Great customer service! The kids and I were driving from an hour away so we called to check if they had a particular product. The local Petco stores did not have any in stock. They kindly confirmed and asked if they could put it aside for me, which was great. When we finally arrived, staff were friendly and helpful, and checkout went smoothly. Although we were not in the store long, those brief points of contact with staff left a very positive impression with us. Well worth the drive - price, product, and service wise!

I came to find some items for my dog. I was greeted by the employees. I am visually impaired and the employees helped me find what I needed. They showed me lots of options. As someone with a disability life is already hard enough so I very much appreciated the young man who walked me around the store and helped me. For once I didn't feel like I was a bother and I truly appreciate this. The young lady at the register politely and quickly handled a return I had and rang up the items I had picked out. I was having a bad day and left the store with a smile. Sometimes just being treated with that little bit of kindness can make a difference in someone's life. Thank you.

Very friendly, a little rushy... Seemed short staffed tho so I understand. Definitely on the pricey side.. I can't believe I just paid 50$ for a guinea pig .. just the guinea pig. They have a nice bunch to choose from which was cool. Long and short hairs, and they're seperated by male and females which makes the process a little easier. Overall super happy with our new "pincher eater". (My 3 year old named her.) Ha =) Also, the cage we bought here was broken, some of the bars.. it's not a big enough deal to drive all the way back for... Kinda wish I'd checked before leaving the parking lot.

This Petco has the best grooming salon ever. The groomers are super nice, and always helpful. Service with a smile, and my pup always seems to walk out with a smile.This picture is my pup a couple days after her haircut there. It is exactly what she wanted.

Had to replace our old betta after he passed away. Brought home "Sam". Spent about $50 for fish, new filter media and fish food (I have several tanks). Staff was busy, but helpful.

I usually take my dog here to get baths and her claws trimmed and buffed. They do a good job here and my dog leaves happy whenever I come to pick her up. Thanks for the great service at Oak Harbors Petco!

Kennedy grooms my dog every time and she does an outstanding job. Buster loves her and always is happy to go get his hair cut! Kennedy always loves on him. I know he is in good hands!!!

If your dog's grooming is something you cherish, then I'm afraid this place might not live up to your standards. I took my pup here for what was supposed to be a 1.5-hour comprehensive service, including a deshedding treatment.First off, the service was ridiculously rushed, finishing around 20 minutes. Such a timing discrepancy raises questions about the quality and thoroughness of their work. And indeed, upon inspection, my dog's hair didn't seem well-brushed, certainly not reflective of the deshedding treatment we paid for.What irked me the most was that this rushed job happened towards the end of the day. It felt as though the staff were more interested in wrapping up their day than in giving my dog the care and attention he deserves. Yet, despite the lackluster service, they had no qualms about charging the full, high price.To sum it up: if you're looking for a quality pet wash service that values your money and time, and more importantly, respects your pet's needs, I cannot recommend this place. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your grooming needs.

You keep locking me out of my online account! Whatever filters you have they are AWEFUL. If you forget your password it locks you out after 3 tries when the 3rd try is correct. It is WAY TOO DIFFICULT to use you online. To get it unblocked you have to keep calling in on a #. This is the 3rd time this has happened. One time because I could not figure out what you wanted with the puzzle 7 IT TOOK TOO LONG!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! There are way TOO many Pet sites that do not have all these issues

I was very disappointed by not only the charge for a bath for short hair medium dog but upset that the staff tried to play it down in what they charged me. They didn’t even know the prices and fumbled through by justifying my dog’s last visit which was full grooming service. Haircut and bath plus other services

1) the staff is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.2) I would like to see ant farms and other insects here too, unfortunate they don't.3) pet stores in general are terrible places and this one is no exception. I would love it if they could get a much larger facility and learn to use proper sizing when zoning these animals. The tanks are way too small for the fish, the cages too small for all those birds, the pens too small for the ferrets and the rodents.

The moment the doors open, you are smacked face first with the overwhelming stench of unproperly cared for small animals in a building with inadequate ventilation. It's hard to believe big retail stores still house pets. Something better left to specialist and reputable, ethical, hobbyist breeders. If you are looking for well cared small animals, kept in sanitary conditions then go to Island Pet Center. They are close by and you will see the difference when you go there.

I have been taking my 3 dogs here for about 6 months or so and have not been impressed. They do an ok job at a basic bath and nail trim, but the groomers are hard to get ahold of and are unprofessional.It is difficult to get anyone on the phone. The petco website does not allow for booking multiple pets at the same time and forces you to call them, which they rarely pick up. The last 2 times I have scheduled the first appointment of the day at 9am. The store does not open until 10AM so you are stuck waiting outside until a groomer unlocks the door and let's you in. Both times I have scheduled the first appointment of the day I have shown up 10 min early (as requested on the petco website) just to be told they won't check in my dogs because the groomer has not arrived yet. So I'm stuck waiting in the car with my dogs getting more and more anxious. The groomer shows up 10 min past the appointment time and says NOTHING when checking in my pets. No apology, nothing. One time I can understand but twice in a row? Not acceptable or professional. I don't recommend coming here for grooming.

We booked our dog here for grooming. We paid and tipped only to arrive home and realize his ears were not cleaned. They were pretty dirty to begin with because he is 100lbs, and I am pregnant. That was the reason we took him to the groomer. To pay for a service and see it was not done is extremely disappointing.

Shelly or Shelby (stitch mask) is absolutely garbage and should not work in service. I wouldn't never hire that incompetent woman. Customer service and 100% satisfaction is my main goal. Clearly not yours. Your store smells decay and of week old soiled animal bedding that's been sitting under heat lamps baking in it's own filth. Your store needs better circulation the air was heavy and damp. You guys just plain suck.

Always dirty. Always has boxes of product laying out. Staff won't help unless asked. And then they seem unhappy about helping. It doesn't seem like anyone wants to do their most basic job there. I'll go to petsmart in Burlington.

Extremely disappointed. I had booked a grooming appointment and when I got there I was denied his service due to my doggos heart murmur. I have always gotten his hair done at petco with them knowing he’s had one. I just had to sign a waiver stating I was aware and they weren’t liable. They said it was company policy but it makes absolutely no sense. Now I have wait another 2-3 weeks to get him in at another place. Oak Harbor petco sucks 👎🏼

I hate comung into this store because it breaks my heart to see all those fish stuffed in those small tanks that are over crowded, the gold fish always look sick..... heck all the fish look unhealthy.... I went in a couple days ago and there was a baby beardy and he was so skinny he looked as if he was gonna die if someone don't buy him.... I almost did to save him ( between payday).... something needs to to happen here....
