This is my FAVORITE pet food store! I trust the staff recommendations and I don't feel like I have to read through all the labels b/c everything has great ingredients and many are local. It seriously is one of my little zen shopping spots- I love seeing the new fun things they have in. Oh, and they are great helping me get items large enough for my Great Dane 😍.

Love this place. We drive from Remond to utilize their self wash stations for our large fluff ball of a Newfoundland. Their products have a nice range, have happy pup hoodies, and their heated blow dryer was a game changer for our boys thick fur. Our pup loves the range of treats he gets to choose from after his bath, we almost always leave with a large bone, and a very happy pup.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd have sat there for an hour to learn about my cat. And they offer food that's actually super good for cats and dogs!

Love this place! Great value. $20 and got all the extra dirt and hair off Jack before he goes from country to city living. The young lady who works there is wonderful and clearly loves her job. The facility was super clean and well stocked. We bought a treat - of course - and my super shiny, fluffy, smell good Lab is presentable again. I WISH YOU MUCH SUCCESS !

The doggo washing stations are great. We always book here for washing. The rooms are equipped with everything you could need and the staff are super friendly and helpful!

Stopped in today on our sprint across WA based on the Google reviews because we needed a harness for our doggie. The customer service, friendliness, and subject matter knowledge of the staff is superior to any I have recently encountered in the Puget Sound area! Additionally, the volunteers are so kind and gentle with the visiting doggies!

This was a great place to pick up pet supplies! They also have a self-service dog wash which is handy if you are passing through town and your dog rolls in elk poop.

Fantastic experience here. I showed up close to closing time with a new puppy, in a rush thanks to having a few items I bought be the wrong size and/or not liked by the new puppy.The staff member working close on 7/15 was fantastic at walking me through what things I needed, helping me figure out which sizes/types were appropriate, and overall going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service.I highly recommend.

My dog Marty and I love this place. The owner Alicia and her staff are all so knowledgable (many of them are certified nutritionalist). Marty was having a ton of digestive issues so I sent Alicia his list of sensitivities and she forwarded it on to her staff and they all helped us find a food that's been perfect for him. Whenever he has a health issue they always have a solution for it. So much so that my new process is to go to them first before the vet. Thanks for caring!

I went to this store to purchase a nice leash and no-pull harness for my dog. The instant I entered, a woman helping another customer check out at the register asked if I had a mask. I politely said I didn't wish to wear a mask, so she asked me to leave and offered up a smug retort. I heartily recommend Ace Hardware for pet supplies. You can shop without being smugged at, and they have a huge selection.

Lots of options and friendly to mainly pet types such as my rabbits which are exotic pets. The place had an expansion so it is much more spacious. The only problem is that the place is a bit pricy but otherwise great.

This pet store provided the wisdom to get our aging golden retriever with her bad joints back into shape and out the door again on walks. They counseled me on the food, vitamins, and treats for a health diet and then had it all at my door the next day. What great staff! The owners are super charming as well.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent selection of high quality pet food products, pet toys, etc., as well as the self-service dog wash, are all reasons we have been going there for years. The visiting vet is very popular and a good option for vaccinations and check ups. This little store is a definite asset to North Bend.

The ladies in there are SO SWEET! We are on a road trip and poor lil newly adopted pup has separation anxiety 😢, so I went in looking for something to help him and she just gave me a handful cbd treats free of charge! So sweet, we were still parked trying to get him to eat onewhen she came out and gave him some more regular treats! Love the customer service they have!

A nicely laid out store. Easy to find products and all within easy reach. Staff are friendly and helpful with assisting with proper selection of products. This place is becoming a nice community spot for local pet lovers who care about what their pets eat and toys they play with. Nice to see that Brenna is assisting with lost and found pets for the community as well as hosting the mobile low cost veterinary care.Thanks for your contributions to the community and for employing friendly and helpful staff.

This was my first time visiting Pet Place Market and I only have wonderful things to say about it. It's set up nice, clean and fun. The best part for me though was the staff and their knowledge and personalities! She had so much information for me, answered all my questions. Didn't talk down about other companies or foods they may not carry. Just unbiased information so I could make the best decision for my pets. It was busy with customers, but she never rushed me or held back with service. Customer service in my opinion is really lacking all over the place. Employees act like customers are a bother. It was extremely refreshing to have a business care aboutu and ur pets. Very excited to bring my dog there for bath time!

had the most lovely human help me today after coming over snoqualmie pass to bring my two not very happy cats to my boyfriends house. every single question i had was answered and every worry i had was validated and comforted. i could not be more appreciative of this place or the wonderful person (whose name i anxiously forgot to ask) for helping me. and after swapping cat photos and voicing my concern for my very unhappy and anxious cats, i was given a bracelet off this wonderful persons wrist saying “you’re a great cat mom and a great person have this”. i wish i knew their name so i could properly thank them. my whole year was made by the love and patience and acceptance i experienced at this shop today. thank you so much for loving our pets as much as we do
