Hot water stopped working in my cabin overnight and tried to contact the office but they weren't open. Sent 2 emails with no reply. Hair in bathtub, sink not clean, bedside table had sand all over it, fridge dripped water inside it, wifi did not work and nor did the TV. Their customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Zero response when emailing them for a refund.Rooms: Dirty surfaces.

We were very impressed with the cabin we rented here. We were only here for one night. It is an excellent place to stay if you are planning to go to Cape Flattery. We prepaid when we reserved and received an email with a code to the electronic lock for entry to the room. The office was closed when we got there and had no interaction with any staff. The cabin seemed brand new inside. It was very clean. They are small, the queen bed filled the main room. There is a little elbow room close to the front door, but otherwise just enough room to walk around the bed. There are small shelves next to each side of the bed for phones and stuff. There is a sink, fridge, and TV all on one wall. The room with the bunk beds was really just a closet, only enough room for the ladder to the upper bunk. The tub is full sized and plenty of hot water. This is not a room you're going to hang out in all day, particularly with kids in tow, it is really just a spot to sleep. There are currently 10 of these cabins at this resort and the book quickly. Great value fort the price, highly recommended. Our only complaint is that there was no rug at the doorway to wipe shoes, we ended up with a lot of dirt on the floor.

Wonderful little spot to use as homebase for so many adventures in the area. We stayed in one of the cabins for a few days and it was perfect for us and our dog. Really gorgeous drive out to this property and only a short hop to Cape Flattery. Directly across the road from the water. In the mornings there were eagles flying around, owls at night. Make sure to get your permit from the Makah Tribe and respect the area. Incredible price for the location. Can’t wait to go back.

Stayed two nights in a cabin. Very clean, bright, efficient lay out. Good location. Excellent value. We also used the EV charger at the resort office which was extremely convenient. Great access to the hikes to Chi Chi beach and Cape Flattery.

Great location out on the reservation with quick access to gas, store, and boat launch from camp/RV sites. There are cabins available to rent but I have not stayed in them so I cannot comment on them. Front office staff have always been nice and helpful. This year there has been availability and open sites all summer. If coming to Neah Bay, this is a great spot to stay.

It was nice stay in Neah bay. Very close to the water body. Spacious open area. Clean cabins. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. EV charging onsite. This place is combination of camp site(RV & Tent) and cabins. Fire woods available near reception. Silent hours after 11pm. Must recommended place to stay in Neah bay.

Surprised by the open feeling for such a small cabin, really efficient use of space, nothing feels cramped, even with the second room with bunk beds. Everything was spotless when we arrived. It's keypad entry, lots of windows & light, very close to everything else in the bay. My only complaint was the hot water ran out really fast, only enough for one shower at a time, maybe enough to fill 2/3 of the tub. I asked the management about it, they apologized & said the cabins came with tiny water heaters and they're waiting for a permit to put big external ones in the back.

I stayed in the "bunkhouse" for two nights last week and it was perfect. Better than camping, but not quite a hotel room all at a reasonable price. You do have to bring your own sleeping bag, pillow etc which wasn't a problem. In addition, there was an outhouse with showers right across from it, so no problems there. The staff were super friendly and helpful, too. They even got me a tribal pass and left it waiting for me on the bed when I arrived. The only gripe I would have is that the office has very limited hours at this time of the year, but it's undstandable given that is the off-season. Highly recommend.

I guess some people don't mind this type of place but I'm absolutely floored anyone would return. Sites are completely on top of each other. Less than zero privacy or space.

We stayed here for 3 nights on vacation. The site was nice. Laundry room is well kept, 2 washers and 2 dryers. Bathrooms are very nice with new showers. During the summer there is water restrictions in place. Staff was courteous and welcoming. I would return in the future.

Cute, very clean, comfortable cabin! Very nice! Kureig, heater, ceiling fan, and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. The only two things that weren't a 5 star is no blowdryer and the bed is definitely on the firm side, but the bunks were great for the kids and the privacy for the master bedroom was nice. Would stay here again! And the drive and hike to Cape Flattery is so worth it!

Stayed for 1 night. Personal preference, but the mattresses for the bunks were pretty uncomfortable. It was cute how each bunk got their own little window though. It was unique and cute, but honestly after staying I think I'd prefer a normal hotel room. Also in cabin 9, the window blinds in the small bunk room had odd brownish red marks... Kind of suspicious as I've heard those type of stains usually come from people shooting up with syringes...

Great time ! Bath rooms and free showers with heat . Books fast first come first serve for camping. You can reserve the cabins which are reasonably priced.. but those fill up fast also and are booked out early . Friendly and welcoming staff and town .

The Cape Resort in Neah Bay, WA is a great place for a family getaway. Camp or rent a cabin. Excellent fishing, hiking, and other outdoor activities are nearby. We stayed in our RV. The fourth of July weekend is crowded, but after that it's very relaxing. My biggest recommendation for improvement is better WIFI. But even that's not a bad thing if your looking to disconnect and get away from it all.

Was a cute cabin in an okay location. Barely had enough lukewarm water to put 3inches of water in a mini tub for a bath so that sucked. If you need a hot shower I don't recommend this place. The people are nice thou.

I am leaving a negative review because I made a reservation using their website and then tried to cancel that reservation (because I have Covid) by calling the phone number, as directed on website, but the number is not monitored and the voice mail is full. I am going to be changed for not cancelling because they are not answering their phone. I call this terrible service.

Not too shabby for a campsite! Comes equipped with multiple sites for RV hookup and adequate space for tent camping, as well as multiple small cabins. Two showers available in each bathroom. All-in-all, not too bad! I enjoyed camping here!

First RVer. No experience. No clue. Pulled in late to Cape Resort. Spoke with Steve, who's number was listed on door and he walked me through process of hooking my RV up. In morning, after I paid, a very nice Lady came knocking on my door bringing me change since I over paid. Very nice people. Love this place. In morning, we walked down to beach area and saw eagles everywhere you looked. I'll be back. A great start to a first time RVer. Thanks.

The cabins were clean and comfortable (more so than we expected) and the office staff was helpful. Getting food in town can be a challenge in the off season but come prepared with some protein bars and snacks.

Staying in RV Park. All gravel/grass areas that are pretty level. Lots of boat trailers stored here, this is fishing area. Quiet park, good WiFi, no TV and good cell phone if Verizon or T-Mobile.
