This was a great experience! Our nervous Old English Sheepdog feels very comfortable going to Petco for his grooming, and he comes home looking fantastic!

If I could give a negative star then I would Please don’t take your dogs here for grooming. They are nice people but they didn’t wash my dog very well because she still stinks….when they trimmed her nails they damaged her nail and she was bleeding pretty bad….bad enough that quick stop didn’t work…Getting her into a vet has been near impossible on this island…I don’t have the money to afford the emergency vet in Mt. Vernon so we have to just keep an eye on it until I’m able to get her to a normal vet but we were finally able to get it to stop bleeding. A manager was supposed to contact me to talk about how petco will handle this and they never called so I guess I’m not worth the time of day. Definitely says something about this business.I won’t be returning just to waste another $65 for nothing and be treated like me and my dog mean nothing to them.

Everything went good, stylist made sure my dog was comfortable with him at first. He was very gentle and good to my dog and he did a great job! Only thing I didn't like is that they took 3 hours and 15 mins to bathe and buff my dogs nails and they said it wouldn't take that long. There were no other dogs there but other than taking a while service was good and people were good and they got the job done. My dog is well cleaned, her nails look perfect and she's got a shiny soft coat.

Whitney just always does an awesome job and has the best of attitudes!! They were really, really busy and yet she got the job done, on time and with a smile! Plus, Buddy looked great, as he always does. We're very, very happy with her work.

I just had my Grrrl GSD groomed at the Petco Oak Harbor. They did a great job for a first time pro grooming done on my girl. She looks good and smells good. Very happy with the results.

The groomer was very thoughtful and patient with my dog's grooming. He is an 80 lb. rough coated collie and he is shedding his winter coat. Plus, he had a lot of close to skin mats that she worked very hard on.

The girl that checked us in yesterday was extremely rude. I brought both my canines in for toenail cut. My Male canine was already in the system but my female puppy was not but had the shot record for her which was missing the rabies information. I have her rabies tags at my house 5 minutes away but she wouldn't take them and told me that those tags could belong to anyone they don't know. I was completely insulted by that comment as if I'd steal someone's rabies tags!!! I'm still extremely offended.

Petco groomers are always frienly and welcoming to us and our large malamute. She tends to be a pain and a drama queen, but they work with her and do great every time!

The reception was rude and misconveyed what I asked for for my dogs haircut. I was charged for a shave which is not what I wanted at all. Being charged additional to ruin his haircut is ridiculous. I was in a hurry as the haircut took 4 1/2 hours and I was late for a dinner reservation.

Inexperienced staff. Cut a golden doodle with a lopsided terrier cut. Face cut is completely uneven. Dog came home with bleeding ear.
