I cannot believe how rudely I was treated by the pharmacy manager and another member of his staff treated me as I tried to correct an error they made in filling my prescriptions. I was told he didn’t have time to deal with it and I could take my business elsewhere. He kept interrupting me as I explained the issue and basically said it was my problem to fix, and it was my fault. So I did take my business elsewhere. It’s not the issue of the mistake as much as how shabbily I was treated when I was as trying to get it fixed. Never will I spend a penny at Rite Aid again.

I preferred my meds AM? Revived call there ready? So this afternoon I went to pick them up? The PHARMACIST tells me that it’s not ready! Something about updating ins! I tried to just buy a few to get me though untilI can see my dr! HE ARGREED!! Come back 40 min, 3 rd time today, HE TELLS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Just hands me back HARDCOPY!! NOWONDER RITE AIDE GOING DOWN TUBES PHARMACY HAS NO IDEA WHAT TGEY ARE DOING!!!! Some of the most IGNORANT PEOPLE IVE EVER SEEN!!! Bye RITEAIDE!

Awful experience every time I go there. Are they getting rid of makeup because they have just weird, bad remnants ever. Snacks? Always empty. Totes? Piled all over the store haphazardly.And prescriptions? They never have my monthly filled prescription. It is always delayed. I am currently three days out of my meds because two weeks ago I told them to fill them. Apparently my doctor’s license number changed and instead of working proactively and calling her office to clarify or fix the issue, or even let me know so I could do that, they did absolutely nothing. Nothing at all. Then when I tried to call days ago to find out the issue they said her license changed so they’d get it taken care of. And when I called my doctor’s office yesterday to see what was going on, they said rite aid hadn’t called them at all. So more calling on their interminable phone tree and waiting for over 15 minutes to get an answer- I just hung up and went into the store. The clerk said it would be an hour. Well 70 minutes later I got a text saying it was partially filled because surprise! They didn’t have what I needed. I’m so done with this place. One thing after another.

At the beginning of the year when the new pharmacist started I really liked being a customer here. Today, however, I’ve had my last straw! My husband came home with only a portion of my blood thinner. I called the assistant pharmacist and he either doesn’t understand what I’m saying or is just refusing decent customer service to give me my full prescription even though I paid for it!! I cannot miss a shot of blood thinner!! Once this is sorted out I will definitely be switching pharmacies.

I'm not ok with how they are running the pharmacy and I'm not normaly the type to complain about something but this is getting out of hand. There consumer services is really poorly ran and there phone's have been down it makes it impossible for someone like myself who has no transportation to have to find a way to come into the store to get my important medication refilled. Then when refilled I am not called to come pick it up. When I told the lady at the front I was not able to call in my meds she rudely said the system is down. Truth is it's been that way for months and no one has said when it will be up and running. My concerns are not just for myself but for all those who depend on there medications to be able to live there life. Please get this resolved ASAP or your going to lose your customers.

I asked for the restroom key up front and they gave it to me so I proceeded to the restroom. I'm a trans woman so I chose to use the women's restroom. Not even a full minute after I entered the manager follows me in there and tells me that I need to use the men's restroom. Her reasoning was that there was a little girl that needed to use the restroom (there's two vacant stalls mind you). I was like okay whatever so I got up to use the men's room and when I walked out into the hallway there was no little girl in sight . The men's room was nicer anyway,the women's restroom was nasty and atrocious. Needless to say this store has lost my future business.

I very very seldomly take the time to leave a actual bad review. The entire makeup department is a utter disaster. So many things open on the shelves. Nothing is marked right and the store is filthy. The older short haired lady was rude and condescending and the whole experience was just a disappointment.

I feel really bad for the workers here. They need a lot more manpower. The shelves are a mess and practically empty and there's boxes of merch on the floor. If they hired a few more people, it would make a huge difference. Same with the pharmacy. You can no longer get your meds via drive thru, which is why I started going to Rite Aid for meds in the first place. Meds take forever to get filled and the phone doesn't work so you can't call the pharmacy to ask them questions. The morale of the staff in the store and especially the pharmacy are low. I can tell they're exhausted and want to quit. I see the same girl in the pharmacy and she's told me how hard it is to work there with little to no support. Rite Aid: PLEASE take care of your employees and hire more staff!!

This rite aid pharmacy has the WORST customer service of any pharmacy I ever been to. Even if your prescription is called in 5 days prior they never start to fill it until you go in to pick it up. when you are picking up meds you are usually sick and don't want to sit there with the other sick people. Why can't they figure that out, Walmart has.

