We have used Carpet one twice… Once for an entire kitchen remodel and once for a floor and stair carpet replacement. We were lucky enough to work with Beth Bell, who has so much experience that guided our whole process. We were very, very happy with the process and with the outcome. Beth made several suggestions that I would not have thought of or chosen initially and it turned out that she was absolutely right. She worked closely with our contractor in the process and everything was done smoothly and on time. The contractors that Carpet One used to do the work were skilled and we enjoyed having them work in our home.We have some future projects in mind and now we would not think of using any other than Carpet One and Beth!

Carpet One was a pleasure to work with. We were doing a remodel, and we had found a carpet that we liked in the Seattle area, but we wanted to stick with using a local business for our purchase and install. Beth was recommended to us by my in-laws to contact about getting a bid, and we were very happy that we went with Beth and Carpet One. She located the carpet, recommended a quality pad, and got everything ordered, all for what we considered a good value. Beth was able to get the carpet in sooner than expected, and we were then quickly scheduled for an install. The installers, Alfredo and Samuel, were professional, competent, and friendly. Our kitchen remodel involved tearing the whole kitchen out down to it's lath and plaster, knob and tubing beginnings. We’ve completed a major remodel with the help of Carpet One and are so glad we found them. We visited 6 other flooring stores before going to Carpet One and did all the remaining materials through them.The store is really well laid out. They have pricing categories marked so you don’t have to ask “How much?” for every possibility you’re considering, easy to eliminate items beyond your budget that way :)The staff were the best, helpful in ways we couldn’t have imagined.We bought gorgeous engineered maple flooring, porcelain bath flooring and wainscot tile, pebble tile, grout, and accent tile.When they didn’t carry what we were looking for (REALLY large and unusual cabinet pulls) they made suggestions for other places we could look.

Beth Bell was an excellent resource to help plan, estimate and install a new kitchen and hall floor, which were well overdue. Our uneven floors were a challenge, but Beth understood the complexities and accurately estimated the labor and material costs. When the tile installer arrived, we had removed the old flooring, but not the backing. Brian was good natured despite the additional days labor to prep the floor. Brian did an excellent job installing the kitchen floor and the hall wood floor was professionally installed as well. I will engage Carpet One and Beth Bell again if and when we need more flooring.

We worked with Mount Vernon Carpet One after a burst pipe flooded our kitchen. We needed to replace flooring, cabinets and countertops. Cecil and Dotty not only worked with us to make everything beautiful, but coordinated with our insurance company - which was no small task. The project took longer than we hoped but much of that was the result of the insurance issues and Covid-19 materials delay. When the flooring we chose was going to be delayed Dotty worked with us to find a better flooring option with local stock. The tradespeople used were all professional and the fit and finish of everything is perfect.Carpet One will be our first call when it's time for new carpet in the bedrooms.

We are very happy with the service and product we received through MV Carpet One. Amanda was very helpful, extremely communicative and prompt. We ordered an area rug cut and bound from carpet. It can be difficult to choose a color from a 10" sample, but we were able to check out sample boards, order small samples from the manufacturer, and then view them in our home. Once chosen the finished product arrived quickly. Amanda communicated with us promptly through holidays, covid issues, and weather delays. We couldn't be more pleased with the result.
