We arrived at 1800, advised we could check in at 1830 for our 0100 apt. They said it might be a while, but we were out in 2 hours. Considering it was WAY before our apt, we were very happy. Unloading hours are 0500-1400 and 1830-0200

5 hours to get unloaded. I had 9am appointment and checked in on time. They were not even busy. I was the only one on receiving side docks.

Good place to work . Training is provided exceptionally well and plenty of room for growth. They provide incentives for face pace workers, time off and vacation time.

Took too long to unload. It takes too long most places. Should be no more than a half hour and paperwork should be brought to your door. Watch it or you'll lose your securement devices. Refuse to back in to the door unless it's plowed, they'll expect you to chain up if you're stuck.

Street parking available. 2 trucks can park in front of the gate. Live unloading M-F 0530-1000. 1830-0200. Sat-Closed. Subway 0530-1000.My delivery appt was Sunday 0700. Got unloaded by 0900

Don't show up early. You won't be taken. Does not open until 5:30. Don't drive to the gate. Lots of trucks are pulled up along the side of the road. All the way around the block. You'll just sit. Some docks are hard to pull into with some blocking around the dock. Receiving personal are very nice and professional.

Appointment was at 2am driver pulled into the lot a 2 10 am by the time he parked and went into the office. He wrote his check in time at 2 20am on there paperwork. he was told that the off loading crew left at 2am and that they will take him in a 6am. Driver comes in at 6am and was told that he was late so he needs to be worked in all day passes and we are told that they are gonna reschedule appointment to Sunday morning. 20 min late and they are gonna go ahead and reschedule appointment to Sunday that is 3 days from initial appointment. There has to be some sort of window we can not control the situations that happen on the road. For 20 min late this is way to excessive. And from now on I will think twice about booking a load going here.

Don't waste your time with these people. I worked here and wasted 3 months of my life. They made promises they just couldn't follow through with. I would never pull doubles for them so the were not happy about that they lied about my delivery time never late once expect my last day. Expect of course if they couldn't seem to do there jobs and have trailers loaded on time. I would suggest if your looking to work here to turn and run there is much better companys out there that won't lie and lie and lie. I have found a few. I will say there dispatch team is awesome and they definitely deserve better than that place

Signs are clearly posted from Beaudy Rd. and Postma Rd. leading to the West Side entry point for OTR receiving. Gates open at 5:30 a.m. inbound trucks sleeping at the sides of the road near the gate waiting for morning time delivery. After front gate, trucks crowd at the receiving office and get in the way of each other trying to get in to assigned docks.It was an honor to deliver made in the USA BBQs to this distribution facility. Friendly staff at receiving, quick unloading, and no covid propaganda.

Bad place to unload.Missed appointment because had a breakdown.Rescheduled appoitment 20day wait time.Crazy. Can't talk to they professionally.Called headquarters and Mary said hold on I will transfer you and instead of transferring she hang up on me.It's sad their distribution centers work that way. I really like thier store in my home town.

If you're there to pickup a load make the first left turn in front of the building, shipping office is about in the middle of docks. If you are there to drop off a load keep going straight behind the building and receiving office will be on your left. No appointment no delivery or pickup.

Good pay and benefits, forced/mandatory overtime hours. Low quality of life. During summer required to work 50-60 hour work weeks. Do not recommend. High turnover.

Delivered today for them, took me in right away. Unloaded pretty fast as well. If you want to do a drop do it at 5am it's the earliest they will start Unloading/recieving. phone number i believe is wrong as well.
