Great store! Clean and organized. Friendly staff. Prices are a little higher, but you get good quality. Generally very well stocked, unlike tractor supply. Also, there is usually a very friendly cat to greet you!

The customer service at this store is absolutely excellent, cannot say enough good things about them Dave in particular is a real gem of a guy kind and helpful to kind of person you wish was your neighbor.

The cashier had no manners and was rude. I was attempting to speak with her about potential employment opportunities for members of our community and simply asking if I could speak with a manager or someone in charge of hiring. Instead I was told that they were not willing to speak with me about any opportunities. It is clear this is NOT an equal opportunity employer. I am really disappointed by this.Their gas attendant throughout the week is fabulous - I had never been IN the store until today. And he is the one that suggested I go in and talk to someone.

The 2 stars are for the horrible customer service inside the store. I am a non-white woman so perhaps that was their issue? But I asked my husband when I got home, he sent me there for pet related items and he said, "I forgot to tell you, those dusty old women are RUDE RUDE RUDE." So perhaps not my color😳 he is white.BUT....the gentleman outside pumping gas, Yes Virgina they have a full service gas station, we SO kind and FUNNY.I will be back for the full service gas, I will never purchase anything from inside this store again.**Best book on customer service was written just south of here in Seattle it is called FISH. If you manage this business and would like me to facilitate a training, I am on island until September 😎

I look a bit different, maybe the associates watch me from a distance never offering any help, I was waiting to checkout, but was not noticed by one lady. I went to gas my car there...they served others. I had to get out and put my own gas, I think I was invisible. Not very Latino friendly place.

This is a nice, quaint country supply store in Oak Harbor. We use to live here 20 years ago, but come back several times a year to visit family. The prices are often very competitive to those found in larger metropolitan areas. We like to shop for our pets when we come back to OH. They have supplies for horses, cats, dogs and rabbits. If you need something, stop on by. I think you'll be glad you did.

There is a shop cat to pet. Can it get any better than that? Pet food, farm & garden supplies, clothing & shoes, candy section and logs for the wood stove. There's even a gas station. The only thing missing in my opinion: soda fountain or cooler for drinks.

The customer service here is unbeatable! Even during the insanely bust Pet Palooza hours, I still had 3 employees throughout my shopping trip that went above and beyond for me on so many levels!My dog's food has been bought out by another company and apparently the formula is changing. This is a big deal because she has ulcers and food sensitivities. They listened to what she couldn't have, asked about her tummy issues, and were able to find me a good option to switch her to. If that wasn't enough, they went on their system and saw that the Freeland store was the only location that had her normal food left. They immediately called down there and ordered me the only 2 bags left for an easier transition on my dog. The manager himself, drove the bags an hour to this store and I received a call within a couple hours stating that it was ready for pickup.Without hesitation, one employee carried the heavy bags to my car without me even having to ask. This stood out to me because while I am young and appear to be able bodied, I have a plethora of physical limitations and this prevented me from enduring more pain.Thank you so much for everything you guys do and the love and support that you have for your human and animal customers!

Only and awesome public gas up in Coupeville. These folks strive to offer a variety of goods - coffee shop, sandwich shop, roller food, and the most friendly locals on shift.

This has become one of my favorite places in Oak Harbor. I recently bought baby chicks from there and they are wonderful. They offer a variety of breeds and take care of them well!

Normally I have a great experience.Today went to get gas, the attendant is off at 4pm. The pumps should have a sign stating that if you want to pay with cash "pay inside " is only when there is an attendant on duty.

Been a customer for over 30 years and yesterday was the worst service by the rudest lady I have ever had in that store. I was told they did not have what I was asking for, and would not help me or look it up in the computer. Told me to go back and look.. I went to the back and found the parts. Never been treated like that in that store. Lazy at it worst!

Nice country store. You'll find things there that you can't find elsewhere. The staff are all super nice. My favorite items are the homemade foods (jellies, canned goods).

Had what I needed, however customer service was definitely lacking. I haven't shopped there in several years since I had a very bad experience with a young and rude sales clerk, who has since been fired but there just wasn't anyone interested in being on the floor and helping customers besides myself.

Wonderful variety! I ordered the gamey foods my dog loves and it took a few weeks but he loves them. Be sure to buy during petapalooza it makes the prices the same as the commissary.

I pulled in here to get fuel because to the sign that says "we will pump your fuel" and I wanted to complete a work email while I refueled.The fuel attendant comes out and stands at his booth and starts talking to the lady filling a can in front of me.I rolled down my window and told him I wanted fuel and he says " oh you want me to fill it for you?"I replied "that's why I came here" but couldn't help but wonder why this employee was asking if I wanted him to do the job he's paid for.

i had just called a few minutes ago asking for the hiring manager's name and the lady who answered the phone had a rude tone and said it was the manager. when she gave me her name i repeated it back to make sure i had it right and again she had a rude tone and corrected me. when i spelled it back to her to make it was right there was a pause and i had to ask her if it was spelled right. she said yes and before i even had the chance she hung up on me right away. i did not at all feel welcomed and think she could've handled it a lot better.

Very friendly sales people. Well stocked store. Great vatiety of pet products for all your animals. Even the large hooved ones! The also have clothing for you and your family.
