Posting this as a delivering Semi Truck Driver. This store really isn't make for large trucks. Expect some driving over curbs. I recommend going in from left side of building. But you can go in from behind, then back into ramp.

Was a great place to shop! I got my family rain boots here a month ago right before they closed and they stayed open to help me out with my purchases and were not rushing me at all. I needed the boots for the next day for a trip to the rainforest and I needed them that night. There were two ladies that helped me extensively and were very nice.

PROPS TO TIA !!! She was so quick to give me information on the product i needed ( gasket) from the second she picked up the phone. Not only did she recommend the correct item for a DIY replacement IT WORKED. Tia saved me potentially hundreds of dollars / a trip to mount Vernon or even further. Great service and I even got to look at the new baby ducks and chickens they had in. They have my business.

Place a special order online to be delivered to the local store. Wait two weeks for the order to come in. Took me two days to pickup since I have a life and a job. Two days was too much I guess, they sold my order that I had already paid for to someone else. No notice, and best of all NO REFUND until we point out we’d already paid. Thieves. Stay away from the big box, keep it local, at least when they screw up, because everyone does and that’s ok, at least they fix it!

Awesome stores. Farm supplies, animal supplies, holiday decorations, amazing clothing and super friendly service! Every time I visit from out of town, this is one of my favorite shopping stops! And I've been told were getting them in Hawaii soon. YES!!! Thanks, Tractor Supply Co.

Having shopped here a number of times and always leave irritated. Chances are if you are going here to shop than you know what you need but if you don't do not expect any help from the staff. I have never found a helpful staff member who knows what I am asking for or where to find it in their store. To add insult to injury you will most likely need to find someone to check you out. Good times...Two stars because I have always found what I needed just took my much longer than it should have.

If I could give them a zero I would. They are not friendly, nor do they care. My order is lost, or not there even though the email came though that it’s ready to be picked up, I was charged more then i was supposed to be. The manager was so rude and out of line. My business will go to the country store now.

They close at 7pm. I got there at 7:05 and the woman ran out to let me in to grab what i needed. It was an important quick trip for me. I am beyond thankful.Go you guys.Also i gave 5* because everytime i go in there they are always polite and willing to help.Thanks Oak Harbor TSC

Love going to this place. I have to control myself not to just stroll the aisle and buy stuff. When I need pins for our tractor, a 50 gallon tank for diesel, or duck feed, Tractor supply has you covered.

Always helpful, friendly service! Great prices! All around great place to buy feed, supplies etc.. Anything you would find at your local feed store, and so much more! I prefer it to the Wal-Mart's and other pet supply stores for my pet supplies as well! Also have a great return policy. Unlike Wal-Mart and Petco. I got a flea collar at Petco that made my kitty sick and Petco of Oak Harbor would not let me return it! I also got a box of Ol' Roy brand peanut butter biscuits for our dog at the Wal-Mart in Oak Harbor, and the biscuits were burnt! The gal at customer service at that Wal-Mart basically told me "so what" they're for a dog! Ummmm! Excuse me!!!!! Now, let me tell you how great theTractor Supply store is, from a very personal experience! I was on my way to an appointment because I was sick. Right before I got to my appointment I had an accident. Not a car accident, but an accident inside my car! Know what I mean. Well, I happened to be right by our Tractor Supply store. The woman there helped me get what I needed to clean myself up in the bathroom, but my jeans were not wearable to my appointment. The woman working that day had some jeans on sale due to a discontinuation. Usually, something that's not returnable. An all sales are final thing. However, all the jeans were 2 sizes too big for me, but wearable to my appointment. Need I say more. I wore the jeans to my appointment, took them home and washed them and was allowed to return them the next month when I came back into town... Now that's going above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you TS! You were definately my hero's that day! Sincerely, one of your biggest fans and patron for life. TG

Had to change driver's license so with to tractor to purchase A Carhart jacket i have money in the bank but because of new number on license said they computer said it couldn't accept my check ok so I will go to bank to find out what going on but my complaint is they made me feel like o was writing a bad check and that's something I would never do so I'm really upset so no it was not a good experience thank u

This competition needs to train their employees at least 1 thing about anything in this store everytime i have called or gone into this store i just get dumb looks because the employee's dont know anything! Atleast hire 1 person that can properly help customers! If i could give negative stars i would.

It's a decent hardware store. It has a similar selection to home depot and ace hardware, but has more component parts. Ie. Get just the rubber of a wheel, or stuff to make your own dolly.

Helpful staff stores always clean I found some really great deals and there's always a Hidden Gem somewhere in the store overall it's one of my favorite stores in Oak Harbor.

Staff is always super nice, there prices are cheaper then most feed stores and my dog loves going there as soon as she sees the front of the building she gets super excited it's too cute!!!

They've got more then I imagine they would in there. I think banning it Tractor Supply want the best idea. I had kept me from going and checking it out for a long time. They got clothes, dog food, farm animal foods, fire wood, house supplies, and a lot more.

They are always there in a bind they carry many items no one else in oak Harbor have. And if they don't have it they are kind enough to tell you where you can find it even if it is not in their store.
