Anna was spectacular. She went above and beyond and juggled 5+ customers and took special care in helping an elderly woman and a foreign woman with a language barrier with paying her bill via check. She was the only employee but went above and beyond for others and myself even through multiple headaches connecting my device.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star, but I had to. Sheila was very rude, pushy, and wouldn’t let me use my new phone until SHE wanted me to. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! Go to Mount Vernon, Burlington, somewhere else. Just not this one!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Gibson at the Verizon store. He went above and beyond what I would have expected with respect to customer service. I came in to replace a cracked camera cover for my phone. While I was watching him repair my phone, I asked him a question about something to do with my new job and my home computer. Much to my surprise, Mr Gibson not only answered my question, he walked me stepwise through the entire process while using his computer as an example. Then he wrote down the instructions/information on a card so that I wouldn’t forget them.He took his time with me, and really made sure that I understood what he was saying. And he also fixed my phone- it’s absolutely perfect.Great customer service is why I’ll becoming back to this Verizon Store.

Outstanding customer service. We needed to change carriers and walked into this store. We were met with a professional and knowledgeable team led by Carter. We could not have had a better experience. Carter spent the time to find the plan that would best fit our needs. He was thorough and meticulous in his work. He patiently walked us through each step in setting up our new service. He knows his stuff! It’s a pleasure to work with a business that cares about the individual customer. Kudos to Carter, Nathaniel and Hunter. Thanks for a great experience.

It’s not so hard these days to find OK customer service but finding GREAT customer service is a challenge And that’s why we were so pleased working with Carter at GoWireless in Oak Harbor. He was cordial, professional, astute, and never rushed us through the steps it took to get up-to-date on our new phones. He made the whole process very easy for us and we will return there for any and all of our cell phone needs Thank you Carter you’re the best!!!

I would like to recognize Maya at the Oak Harbor Go Wireless store. As a new hire, and without having her manager present (don't know where he was and he didn't answer her calls) she was able to work out how to do something she hadn't done before. She kept a level head and was very friendly. I wish there was more I could do to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves! Maya was spectacular and a great asset to the team at this location! Thank you!

Scott was super helpful with helping my family switch carriers. He explained everything clearly and did so with a smile. The store itself was very clean. Overall the experience was great and we're glad we don't have to deal with the AT&T store in Oak Harbor anymore.

Excellent customer service, Kaylin impressed me with her quick and very professional responses to all of my questions. I have always gone to this store with all my Verizon needs as opposed to the other store in town. It feels far more inviting and personal. Kaylin quickly replaced my Simcard with zero issues. Her can do attitude and efficiency should be noted. Also side note. Carter has done an excellent job in training her. Hats off to both of you-Denon

Isaiah and Carter are fabulous! I entered the store 2 minutes after it opened and was greeted by Isaiah's cheery "good morning". He took the problems I brought to him with my new phone, handled them with care, and got me back out the door smiling!

This store consistently gives us the best customer service. First of all, when we went in the other day to upgrade our phones, Kim recognized us from two years ago and remembered where we switched from and everything. That's nuts. Second, we came in like 6 times to get all the info on the new phones and the new account info etc, and they were nice, helpful, informative, patient, and awesome each time. Two especially helpful people in addition to Kim were Ben and Andrew (there were two more awesome people in the course of the 6 visits but sadly I didn't catch their names). Third, they were all on the same page - I didn't get different info or prices and plans each time I went in. You'd think this should be assumed from a business but then you'd be wrong, cause the bigger the business the more info there is to mess up - like the infamous comcast, or the sprint store in town that I had terrible, terrible experiences with. Fourth, these guys went the extra mile to help us on things and hook us up with extra promotions that ended up with us happily buying more than we intended (buy-one-get-one phones for the family!). These guys make Verizon look like the best phone company in the world. Thanks for the awesome service guys! I highly recommend this store!

We are getting ready to transfer to a new duty station on the East Coast and really wanted to have wifi for our car. After trying several other places we decided to take one last shot by heading to Verizon. What a great decision! Julissa hooked us up with a Hum. The entire vibe in the store was professional and stress free. Everyone listened to us and answered all of our questions. We are lucky to such a great group of professionals on this island! BLUF: Staff rude and unwilling to help resolve a situation that was resolved on the phone with Verizon Customer support in 5 minutes.Went to the store to upgrade a phone. None in stock, so one was ordered online. Told the staff member that we had a promo for $50 online and was told we would receive the discount at checkout (the promo was online only, but we were attempting to support this local business).When the phone arrived, we were told the price included a $100 discount off retail already, and no other discounts could be applied. As part of the transaction, we were also told that there would be no restocking fee should we change our minds in 14 days (same as the online promo). Upon returning home, a quick check online showed that the price we paid in store was indeed retail price, no discount had been applied.We returned to the store the next day in an attempt to resolve the situation. The workers were rude and unwilling to help in any manner. We mentioned that we could always order the phone online, receive the promo price, and return the phone in store, but we'd prefer to resolve the manner in a simpler way and continue to support this location. Unfortunately, the staff were unwilling to consider this and also stated that we would have to pay the restocking fee (even though the salesperson told us we would not have to).A call to Verizon Customer service solved the issue in 5 minutes. Without even describing the issue, the representative was able to credit the account with the $50 promo.We made every attempt to support this local business, but unfortunately this recent interaction made the simple process of upgrading a phone into a huge ordeal, and we will no longer shop at this store.

Switched over from sprint to Verizon and had to get a new phone because the Verizon network wouldn't recognize my current phone. Customer service was great! I was having some issues with the screen protector collecting dog hair under it because my phone has the rounded screen sides. I brought it in and they removed the protector and applied "liquid glass" for free! (Part of their 14 day policy of getting a new phone). The whole staff was professional aaaaaand friendly!
