I highly recommend Country Pet Veterinary Clinic .Absolutely the best on the peninsula. The vet and assistants are always so knowledgeable and attentive to their patients. My cat jingles, got her yearly check up and shots today and it was a breeze. Both the veterinarian and all the staff are amazing people, super caring and a pleasure to chat with . If you want your precious feline or canine to be taken care of properly taken them to this fine establishment. -with love the bahrt family

Some people are vets to make money and some people are vets because of a genuine love of the animals they treat. Dr. Lisa Bartel is clearly one who loves the animals. And I was very impressed with the attention to detail of the checkouts that she did on all three dogs we brought today. First class operation.

Lisa is amazing. Just amazing. With the help of HAVA and Country Pet Vet, my little girl was given a new lease on life. She had a very large inanguial hernia, about the size of a softball, and I was constantly worried that I was going to have to let her go if it got any bigger. My family is going through having a parent with terminal cancer, and I am a full time student. Money has been tight.HAVA stepped in and donated towards her surgery, and while I don't know how exactly, the rest of what I owed was very minimal, much, much less than what it should have been. I have a strong feeling Country Pet was apart of this, and I am so grateful to have my Roxie girl happy and healthy. It was a very difficult surgery and Lisa did an amazing job, I could hardly keep my dog from jumping and running the very next day, she recovered so quickly with no issues!Thank you Lisa and Country Pet Veterinary, you've been such a help to our furry family members, including Rocky our wonderpup, who is a very loving but touchy boy. You rock.

I'd give this vet 1,000 stars if I could. The people who work here are absolute angels and care so deeply for the pets they help, it's honestly remarkable how sweet they are. They helped me through my cat passing due to cancer, and even though he passed, they made the process so easy for him, and it warms me to know they loved him just as I did. 💙💙💙

I live in Portland now but do and will continue to drive the 150 miles to make sure my pups are only taken care of by Country Pet.6-23-21 Still going to Country Pet vet. We brought 2 dogs for neutering and the care and genuine concern for both dogs was apparent. This clinic absolutely loves your animals. We have several rescues and plan to make this our regular clinic even though the drive is 50 miles....so well worth it.

A horrible place, i DONT recommended at all. Had a pekingese (who is 13 y/o) that went there for a deworming, and he lost his eye because of it. When traumatic injury happens around this breeds eye area they tend to pop out. The vet employee DID NOT inform the owner of the trauma to his eye and the owners have reached out and this vet has yet to respond with an explanation, or tried to make things right! This happened 2 MONTHS AGO! For a SMALL TOWN this is a horrible place!!!

Our visit for grooming, vaccines and exams went so well. I was allowed to orchestra the flow of our four dogs making me feel at ease rather than overwhelmed. I was impressed by how she enjoyed the dogs and how they behaved for her. It was actually healing... watching how it should be done.

I went there today for the first time not knowing what to expect and fell in love with the atmosphere and how personable/kind doctor Lisa is. She really cared about the kittens i brought in. Took her time and gave each one love. I will being going back more often for animals to be vetted.

Lisa is the best. I have been to a lot of vets in my life as a multiple dog owner for 65 years. In that time I have only found one that comes close to her and they way she interacts with our pets. Before I can open my mouth sometimes she has run her ands over my dogs and starts telling me what is wrong. I have a Pom who was hurt as a pup, now at nine years Lisa has helped me as we continue to adapt to his pain and well being. Everyone I have recommended has come back and thanked me for the recommendation . Not one has gone anywhere else since. As I said she is the best.

First time going - just moved to the area. The vet and staff we're very friendly, took the time to understand what we needed, even with all the Covid protocols they needed to adhere to. They kept animals separated at the door (since you can't go in any longer) which is important to us while training a new rescue. They made our dogs surgery appt quickly which is *very* appreciated. They worked with Chewy for some medicated food while we we're trying to sort move stuff out. And they don't charge an arm and a leg.But when they say country vet - they aren't kidding. They are literally in the sticks. But that also means no loud honking or busy road traffic to worry about.Very pleased with them!
