Was shopping, untangling a long necklace and trying on earrings and soon their security guy comes sauntering over. We were chatting about high school and Facebook and thrift shopping. I explained that my passion was jewelry and I showed him the pearls I had found. They were half off of 5.49.Later on I saw him staring me down when I was in the dishes then I approached a manager and chatted with her. She had good customer service, I might add an extra star just for her assistance. Debbie. God bless DebbieThe HUGE experience was with the other shoppers! People know a plethora of information and are willing to help you read the bottom of a sandwich glass vase! Hilariously was informed that a customer blocking a womans way was her husband and"I've been trying to outrun her for the past 45 years!"The security guy, Andy, I don't know what to think of him. I knew immediately who he was, having worked security myself. So, it seemed cleaner than usual. Full of nice dishes. Almost too full. People haven't received their income tax return yet, still paying off Christmas maybe. Anyway, the merchandise was awesome. The customers were funny and observant of my space, helpful too. Security guard, not so much. Won't be back for a while.

Please be cautious at this goodwill. There are card skimmers put on the card readers meant to steal your card information and pin. My card info was stolen from this location. Card skimmers are put over the top of regular card readers and steal your pin and scan your card. The reason I know it is this location is this is the only place I have used my card in a couple weeks and suddenly my info is stolen. I do not suggest shopping at this location if you don't want to risk this. Be safe out there yall and check your bank account often for fraudulent activity.

Prices for the used items, which is most of the items, are pretty pricey if u need to get a specific item and it's not the color that's on sale! I have left ALOT of items cuz I can't afford the items. I thought it was supposed to b at a great discount for us poor people or us on a VERY tight budget that we live on. My daughter goes thru clothes fast n I can't afford to go there I use the yard sales and garage sales cuz we can kind of afford them.

It is crazy to me what little knowledge some of their employees have on the matter of pricing items the Dollar tree store I bought three items went to the Dollar store they were there I paid $3.99 to 599 for them at Goodwill in only a $1.25 is what they would cost next door they're all brand new it's just crazy to me which is why I give it a three stars a little more knowledge from the prices would be great but at the same time it's I thought the purpose was to help people that can't afford things

This Goodwill has a lot of stuff. The prices are high, as are all of the Goodwill Stores. Monday are the best. Colored tags are only $1.99.

I went and donated a bunch of stuff a few days ago, and this girl with teal in her hair was just so rude about the questions I was asking. It was like I was Being too much for her, and that it was just too inconvenient that I was asking these questions. When I said, never mind, I’ll just come back another day. She mumbled something underneath her breath. I couldn’t hear what she said but she was really rude.. I have a lot of friends and family that come in and donate stuff to Goodwill because that’s what we do with our stuff and I have heard the same stories about her from my friends and family too. Some people hate their jobs, but don’t be rude when it’s literally your job to take the donations.

Nice store but gotten very pricy! They charge more than craft stores charge for yarn! Original prices are on the yarn with goodwill they want more so just go to craft stores & buy when on sale

Have been a customer for years, not so much any longer. After a trip to Hobby Lobby, I decided to stop here. For almost the exact same item, a metal vase at Hobby Lobby (you know their high prices), Goodwill's item was higher priced than Hobby Lobby. Goodwill has gone crazy with pricing.

If you're looking for a deal on someone's used items I suggest you go elsewhere. In fact, you would probably be better off just buying new, since you'll probably find better prices at the retail store. I have never seen such high prices for donated goods in my life. Furthermore, their donations drop-off is an absolute disaster. There's constantly a line of roughly twenty or more vehicles because they insist on sorting through each persons donations before they let them leave. If you are into thrift shopping and live in this area I suggest you try Bargains Galore or any other thrift shop in town.

This place is disgusting with their prices. You may as well just buy items new. A used Carhartt shirt is $20-$25. Hilarious. Don't give Goodwill your business. You're only creating a problem of them jacking prices up. They get all of this for free. Disgusting.

Was shocked to see pairs of shorts hanging on the rack for $14.99!!!! $15 for USED SHORTS??? THEN, I found a pair with damage on them but thought I could use them if they will give me a discount. They took $4.50 off at the register and I decided it was worth it for a pair of work shorts. When I made a comment that other shorts were $4.99 right beside these one but that there were plaid, so I wouldn’t buy them… the cashier came back with “maybe you should start wearing plaid!” Needless to say, that’s not the way to treat customers in any store ever!!! Not sure what keeps this store going but it’s America so as long as people buy, they will keep selling I guess. Horrible customer service for such a big name second hand store!

