Exactly what it should be. Ok selection of shoes clearance and non clearance. No plus size clothing offered and selection was not impressive compared to other Nike outlets I've been to. The people that work there were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy in their work environment. Happy employees = happy customers

Got some really good deals. It was disappointing that there are only about 6 stores left . It's been years since I've been here. The beautiful view was worth the road trip though.

There staff are more interested in there doing after work than help me out. One guy at the door was so into his conversation with a co worker/friend that he couldn't even acknowledge me answer my simple question. An when he did he told one of the other staff something an they kept following me and offering me a bag witch I clearly had lol.

We shopped there a couple weeks ago but today , the sign on the door said they were closed until further notice due to circumstances beyond their controlHmmmm. Not sure why. The staff was great and the selection was good- so call before you go-10/23/24I hope they re-open

Great selection! A nice location in North Bend. I got a new pair of shoes for $17 and a sweater for $20. The clearance and marked down sections are definitely the place to go for good deals, otherwise some of the merchandise is still quite expensive.

My wife and I came to visit Nike in North Bend this afternoon and was pleasantly greeted by team members Tristan and Daniel. Tristan helped me get a membership and 15% discount, Daniel persisted to ensure that I was being taken care of. However, I felt strongly that the rest of the stores staff were following me, watching me, and repeatedly questioned me a unnecessary amount of times and made me feel like i was a criminal suspect about to steal something. I spoke with my wife about this and she felt the same and even after we checked out (and spending just over a thousand dollars) we were given more hassle over getting another bag. 🤷🏼🤦🏼I understand policy codes but you'd think there would be some common sense understanding when we are walking out with over a thousand dollars worth of merchandise and upon having our bag even rip and fall apart on us in the parking lot, that inquiring another bag would not be too high of a request. But yet again we were denied even after having shown them our ripped and destroyed bag that we knew was not going to support the weight of merchandise we were attempting to carry to our car.I even came back in the store myself after my wife was denied another bag and offered to buy something else so that we may Receive another bag and was instructed that unless it fit the purchased item, they could not give me a larger bag. I pleaded for even just a black garbage bag and was still denied.This would not have been so big of an issue had management not been standing right there, and after hearing all of this, stood silently and did nothing to help us.I hope the paper and plastic take-out bags were worth our business as we will not be coming back and will not recommend any of our friends do either, less they be rendered a thief suspect. I cringe at the thought of what might of happened had my daughter needed to use the restroom... would we have to purchase a certain amount beforehand or simply be denied all together. Rough stuff Nike, not impressed.Tristan and Daniel were true gentlemen and kept it professional and helpful however, we appreciate you too young men. Thank you

Prices are somewhat better than retail stores. We got there around 6:30, knowing they closed at 7. The staff did not seem to want to be there.

The best customer service I’ve ever had at a Nike store. I believe his name is Daniel, I think he’s a supervisor? Not sure. He went above and beyond for me last time I was there. They’re all so nice, and I never have any issues with getting the help I need. There’s two others I want to acknowledge, but I can’t find my receipt with their names on it. Thank you guys💜

Not very many options for women's jordans or really anything high or mid tops...found the very last 2 size XXXL Tees that were 2 for $30. That size must run out first, becuz I had to search the t shirt tables top to bottom to find only 2 left!

Went in at 6:35pm (they close at 7:00pm). Took me less than 5 minutes to grab over $200 worth of sweats to stock up for cold winter mornings on the way to work. On the way to the dressing room and young dude asks if I want a bag. I said no thanks I am ready to try these on. He says sorry, our dressing rooms are closed. Confused, because I live in North Bend and frequent the outlet mall, I know they are in working order, I ask why. He states that they close 45 minutes before Closing time. So you're telling me I can't try these on 20 minutes before closing? It will take me 2 minutes tops. He says he will double check with someone. He comes back and says, nope, they're closed for the night. Um... There are literally 7 employees standing around bored to death. If i sneeze all over this dressing room, there is an entire team to clean it in under 1 minute. Its a 3x5 room with a bench in it! I hand him my merchandise and leave. Walk over to Under Armour and spend my money there. Not only will I not shop at Nike anymore, I made sure to share this with my entire gym. What irritates me the most, Anyone who lives in North Bend knows that any thief can walk into that store, and walk out with $500 worth of shoes, and the employees can do nothing. Yet, a hard working person can walk in and be ready to spend $200 and be sent away. So bizarre

Had the worst experience at this outlet store! I asked the guy for the wide shoes in a dark color, shows me a white shoe. I asked do you have it in a dark color? His response, famous footwear is across the mall maybe you would do better there! That and the prices trippled since I was last in last November. I know prices everywhere have!

There was no line considering the fact it is Memorial Day weekend and they were all so helpful and nice! They even showed me how to get 15% off everything including clearance. I don't kno if it's just for this weekend or always but I love this place. They have the BEST clearance stuff ever!

Must have face covered inside the store, and a limited number of people are allowed inside at a time, other than that, same thing as usual, great things and really good prices. I'm loving the fact that you will surely find an associate who will help you with anything you need, without waiting for someone to be done helping someone else. Plus extra discounts on top of the already reduced prices.
