I go here to get my squirrel and chipmunk food, and I purchased my Screeching owl bird house along with my bird feeders that keeps squirrels off.I find them friendly and very helpful with questions I have.They have a lots of bird and little animals food and supplies here along with other cute gifts...I stop here on my way into Mount Vernon easy parking, great pricing, good people.4/17/18 - This morning again I enjoyed my humming birds, thanks Skagit Wind Bird Supplies...

2022 Everything you need for any kind of bird, bat, squirrel or any other backyard critter. Feed, houses, feeders, birdbaths. Artwork made of many mediums including glass and ironwork. They have an outdoor area that is beautiful and peaceful. We drove an hour just to come see it. Current purchase was for more bars to add to our bird feeders for them to sit on and hang other things from. Found a new invention I had not seen before for the pole, a dish that holds anything including water, so you can have a mini bird bath on your bird feeder! Or worms or seed.

So welcoming and helpful! They took time to explain the different seed mixes, and helped me choose a good mix for feeders I inherited. The backyard birds are enjoying the seeds. In spite of the snow on the ground, there is a little wildlife for me to watch.

Wonderful place, has everything you want for setting up to watch outdoor birds, as well as beautiful trellises, fountains and art glass quality birdbaths. Very patient and knowledgeable staff.I was a mediocre bird watcher when we walked in, and an excited newbie when we left. Cool place to stop and check out.

Ok, another LOCAL business that has recyclable packaging of all that is needed to fill your bird feeders and more... including the many types of bird feeders ! They will load your vehicle of the heaviest bags and recommend feed for different kinds of birds.

What a gem of a store!So many varieties of bird food, coming either in bulk or prepackaged in convenient sizes. Great variety of feeders too -- my husband and I were looking for a better hummingbird feeder, and we found quite a few designs we liked here.But I have to admit my favorite part was outside, where the owner had put out some of the birdbaths and bird food. It was so fun watching goldfinches, siskins, and sparrows "demo" the food! :)

I learned a lot from just one visit here and left with exactly what I needed. They have a large variety of bulk and pre-packaged high quality bird seed, feeders, houses, baths and so much more. I would have spent a lot more time browsing if my husband wasn't with me and in a hurry! ;-) The store itself is lovely and well thought out. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A gem in the Valley and a great local business to support!

As always, a delight to visit. Managers are wonderful, extremely knowledgeable people. Merchandise is competitively priced with lots of fun items, such as rustic birdhouses, feeders, books, bird-themed dish towels, and much more. And where else can you get 50 lb. bags of bird seed of various kinds? Or, they will mix seeds to your own specification and size.

I was having major issues with squirrels eating the bird feed I had been putting out regardless of how hard I made it for them to get to it. I stopped in the Skagit Wild Bird Supply store and ....WOW!!! They have any and everything you can imagine and ever want. The woman working there was so friendly and helpful. She took time to listen to our problem and gave her suggestions, which worked perfect! This is the only place I’ll go now for all my bird related needs. Highly recommend this store.

Super provider of quality feed products for backyard birds. They stand behind their products! We purchased a bird bath from them that was truly lovely. It rusted within a couple of months. They replaced it with something much more practical. They have our business forever!

This is the place to go if you're interested in providing for wild birds. The staff is knowledgeable about the birds of the northwest, and here I learned why some of the mix in the commercially sold food didn't get eaten and just went to waste. This store has anything you need, having to do with feeding our birds in western Washington and solutions and ideas for when you do not want the squirrels eating the bird seed! (And they also have food for squirrels, for if you do). Lots of fresh seed that Washington birds eat (reasonably priced), feeders, bird baths, bird houses, books... (and much more) and I could spend a lot of time in this store.

Very friendly business... A lot to pick from period. But I sure wish they would kind of come down on the price of bird seed .. Pretty soon a 50 pound bag of bird seeds going to cost you almost $100

Oh I could have just stayed and watched out the window for days. Beautiful feeding station for LOTS of birds and squirrels. The fella I think he's a manager was most excellent. He was so knowledable and sooooo nice. I WILL go back.

This is the cutes bird shop. My finches can not get enough of the thistle they sell. They have some really nice yard art and loads of different bird feeders.
