I could have solved this before it happened. Calling my wife got you her voice mail. She called back and not knowing what was said to Shasta.I need to know if Shasta is an employee of the "Grooming Garage" or is she contract labor? My right to know.I also want a refund, I did not get what I ordered.Ron Penn

The girls there were very nice, even at the beginning of the coronovirus step backs. They had signs for safety and they were helping rescue dogs get pretty for future adoption. Oh and my sweet girl looked beautiful when she was finished. Thank you.

We had an appointment. Had a problem and were running about 25 minutes late. We called. She said inwill call in another client. We were on the way. No, she woukd call in someone else. Gee we were almost there will another be there sooner? No offer to reschedule or help nshe was busy. Not pleasant, just no gobaway. As a resukt we will gonelsewhere We could have just arrived instead of making a courtesy call. Short with me and lack caring. I want a caring person. Not one too busy to do the job at all. Going elsewhere.

Ken was our groomer along with the help of his partner.We have a king German shepherd who was in badly need of a spa day. They were able to get enough hair off of our kiddo to make 3 dog's. They washed her 3 times, cleaned ears, trimmed toes. They even went above and beyond great service as to was her dirty collar for her.She absolutely loves these two and gave her so much love and attention!Definitely would recommend them highly to everyone!Can't wait for our next appointment for our kiddo to spend time at the spa!

Dawnya was very helpful with my handful of a pup Bouy. He's a 86 lb Lab and he's always rambunctious and hard to get settled for nail clippings but she was able to get the job done quickly without him getting worked up at all which I've never been able to do.She was also very knowledgeable in knowing what he needed for a skin allergy he had. After shaving him down and letting his skin dry the issue went away within the week which I never would have thought to do myself and was very happy to see his rash go awayOverall I can say confidently that she is the place to go if your dog needs grooming. She was helpful and considerate and I'm happy to say I'll be returning again for Bouys grooming needs.

The Grooming Garage in Longbeach Washington is hands down the best groomer we have ever encountered in 40 years of pet ownership. Believe me when I say we’ve tried numerous places in that time span. We feel they stand above the rest for numerous reasons. Dawnya takes the time to listen to our specific requests and always grooms our dogs as asked. She has vet tech experience as well, giving us the comfort of knowing if she spots anything out of the ordinary she will inform us. We look at it as a wellness check included with the grooming at no extra charge. We believe in taking top notch care of fur babies and The Grooming Garage gives us the peace of mind we’ve always searched for. They don’t believe in making your pet just another number in the system. Your pet becomes part of their grooming family and they take serious pride in all they do.
