Decent fish, but limited selection. Well-prepared salmon and veggie pouches. Produce is fresh, although the feel of the store is a bit chaotic abd grungy. The quality of product makes the run down feel of the store okay, but it is far cleaner and better organized than the “other grocer” over by the outlet mall. Best grocery outside of Issaquah.

If the self checkout employees are going to hover over me everytime I use it why don't they just scan them for me? The price of labor is figured into the price of groceries so there should be a discount for ringing them up in the first place. Today the employee sneezed on me as he stood over my shoulder. I asked if he could not sneeze on me then he did it again. Idon't dress up to go grocery shopping so maybe it's how I look? I work. I pay. They don't hover the other people. Makes no sense to be supervised so heavily while I'm "working" for qfc.

I’m disappointed and angry that I have to do self check out with a full cart and have a handicapped hand and wrist. I receive no discount for doing someone else’s job! How interesting that you’re saving payroll and discriminating against handicapped customers. We pay these high prices and you save on payroll and reel in the profit at the expense of other people’s disabilities!!! How is that morally ok? This just makes me want to spend my money where I can get service and respectful treatment. This QFC is disgraceful! You need to care about your customers and make more of an effort. Next time I will leave the full cart with refrigerated stuff so your current employees can have more work and be paid a paycheck for your lack of customer service and high prices that people deserve to have reduced when we’re doing your employees work!

Employees are friendly and helpful, especially at in the bakery. But the deli just horrible. I've given it two years to improve and it just seems to be getting worse. Trying to get a sandwich here is like trying to win the lotto, which is a shame because when they are available they are by far the best in town. Seems to be mostly a staffing issue - management needs to do better here.

This QFC is so cute! The selections are huge, especially the cheese varieties. It's got a small town vibe with a bit of hipster thrown in.

Friendly staff and good quality food. Shelves are organized and well stocked. Pharmacy is quick as well.Only downsides would be really long lines at checkout. I have come at all times (morning, middle of day, late at night) and there is always a significant line to checkout.

I spent 25 minutes shopping and when I went to check out there were knoonly two maned check outs and only one self check out open. The lines waiting to check out on all three check outs were three quarters of the way down the shopping lanes. I left my full shopping cart and left the store. What a waste of my time. My question is why was the management not stepping up and running one of the check outs. He or she must have known they were short handed and should have stepped up to the plate. I will be going shopping again tomorrow to purchase the same groceries I left behind today and I definitely won't be shopping at the north bend store. You need to do better.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! This place is filthy. GIANT RATS run rampant. All over your produce and bread. Even in broad daylight while you’re shopping they run out sometimes. The people that work here know about it and don’t care. This place needs torn down and redone. We bought a glass jar of Curry from here the last time we went(MISTAKE) and if you can believe it, we found a freaking COCKROACH IN THE SAUCE!!!! My husband went in and spoke with the manager (a male) for a refund-THE LEAST THEY COULD DO, and he wouldn’t do it. WHAT A JOKE. Nastiest grocery store. Go to Safeway on the ridge.

Recently stopped here on a family vacation. My husband and I were both very impressed with the level of service, and friendliness of the staff. We were staying in a cabin and it didn't have a coffee pot, one of the associates who was stalking the spice shelves a little bit away, over heard our conversation about what instant coffee we should get. He asked if he could help us, he came over and gave some recommendations and was so pleasant. At check out we were asked how our day was going, given recommendations, and local spots. Even the bagger who bagged our cart was very friendly and polite. Wonderful staff!

Great experience doing order pick up today. Made a mistake with some substitutions and didn't hit the minimum amount I needed for a card benefit. Brendon was super helpful and was able to get me back up to the minimum spend amount super quick.

Worst QFC I’ve ever been to. Ordered online and waited for 20 minutes only to be told (as they brought out other orders) it would be another 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, they brought out someone else’s order. Ended up going in, finding the manager, and cancelling the order. Then shopping for the items myself. Spent over an hour to do 10 minutes of grocery shopping. Left me wishing I could give zero stars instead of one. I’ll do all my future shopping at Safeway.