Worst pharmacy in the area. The cashier line is always long. They forgot to fill my prescription. I called around 20 times over four days, but couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I called the prescribing doctors line and got through first time. They are interested in getting more business, but not helping current customers. They were extremely rude. I will never use a rite aid pharmacy again or even shop at a rite aid.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They are extremely rude, they never answer their phones. No matter how many times you call, only way to get ahold of them is to call the main store and get transferred. They take a week or longer to fill a prescription, even one that all they do is put a label on an already prefilled bottle. They argue with you over the simplest things. And now most recent they DOUBLE CHARGED ME for my prescriptions. I paid online, signed online, received a paid confirmation online, money was taken out of my account and yet they told me not paid and made me pay again. I needed the prescriptions so I did. They wouldn’t even listen to me or look at my proof just told me I was wrong. Yet now I’ve had double charges out of my account and nothing refunded. They told me I had to call 1-800-rite aid to fix it so I did not 1-800-rite aid tells me nothing they can do besides file a complaint back to the mount Vernon pharmacy. So it’ll get me nowhere. Just gave them free money and they don’t even care to fix the problem or work with the customer to keep / make them happy.Needles to say that was the last time I will ever step foot in that store. Prescriptions will be transferred immediately.Wish I could give them zero stars!

After multiple disappointing experiences with this pharmacy I've finally decided to call it quits. When I went to pick up my prescription about a month ago, it took them almost a week to get my order filled! They said they were 10 days behind on prescription orders. The poor lady in front of me in line was so sad because she couldn't get her heart medication in time! I can't imagine what other customers are going without necessary medications due to the way this pharmacy works. On top of that it's beyond impossible to reach them. I'd say 99% of the time I try to call them they never pick up. Even the other pharmacies in the area find any sort of contact with them to be a battle. I finally had my doctor send my prescriptions to the Haggen Pharmacy where they actually pick up their phone and fill orders in a timely manner. Needless to say, go somewhere else!!

If you are a type I diabetic, DO NOT FILL YOUR BASAL INSULIN PEN PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. Store policy is to give you one pen instead of three, so a year's prescription will not last a full year. If you have a copay, they will charge you every time.

Came in here to pick up medication and hair products. No multivitamins that wasn't for men or women over 50, but the worst part was finding a hair wax that had been opened and used. I'm talking a large glob gone with finger trail. I took it to the counter and the cashier said "oh yeah, this happens all the time", which disturbed me. I went back to find a different product, and found wipes that were open and half empty, and pomade that also had finger prints in it. I can't trust that anything I buy here hasn't been used by someone now.Also their prices are insane.I should also mention I went in there to pick up medication that was a month late.

Regular cannot reach the pharmacy by phone or call for 10+ minutes before speaking to someone. They have also not contacted me when there was a problem with my insurance and more information was needed to fill prescriptions. The staff are friendly, but the service has been terrible.

We just moved from the Smokey Point area and always used that as our pharmacy. Since we moved here to Mount Vernon, we had our prescriptions transferred to this Rite Aid pharmacy. What a nightmare. They are so understaffed that it takes way longer to get a prescription filled and they will not answer the phone in the pharmacy. I asked them in person why they didn't answer the phone and was told they are too short staffed and are too busy so they ignore it. That means driving there with a question. I stood in line to pick up my prescription today and was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes if I wanted to wait. I did and when they called my name I went up to the counter at the other end and told the woman there that they called my name and that my prescription was ready. She told me to go to the back of the 8 person line. I told her again that I'd already stood in line and that I just needed to pick it up. She rudely said to go to the end of the line. Almost a half an hour later, I finally got up to the counter and when I told the gal that I had been told to go to the back of the line, she said that was wrong and that I should have been able to walk right up. Almost an hour later, I walked out with my prescription and I will never go back to that store again.

My Husband's and I scheduled our COVID boosters here 2 weeks ago for today the 22nd. 4 hours before we were scheduled to go in we got a text saying that our appointments have been cancelled. No reason given. I have been trying to get a hold of the pharmacy for nearly an hour (still on the phone trying as I write this) and have been disconnected 3 times.This is absolutely unbelievable that they can cancel an appointment hours before we were set to arrive with no reason and no way to contact them. My husband had to ask for time off work for this appointment. We arranged a freaking baby sitter. Seriously rite aid you at the very least owe us an explanation for why the appointment was so suddenly cancelled!

Out of stock medacine. Totally fine with that, not their fault. Not fine with getting on a text alert. Told to wait. Call back 10 days later. Told to call back daily. Told to call weekly than finally... after 20 days!... get a text saying they ordering more. Find out by calling its a courtesy texr that ot means nothing. If it's been going on for months now, their should be some kind of protocol. Literally been using rite aid for decades. Not sure what's happening.

Understaffed due to covid? Well that's what happens when you lay of half your staff 🤷♀️. Pharmacy never answers the phone.. Refills take WEEKS. Drive through takes 30+ minutes for just three cars... Going elsewhere, as those with monthly/new prescriptions NEED TO HAVE THOSE REFILLED IN A TIMELY MANNER. Just facts. Put in a request well before running low, now out, and your pharmacy is impossible to reach.. Left with having to switch pharmacies & the effects of missing medications.

