I have a large 100lb dog who is scared of baths. They are really good with dogs here and calming him down and making him comfortable. He comes back clean and happy every time. Outstanding work and understanding of any requests. The location is great with the trail next door under the train tracks for a good pre grooming walk.

The Staff are great ! Our dogs always look great and we typically get an appointment not to far out. The dogs have never shown any fear of being there so I know they are nice to them that makes me feel good.

They used to do great work, the last few times I've been there they keep charging more each time without mentioning it beforehand, and the quality has gone down. The last visit my dogs had the staff seemed quite tired of dogs in general and we're short tempered with them. I'm not sure that we will be back again.

The groomers have taken care of our dogs for the past few years and do a great job! They always listen to what we want with the cuts of our miniature schnauzer or Yorky Pooh.

Terrible,she wouldn't even dry my dog and my dog has short hair so when I got my dog back she was soaking wet for $25 more she would have blowdried the dog. She's only 20 lbs with short hair and she was covered in fleas when we got her back. Terrible

They respond back to voicemails quickly! Great wiyh my elderly Yorkie poo and also with my squirrelly Lab!! They listen to what cuts or such I need!