Good selection. But they spray all of their clothes with a strong perfume that gives me a headache and rash, and doesn't wash out easily. The whole store reeks of this, and I can't spend more than 20 minutes there. Seems to be a recentish development that I don't think any of the other Goodwills have adopted. Stay away if you have chemical sensitivities.

I've decided I need change my review.Initially, it was 4 stars and I wrote about how the electronics section had very reasonable prices, but over the last year or so there's been a MASSIVE spike in the numbers on the tags.I asked about it and there's ONE guy who sets prices on electronics, and he seems to be under the impression that EVERYTHING in that section is worth WAY more than it actually is.It's no longer worth going there to find a "deal" because the prices are triple what they should be, and every other thrift store beats them buy 75-80%.Then they have the nerve to ask you to "round up" your purchase to the nearest dollar at checkout....I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because the REST of their inventory is priced properly.

Disappointed to say the least. There was an elderly lady who asked for our help, because there were 0 employees on the floor for over 1/2 hour. Just to see a cheap Walmart clock priced at $20.I priced collectibles for your specific company. & what I saw today was appalling. 3 cheap teleflora vases were priced at $19.99. 2 unusable Pyrex vtg. Green bakeware, $24.99 & $19.99. Unmarked cheap glass $19.99. Everything I looked at was $7.99 & up. Mostly $19.99.I looked at the bottom of a coffee mug, said "made in scotland", saw the $7.99 price Tage, okay, looked inside. Coffee, Coffee stains on multiple ring levels, & grounds in the bottom. Disgusting! So disappointed!!!

Shout out to Nelda for being the rudest employee I've encountered in years of shopping at this location. I was using the dressing room when she knocked to see if someone was in there, which I answered. Once I exited, I realized that a cart full of things I had chosen to buy had been put away. When I asked her about it she was extremely defensive and non apologetic. I explained that an alternative to just putting it away would have been to ask through the door if anyone had left a full cart outside. I explained that this could have been prevented and she became argumentative. I spent over an hour hunting down the items that I had originally chosen. Thankfull, Tess, another employee saved the day by helping me look for a shirt that had a lot of symbolism to me and found it.

Every time I go in this blue haired tall girl, I think, is always so rude and has the worst attitude. I will not donate to this goodwill til she fired.

The staff is always friendly and it's fairly well organized, but the prices are off. McDonald's Happy Meal Pumpkin bucket for $10!? Plus almost bought a video game but checked the disc and there was a chip right out of the center, clearly wasn't going to work if I bought it.

It's alright I guess but I think that goodwill is forgetting that they are a (thrift store) and they are jacking up prices for a lot of things

This is actually a nice store as Goodwills go. It was clean, organized and pretty good size. The downside is that there are quite a few unsavory looking folks hanging around the parking lot. My wife is afraid to go there by herself.

I rolled up to Goodwill to donate some stuff at 8am. A nice guy came out and said I couldn't donate anything until 10am.Incredible! I woke up to take a trip worth of stuff for Goodwill to resale and I was denied to ability to give them stuff.Has it occurred to you that people that donate are also customers too? That if you make it hard to donate that you might stop getting donations? So I'm taking a hiatus from both purchasing and donating. And I hope Buy Nothing puts you out of business.

Expensive for a second hand store. More pricey than Walmart for similar items.

I really like this Goodwill, and stop here almost every weekend. It's kept pretty well-organized and their bathrooms are always fairly clean. The staff is always so friendly and helpful too. It can get kind of busy at times, but they always make sure the lines don't get too long. I like that they carry a small selection of new items as well as their used items, and I always enjoy going through the collectibles section. I also really like that they're adopting more uniform prices for their used books!

There was so many homeless and shady looking people hanging around outside I was didn't want to leave my car in the parking lot for long. Saw some guy sharpening a kitchen knife and stash it into a jacket and hide a few other things. I reported it and was thanked. The staff informed me that he was a habitual offender and they have been trying to get him in the act. I couldn't stick around to see the end of it because I had to get to an appointment.

It looks decent and clean. I like the many different choices of items.I didn't find a rack with just blouses. Mainly short sleeve or long sleeve shirts for women.I'm still somewhat new to the area and thought they had Tuesday clothing discounts. Other Goodwill's have a certain color discount. There wasn't a discount today for clothing. I'm not sure if it is random or if they have a system. I guess I will have to ask next time.