I very frequently shop at this specific QFC. Not only for my own shopping, but as a personal shopper as well. The store is always clean, well organized, and very well kept. Most importantly, the staff is always warm, kind, and very helpful. Even during very busy store hours, staff will consistantly make themselves available to help. Thank you so much to all the staff for all that you do!

Clean store, friendly and hard-working staff. Good choices on produce and fresh items. Organic selection has expanded. I really like how they work hard to move the lines efficiently at busy times. Also bonus top if you have a little one, head over to floral and they can usually hook the kiddos up with a balloon.

Almost every time I shop at this store it’s only out of convenience and distance from my home.Most of the staff are busy talking to each other over me, literally 3 out of 4 times as I’m checking out.A few of the younger guys that have checked me out have been rude and don’t even look up and acknowledge that they are working in customer service and act as they are doing me a huge favor and make me feel awkward.The prices at this store are significantly higher on everything than most competitors and the lay out of this store is very uncomfortable and scattered about. Very odd for a mom doing basic every day shopping..?I have had a few very nice people help me and were courteous on some occasions and Amber is always nice. The really nice Italian man in the deli is great but the other persons in the deli are not friendly and have continued talking to each other as I stand there waiting while I’m ignored.I wish I could say I like this store and I’ve really tried to have an open mind but it’s almost always an unpleasant experience. I really like people and have worked in customer service so I’m always hoping the staff will maybe change and try to enjoy what they do.I guess Safeway will continue to gain my overall business.

Thank you to Theresa in wine for being super helpful and making me feel welcome in the store! A special thanks to Danny my cashier. Anybody can run a cash register and say some canned greeting but it’s RARE to fine genuinely nice people who are also genuinely professional!!! This is a wonderful place to shop!!!

For a small town like North Bend, this store stocks a decent amount of ethnic foods and British candy. Great wine selection and the produce is usually good quality. Unlike the other local grocery chain, this one has very friendly staff. I can't figure out how they are so much more consistently friendly! Oh, and they have grocery to your car pickup now!

Best produce, deli, and meat quality. Friendly and helpful staff. Can get busy lately as population in area has grown and not the cheapest prices but good meat and deli sales on quality products. Prefer to pay a little more for produce quality. Sales on pantry items offered monthly are usually really good.

The worst self-check out experience ever. Not only did the machine stop every couple items, but the person assigned to help was doing something else for enough time that we should have gone to a regular lane. The store is small but seems well stocked. Prices seemed high to me.

QFC has great sales, the store is clean, well organized, and the staff is always willing to help, even in the later hours. I got to experience a greater employee tonight, Brad. He was polite and friendly, diplomatic and accommodating. Thank you. Late night shopping is always a joy!! Keep it up!

If you're trying to decide whether to shop here or at the Safeway store across the freeway, I would recommend you come here (unless you're just passing through town). Checkstands move a lot more quickly, staff is mostly awesome (there are always exceptions, of course), and selection is very solid. They've been doing a much better job stocking high demand items of late. Guys back in the meat department are very helpful and passionate about the food they sell (thanks for the bacon recommendations today Tim!).

My favorite QFC. Too bad they dont have the chinesee food and self serve frozen yogurt like the QFCs in Totem Lake in the 90s. Remember self serve frozen yogurt in EVERY grocery store in the 90s. ?

We visited here to pickup last minute camping supplies for the weekend. They had everything we needed and it was a nice clean store n good prices, with quick friendly service. The 4 star rating was only because my friend thought the deli sandwich selection could have been better.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Always have a good selection on not easy to find foods. Checkout is a breeze, unlike Safeway they have self checkout and keep a constant eye out for lines getting long.

I like this QFC, the staff is pleasant and the cashiers are quick and polite. Lori in the service counter is always amazing. Tami in Floral is so great and I enjoy seeing her every time I am in there. The Pharmacy is always willing to help when I have questions.If you gotta grocery shop in N.B. I would always choose QFC.

I like QFC overal feiendly & RX pharmacy is good but not approved by some insurances-check yours with QFC..Watch your sales prices -some do not ring up. Qfc Not as bad as Safeway for not giving you the sales price.