What a horrible pharmacy. Rude employees and even worse service. Refilled a prescription on the phone at 9a. Said it would be ready at 12:30, I get there at 2:10 and it hasn't even been looked at. I was told to wait another 25-30 minutes. I'm not sure how it takes 5 hours to fill 1 prescription. There are typically 4-5 pharmacists and only one person working both the inside and drive through registers. With 5+ people in line, how hard is it for one of the pharmacists to provide customer service and help the people who have been standing there for 30 minutes?

Awful customer service in pharmacy. Has a appointment at 12:00 for flu and booster shot. Nobody there and waited 25 minutes. My wife went to Walmart the same day and got a flu shot and booster within 15 minutes and the customer service was excellent.

I don't even know where to start. I get my Mom's prescriptions here otherwise if it were for me, I would have gone elsewhere months ago. They never answer their phone. The Drive Thru is closed, but when it wasn't it would take forever. Long lines to the front of the store and even longer wait times. Prescriptions not filled until you get there and they have to find it or tell us that they never received it from the Doctor. Doesn't matter if you are on your way home from the Hospital or put in for a refill weeks ago....it won't be ready. I don't know what changed in the last 6 months or so but they are understaffed and overworked. Our prescriptions have been incorrect numerous times as well as wrong ones filled that we didnt order when medicine we needed wasnt available -either not ready because they have 800 orders in front of ours or they were out of stock.

Worst pharmacy ever. It took 18 days to refill my moms pills. But first they lost meds bottles that needed to be refilled, then they gave someone's meds, then only after 18 (can you believe?! ) days they gave me only one medication out of two.Standing in a line for 55 min and one car is ahead of me - looks like it will take 1 more hour to be served. Very very ...very very bad castumer service👎👎👎👎. That's our last time here.

I get being short staffed due to covid but that does not give the staff that is working the right to lie. I waited last night in the pharmacy for an hour for my son's medication that was called in days in advance. I was told they're almost done filling, So I wait another 20 minutes. When I go up to the counter to check out their system magically goes down. I'm told I can wait til it's back up, as it's already filled. I leave and come back the next morning and am now told they're still working on it! I was told last night it was done but the computer was frozen?! I then asked if I can go ahead and wait. I'm told no I should wait for a text because they don't know when it'll be done. Save your time and a headache and take your prescriptions else where.

WORST pharmacy EVER!!!! I have been trying to get my 5 medications on a one-trip refill thing, and after 6 years, they could never seem to coordinate it - and they are very typical medications. I went yesterday to pick up my meds, they said only 2 were ready. Ughhh. I said I'd come back when they were all ready. I got a text today saying they were ready, so I called first. I was promised they were ready. I said I meant it because I didn't want to come in there and throw a fit. I threw a fit. They didn't have them ready, other than the two they already had. So I threw my fit and left. A minute after I drove out of the parking lot, they texted that the others were ready. I understand they are short-staffed right now. But have they been for 6 years??!!! It seems everyone I know understand exactly what I'm talking about - especially the staff at my doctor's office. And it is apparently not just this Rite Aid. The main reason I use(d) them is the drive-thru because I often have kids, but right now, they don't have the drive-thru open, so they are useless. I would give them -2 stars if I could.

This is the second time in 4 days I went to drive through at 6 o clock and it was closed, last time they had. Note that said come in store, they did t even have that today. I'm disabled and this makes it extremely difficult for me.Last week I called ahead and asked if my prescription was ready, they said yes so I drove 20 miles to find out they hadn't e en got it yet so they said no apology.Multiple times in the last few months I e waited in drive thru for half an hour. Car's were lined up around the store. If they have a problem they should politely ask the customer to come in and keep drive thru moving.When I first moved here 5 yrs. Ago this was a great pharmacy. I don't know what happened if they changed management or what but in the last 2 or 3 yrs. They have become the absolute worst. I could go on and on

The pharmacy employees are understaffed, overworked, and take this out on their customers. I have witnessed them verbally abuse and demean their customers, often yelling at them for asking a simple question. The have recently stopped answering calls, then complain that they have to many people to serve in line. Often closing down the drive thru forcing customers to come inside with covid symptoms. Never have I witnessed such poor customer service.

Worst pharmacy EVER! Do not bother coming here. The drive thru is a joke; no signage telling you which lane to drop off and which to pick up and their phones are always broken so no way to even talk to anyone. Staff is clearly frustrated as well. The last prescription I called in to refill somehow managed to get refilled in Sedro Woolley, a pharmacy I have NEVER been to. They are slow as molasses and just plum awful!

Yes the drive thru can be congestion between 4 and 6 but we have never had a problem. Pharmacist has been great on getting my medications when there's been a problem of the supplier being back ordered.Thanks again for your help.
